I was going to refrain from doing a review but after much thought, I feel I wouldn't be doing the next customers any justice by keeping my experience to myself. I am very disappointed with our experience at this spa. I frequent spas all over the world and this one is way over priced for the experience you receive. I booked 90 min massages and basic facials for me and my husband, over $800 later!!!!!!! My husband wouldn't tell me how much the services cost until much later. When I contacted the spa I was told they could adjust the amount. (which never happened. I am a busy woman and was told to call and talk about it. I already contacted by phone, email and text. the amount could've been adjusted during any of those contacts). When you look at a basic facial on their site it stated $85. I am too busy to keep contacting them for them to make it right. On top of the overpricing, my massage was mainly done with one hand by my therapist, I am guessing the other hand was on her phone. You can tell when someone isn't concentrating on your body.... example...rubbing and pulling on my earlobe for a prolonged period of time with one hand, sometimes stopping but keeping hand on earlobe. The "spa" is a very tiny place so you can hear laughter, talking etc while trying to get relaxed. My husband loved his massage by Hilary. I own a skincare brand and take great pride in my skin, I rarely allow for facials etc but this time I did and regret it... the lady was great but my face broke out and now I am doing damage control on my end. Nice enough staff but total rip off. I got a massage by Island Massage and it was incredible. Not a fancy spa either but one of the best massages of my life.

I am so happy with my massage from Aileen! This was my first time coming to ocean wellness , and I legit called 4 friends after and told them that I found the best massage therapist of my LIFE. Honestly I get massages at minimum once a month , and after covid hit in 2020 my previous therapist moved away and I haven’t found anyone I liked since .and now I found someone BETTER. It was the perfect amount of pressure .. I feel like she was incredibly intuitive , and naturally found any problem areas with my body and worked on it . 10/10 recommend . Thanks SO much Aileen. You the bomb. I’ll be back. As for the business itself , totally professional from the time I called and made the appointment , down to check in and check out .

My husband and I have had couples massages at Ocean Wellness every time we've been in Key West over the past 4 years. Every massage, while a little different, has always been a 5 star experience. Highly recommend!!

Renee did a beautiful updo for my daughter’s 16th birthday dinner!! It was a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend Renee and Ocean Wellness Spa and Salon enough! We went back the next day for reflexology. Michelle was terrific!! Best thing for our feet and bodies after a busy Key West vacation!! I hope to visit again.

I came here for a pre natal massage and it was amazing! My husband got just a regular relaxation massage and said it was amazing too. Super easy to book and was very relaxing 😎

Nice little day spa in downtown. My wife and I went in for a couples massage. They were attentive and experienced and we left happy. We had a phone call to do prior to our appointment and they let us use their outdoor orchid garden so we could do it in privacy. Super grateful. Thank you!

This is a wonderful spa. The people are awesome as well. I received a much needed sports massage and wife had a facial etc. Everything was top notch , Michael was great and has some very good stories to tell as well. We throughly enjoyed it all.

Pedicure was lovely, salon was clean, calm and welcoming. The online booking system was easy and convenient. Nelly was lovely and took great care of me this afternoon. Would definitely recommend and would return on future trips for additional services!

Beautiful spa, exceptionally clean and professional. Diane combined the perfect balance of a little friendly inquiry to both set me at ease and attend to problem areas, my shoulder and hip. She was very knowledgeable, used perfect pressure and the products were very effective! I had the Alpine Arnica Deep Tissue Massage with Diane, which was absolutely amazing and one of the best pain relieving massages I've every had! My only regret? I didn't have time to book a 2nd one.

Oh. My. Goodness. I was gifted a spa package for my birthday and WOW, such a great gift!! I had the best massage in my entire life by Piera, who also performed reflexology on my feet and gua sha on my wrists…what a talented therapist! Such fabulous energy! This was followed by an amazing full body scrub and shower, with balm application afterwards by an amazing esthetician - Becky (I think) and it was the perfect service to compliment post massage for me! These ladies are FANTASTIC! Everyone at the spa was warm and welcoming. I apologize if the names are slightly wrong or misspelled. I was in la-la land when I left. I was able to purchase some Aveda products right there in the spa to take home. DEFINITELY will be back. Thank you so much for making my birthday special!

Piera was one of the best massage therapists that I have ever had. My husband also raved of his massage therapist. We would highly recommend this spa. They made it the perfect day off of the cruise ship!

I love this place! Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. I go here for waxing and massages. Their services are top tier and they make sure that you're comfortable. I will ALWAYS recommend people go here over any other place on the island.

My husband and I had a couples massage, and we can’t recommend them enough. Rachel’s hands were incredibly strong yet soothing. She found trouble spots I didn’t event know I had. And Piera had my husband like putty in her hands. It was both therapeutic and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I started off our week long vacation with a couples massage and pedicures and this spa did not disappoint. The massages were wonderful, Diane listened to exactly what I wanted. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. We left relaxed and pampered! Highly recommend for a romantic touch to your vacation or just a solo pampering experience during your trip :)

Had the couples massage and it was Well worth the money! These ladies are very professional, quiet relaxing atmosphere, and they don’t back down when you say you want them to apply extra pressure on tense muscles. By far one of the best massages my wife and I have had in a long time! Will definitely be back the next trip to the Keys!

I felt so relaxed from the time I walked in the door. I was there for a haircut and color. Amanda Lewis did a great job with my haircut and the color, as well! She is a master stylist, and knows her profession! The receptionists were so sweet, and fit me into their busy schedule! I noticed everyone treated clients special. My husband and I enjoy massages at OW whenever we are in Key West. Scott is an amazing therapist. Truly a healer! He is very responsive to requests about pressure and has a great grasp on the human body and how muscle wellness affects overall wellness. I can’t recommend him strongly enough. Book 90 minutes so he can do his best work from head to toe!

I had an amazing time! I was only there for a massage that day and it was incredible. Rachel did a spectacular job and her technique was something I’ve never experienced. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Felt incredibly relaxed as I listened to the ocean also. I had so many knots from having my son about a year ago. Happy I found this place... After a flight down, a sports massage is exactly what I needed to kick off a good vacation. I received services from esthetician, Becky C. She was very knowledgeable about the products and chose items that addressed my skin concerns. She was friendly, had a good touch, and provided a great experience at this spa. If I lived locally I would be a regular of this technician, but I was in town vacationing. I recommend and would return for similar services in the future.

First time at Ocean Wellness. I had a wonderful, much-needed, soothing Back Melt massage with Hillary. The spa itself is so pleasant and appealingly designed, smells great too. Will definitely come back on my next visit to Key West.

I just moved to Key West and I am so happy that I found a place to call home for my Brazilian waxes. I've been getting waxed regularly for years across several different states (military) and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. By far the least amount of pain I've ever experienced and just an overall great job! Elena is wonderful! I highly recommend Ocean Wellness for a Brazilian wax. I even received a hair consult as I am looking for a textured hair stylist and I really appreciate how welcome the stylists made me feel and her honesty with what she's comfortable doing and not so much doing.
