I do not care for this store at all. My wife shops there for the prices. I find very little that I like and feel like they want to frisk me before exiting the store. Security follow me around and stop me to ask me if and why I was taking pictures in the store, they seemed okay we my answer (Google Review) but two of them followed me for about 5 minutes talking on there radios lol. And what's up with the poles on the carts? Was told to keep people from taking them out side, why??? To lazy to send someone out to get them at the expense of the customer?

Everytime I go there they are out of stock of basically every popular size. Unless you like gaudy, over the top clothing. Also the clothing quality is garbage. They need to hire more people because the cashier lines are always crazy.

Will never shop there again don’t have a self check out line then have someone mark off your recipe as you leave that’s insinuating and insulating to people! Makes me sick it’s a disgusting practice. Never will suggest this place ever again and I been a local for over 20 years. Never will suggest this place to anyone and in fact will make sure I tell people no to shop there.

Clean, organized, and well stocked. Security allowed me to bring my "bike bag" into the store rather than risk leaving on my bike. I absolutely appreciate the self check out...it's a breeze.

That's my ONLY ONE STORE for so many years and I can say maybe 30 years you can get anything you need we talking about nice furniture great shoes good dresses nice jewelry the lady is very nice that Spanish lady she is great , great price and quality you know when you are a poor person who is the best Ross

its okay, usually very busy, very chaotic, not the best looking store. But if you need something to cover your body for relatively cheap, ross is your place.

We arrived from Philadelphia where the weather was frigid. So stopped into this Ross that was well kept, stocked and had all the things we were looking for. Only real complaint was the lack of registers, there was a line and they explained that it was change of shift for the day and there's several self checkouts but that's difficult with all the security tags.

There aren't a lot of places to buy clothes in Key West, especially for guys, Ross may be the best. Remarkably well stocked and organized with great prices but don't plan on a quick shopping trip because you'll likely need to look at lots of items before you find what you want.

I was happy to find out there was a Ross here! Our Uber driver said this store was a shoppers dream and he didn't lie. This store had it all! I forgot to bring sneakers and had to buy a new pair and found the perfect pair.

This has the best deals on good stuff in town! 💯 I do think its funny & also quite rediculous though that the cheapest store has the most security when it comes to theft 🤣💀 Ive never understood it..from the poles on the tiny shopping carts to the locked bathrooms, to the security standing at the front of the store and one constantly making rounds, the cameras, all the security sensors on everything…its really overkill ..but its honestly just a corporate thing that all of Ross’s incorporate at each store. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It definitely gives me a weird vibe every time i visit one… like im cheap or a criminal & not to be trusted or the people among me are 🤣 Its definitely not a warm & fuzzy or relaxing experience.

Busy time of the year. Great options. Lines can be long but dont find yourself waiting in the wrong line. There is a self-check line for small amounts of items with someone available to remove security sensors when you check out.

Rudest staff ever!!!! Don’t shop here.

Apparently this location does not accept returns without a receipt which contradicts their website. I was offered no explanation as to why this is their policy was not consistent with the company return policy. I will not be back.

My favorite place on the island to shop for all the odds and ends. Usually very well stocked shelves and a great variety. Very friendly staff and fast moving check out lines. I almost always find what I am looking for when I decide to try ROSS.

Much more stuff than some other Ross stores I have visited in North and Central Florida. .

Found exactly what I needed, a collapsible laundry basket, at a great price! Fully stocked store! Will go again. The basket holds 4 to 5 medium loads and a small container of detergent. So it holds a good amount!
