I have bought jewelry (bracelet and ring) 2 omega watches and earrings fro my daughter and very happy with the options to choose from. My wife and I headed down to Key West for a little R&R with some friends in late June. We were all in need of some retail therapy (watch/jewelry shopping) after the loss of a very close friend and our beloved family dog.  Prior to the trip I had researched watch AD’s and jewelers in the area and found Bliss Jewelers along with a couple others.  Based on my search I was optimistic but wasn’t really expecting to find any pieces worthy of plunking down my hard earned $$$. Boy was I wrong!  Headed over to Bliss after breakfast on our fifth day and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. The adventure started when Andrew and the store manager Peter pleasantly greeted us and started our 4 hour journey into watch “Bliss”. They had full product lines from Omega, Breitling, Tag, Rado, Longines, Tissot, Shinola, Bulova, Hamilton, and Movado on display and ready to be purchased.  So basically, something for everyone at all price points.  It was clear after our intro that Andrew was a true WIS in every sense of the word.  I always get a little anxious going watch shopping but he made the experience painless and extremely enjoyable.  No high pressure sales tactics here, just a few friends discussing the latest and greatest that Omega & Breitling had to offer over a couple of rum and cokes! I was initially interested in purchasing my first Breitling but my friend had commandeered the counter and was clearly going down the rabbit hole with the store manager Peter.  That left all the Omega’s for my perusal, which is fine by me since I really love the brand and have a few at home.  Unfortunately, no Ed White or Snoopy but I loved trying on the other Speedy Pro’s, including the gold Moonshine, both Hesalite and Sapphire, and Moonphase models. Then Andrew threw me a curve ball.  He brought out 2 PO Ultra Deeps that they had just received. One with a white dial and the other with a gradient blue to black dial. Always thought the PO line was beautiful in pictures but to see the Ultra Deep outside in the sunlight, all I can say is WOW!  Omega hit this offering out of the park. That said, I didn’t get my first Breitling but I did get a grail watch in the Ultra Deep with the blue to black gradient dial. After a week on the wrist I can say the watch rivals anything I have from Rolex in regards to fit, finish, and accuracy, which has been perfect; not gaining or losing any time over the last week. Lastly, I want to thank Andrew and team (Peter & Charlie) who made my visit a pure pleasure.  You guys clearly love what you do and it shows in how you treated me and my friends.  Yes, we did buy a couple of watches but I observed your interaction with other clients while our watches were being sized and you had the same vigor and professionalism with everyone.  I truly appreciate your great service and look forward to purchasing from you in the future. My wife and I visit key west several times a year and always stop in to say hi we have made several purchases here and only here for one reason. Daniel treats us like family not just another potential sale. My husband and I had the greatest experience at Bliss Jewelers in Key West this week. Peter and Savanah were fantastic at finding the unique earrings we wanted for my birthday. My family and I were very happy to have found our way to Bliss Jewelers while vacationing at Bar Harbor Key West Florida. The attentiveness from Peter and Savannah, (there was another gent whose name escapes us, but he was very accommodating as well), went way above and beyond our expectations, but not intrusive at all, like some high end jewelry locations. Casually walked into Bliss Jewelers to look for a particular necklace style. As I was making my round to each show case, my eye was immediately drawn to a very particular stone, the ALEXANDRITE!!!! Not a necklace, but a ring!!! I’ve never owned a piece of jewelry like the Alexandrite. I consider it an investment!! It’s stunningly beautiful!!! Peter was a delight to work with me and was never too pushy. He let me leave the store and think about the purchase. After a third visit to the store, I pulled the trigger and bought the ring!! No regrets!!!!

I want to shout out the entire team at bliss jewelers for making a magical birthday memory for me and my wife. We took our first cruise into key west and buy luck of the port stoped in to do some window shopping ended up with a team that exceeded our expectations. We came by on a Sunday and found this wonderful ring for my wife however it need to be resized. They jumped on a scooter trying to make it happen before we pulled out of port. The resize department was closed so they offered to overnight it Monday morning. Received my ring today and it is absolutely beautiful thanks you Peter, Andrew and team thanks again

Great selection of Swiss watches and very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. We were in Key West on a cruise last week and we visited the shop. I bought my first Omega here and plan to visit the again in the future. Peter sold me the watch without any pressure and was very professional. Also Peter went the extra mile to expedite shipping me my box since I was too large for my luggage on the ship.

I was vacationing in Key West and saw Bliss Jewelers. The staff was so attentive and helpful without being pushy. My husband purchased a beautiful bracelet for me. After only a few days the clasp malfunctioned and I contacted Peter at the store. He was so accommodating and sent me a FedEx label and I sent the bracelet back for repairs. In only a few days the bracelet was repaired and returned to me. Peter kept me apprised of the status of my bracelet throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this store and will surely visit Bliss Jewelers again.

Wow! What a great experience! I spent a few weeks researching Omega to buy my first one. Unfortunately, due to the day-to-day, I didn't get a chance to visit a boutique, but during a vacation in Key West, I came across Bliss Jewelers. After reading a few positive reviews, I decided to visit the store with no expectations other than to see what models they had. As soon as I walked in, I felt VERY welcomed and at ease, thanks to the staff. They took their time to show me different watches and educate me about their story/background of them without asking me for a sale or pressuring me once. After trying a few watches, I fell in love with the Speedmaster Professional, and Peter made sure I was truly happy with it! The experience was 11/10. Very friendly, professional, and smooth. We wandered into this jewelry store while visiting key west. Normally these places are staffed with annoying sales people, but that definitely was not the case with Bliss. Not only did they let us browse without a shadow, they offered us drinks! I had a beer! We did buy some beautiful items at the end of our visit. They have unique, one of a kind pieces that are gorgeous. Skip to 4 months later and one of the bracelets broke. I called Daniel, our sales guy, and without question sent me a FedEx label to send my piece back. Within two days I had a brand new bracelet on my wrist. The best customer service experience ever!! This was one of those, “Let’s just go in and look around visits” to kill some time before getting back on the ship. But I’ve got to say, it ended up being a truly exceptional experience. We started out talking with Charlie about some Diamond earrings we had seen on the ship. We showed him a picture of what we had looked at, and in no time we had several new options to inspect. The difference in quality and appearance was a no contest choice. My wife left very happily with a new set of Diamond earrings. But that wasn’t the end of our visit. Before leaving we got to talking with Peter who saw our purchase and showed us some Diamond bracelets that went beautifully with those new Diamond Earrings. We spent quite a while looking at several choices and pricing. We agreed on a bracelet and a terrific price.
