The hyatt was super nice with a great view . Walking distance from the airport . Beware of Katrina! She was running to the pool side bar . Bad experience! We had 11 in our group . She played us from day one. Started out small handing us a roll of pennies saying she was low on change . We watched her do that to other our entire stay. Gave us a hard time bringing our own drinks to the pool . Gave us plastic cups to drink our own drinks out of that were in cans. We ordered 16 dollar tacos she said it came to 20. We watched her over charge a family the father grab the menu and told her she was over charging she it was market prices.. he refused his meal. We would stay again for sure but we would be aware of her tactics to make extra money !

Turning off the ac when no one is in the room is a low move. It just ensures that after wondering around in 90+ heat you come back to a hot, uncomfortable room. Our room also had several appliances that didn't work. We had a room door that didn't lock without a bunch of effort. The grills outdoors didn't work very well. The rooms were decent besides and more than fine if you don't mind hot rooms to just sleep in.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms, pool area etc. The Hyatt Residence Club, Windward Pointe. Felt right at home immediately while "gratefully living there" for 5 days. Great kichen, W&D, very nice 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Everything was so clean! Gorgeous large private balcony looking over the grounds and blue ocean and sunsets. A request for a service, i.e., more towels etc, where dealt with promptly. Overall, an excellent hotel experience our whole stay. On-site concierge service was excellent! Experienced and helpful manager and check-in staff as well. The lady concierge made many recommendations plus booked some excursions based on our interests. We all thoroughly enjoyed everything! My brother and family are fairly new members of the Hyatt and have loved their experiences in the US. They look forward to many more US locations and, hopefully, some international Hyatt locations as well. Commemts are unbiased and unpaid. Simply based on my happy personal experience June 25-30, 2023. 🤗

This a fine resort with nice 2-bedroom units. I can’t rate it as highly as a top-tier resort, as there were not a lot of activities or amenities. There are virtually no activities except for a DJ at the pool for a couple days. There is no gym or fitness center. The pool is very nice and we never had problems finding a seat. Lots of room in the pool for lounging around. There are also volleyball courts, shuffleboard, and BBQs The resort is not on the beach, though it’s across the street from the ocean and sea wall. The closest beach is about a 15-20 minute walk. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to get to Duval Street. Expect to pay $5/hr to park near Old Town. Overall, it’s a fine resort. I might want to stay closer to the action next time.

Nice rooms, pool and close to the airport. Grill / bar is convenient with good food and drinks. Short drive to downtown but too far to walk. You hear a lot of airplane noise during the day but that's not an issue for me.

Rooms are always spacious and comfortable. Service is spectacular from the front desk to Abbey Road Grill. The property is very pretty and well maintained. Beautiful and relaxing! Pool area is also very nice with plenty of seating and sunning areas.

Nice hotel with a great pool view overlooking the ocean. Rooms are a bit dated but not terrible, the balcony makes up for it to sit and relax. It is a ways from downtown and any food options so plan accordingly. Would have been nice if they offered a free shuttle service but you have to pay $18, found out Uber ended up being cheaper so we would walk a bit further to pay less. Other downfall is there is no gym but a great running path along the water.

They were under construction during my visit, but it was still very quiet. I really enjoyed the proximity to activities (jet skiing and kayaking) and the bar staff. There was a little bit of an issue while checking in, but it was resolved quickly.

Just returned from an amazing stay here! Staff was very friendly and helpful both at the front desk/concierge and the onsite restaurant. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Pool/Amenities were very nice. Only drawback would be location as it’s a bit far from old town. Otherwise a great place to stay in Key West!

The place is very beautiful, it has got a prime location, the key west airport is beside it and you can see close takeoffs and landings from there. The service proved was excellent. The amenities were also really good

What a beautiful resort!! Thank you Tim Callahan for the outstanding service. We love the spacious rooms (large 2 bed 2 bath) with a spacious lanai with an ocean view. These units have full kitchens and they have well-kept family friendly amenities. Attached to the west entrance is an Italian Restaurant and a Steak/Sushi restaurant that both open daily at 5pm. If you like to exercise, there’s a walking and cycling path right across the street. Lots of parking on site. But, Tim and resort staff can help you plan a wonderful stay. Thank you again!!!

If you want away from the hub of everything Key West, this is the place. Rooms were immaculate but sparsely furnished in the kitchen. No big deal there though. Directly in line with the airport takeoff runway. But, you really can't hear the planes inside the rooms. I had to hand wash all the dishes because the dishwasher wasn't working properly. Also not a big deal. The rooms, while very clean, seemed a little dated. Still not a deal breaker.

Beautiful views no matter what room you are in! Great location close to the airport. You can walk from the airport to your room! Beach is also close by, bike rentals on site; pool side bar makes great drinks, has great food options. Front office is super helpful! Love coming every time! 10+ years!!

HRC close to the airport, but a bit far from the main key west areas. Driving is about 10-15 minutes from most places. Free parking is nice. The rooms are fine, pool is nice, but a bit older amenities and location. Staff are nice and helpful.

We just returned from Hyatt Windward Pointe. The accommodations were nice and the staff is very nice. It is beside the airport so you hear airplanes taking off and landing. The noise of planes can be heard but they are nothing compared to the gentleman with the trash cart that begins collecting at 7:30 in the morning. It sounds like someone, moving furniture or dragging something, above your room for about an hour. We called the front desk numerous times to make them aware of the very loud noise and told they would address it. They never addressed the issue and it continued each morning.

Great view of the ocean! The property is excellent. The pool area is spacious and has a great atmosphere. Poolside service, along with their food and drink quality was superb.

Amazing location, basically an aquarium across the street. Convenient to everything in Key West and Stock Island. The resort had a great pool, great rooms and amenities. The airport is literally behind property and is loud but we thought it was kind of cool. The airport doesn't run all night. Overall awesome, we wish we could have spend a month there.

Nice timeshare condo. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Pools was fun and the bartender by the pool was great! My guests thoroughly enjoyed their cocktails and I loved her fruit smoothies. Pool is by the road and you can hear the airplanes constantly taking off but it didn’t bother us terribly. Staff was very accommodating.

I wish there were a 4 1/2 star rating! Everything was AMAZING!!! This is the "quiet side" of Key West. It was a cheap Uber ride ($16) to the party side / sunset celebration. The only deduction is it's located very close to the Key West airport. Staff was fantastic and property is wonderful. I'll be back!

2nd time here. We got 2 suites and stayed 1 week. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Pablo at the front desk is Amazing. The pool is awesome and Abby Road has great sandwiches and salads and drinks! We can't wait to come back again!

We stay at this resort every time we visit Key West. The grounds are beautiful with outdoor games to play by the pool. Concierge service and a restaurant and bar in site as well. Rooms are spacious, well maintained and well equipped.

Second time staying at Hyatt Windward and once again it did not disappoint. The location is perfect if looking to simply relax near the ocean without all the touristy busyness of downtown Key West. Also, there's an excellent pool and view of the Atlantic Ocean with spacious rooms to accommodate larger families. Most importantly, the customer service provided by Rob (manager), Morgan (front desk), the concierge, Abby road staff, and the other team members we came in contact with, was superb. Highly recommend this Hyatt property.

Nice hotel. Just realize that like most in the Keys, the cost of the room doesn't include additional resort fees. Although very nice rooms, I wouldn't call them resort type rooms with kitchen and large fridges. They are just nice hotel rooms.

The best and cleanest hotel I ever stayed in. Could not find one thing to complain about. Great view, great staff, great location and most of all great room. Will be my place to go when I come back. Other hotels need to take notes. When people spend their money they want the best and this hotel certainly provided it.

Rooms are spacious. Large balcony. Pool was perfect! Make sure you rent a golf cart/scooter to get around. 15 min ride to all the fun. One concierge lady was not very nice and rude to the employee she was training.. I felt bad for him. I usually give someone grace that maybe she was having a moment, but both interactions were poor. Everyone else SOOO nice! We will definitely return.
