Great rooms for active and retired military to relax and enjoy Key West and the lower keys.

Rooms on the gateway townhouse need a lost works. Remodel they are to old. Also one bathroom for 3 bedroom???. Need remodelarlos. But was nice.

First, it's not "Navy Exchange Lodge" it's "Navy Gateway Inns & Suites", known in Key West as the Fly Navy building. Note: You must be U.S. Military Active Duty, Reserve or Retired to use this facility. Active duty or Reserves on orders have priority. They are building an annex in the back but they didn't say when it would be open. Pros: Great location, nice rooms, great staff. Cons: Dining room is closed, bar is closed, mini-mart is closed on weekends, Friday Truck is closed on weekends. Recommendation: Re-open the bar (with food choices like burgers, fish and chips and salads) so it operates (at least) FRI, SAT & SUN.

The room was very clean customer service was okay I was very disappointed they didn't have a swimming pool Florida is hot all the other other hotels I checked into had pools they really need to get a pool

Room was small neat and tidy. TV, microwave Keurig and a mini fridge with freezer. Good price. Good location. Friendly staff.

Basic dorm rooms are converted to hotel rooms. Clean and bed was comphy. Great rate to stay in Key West. Only $122.00 a night. Got discounted tickets to local attractions at MWR.

Excellent experience. The location is outstanding. There are items and places of interest all through the area around the base so the location of the lodge is key to the perfect trip. The staff is friendly and professional. There is a convenience store right across the road and plenty of parking. I'll make a return trip someday.

Its clean and the people that work there are helpful and kind. Laundry and ice and coffee for free.

This has got to be the oldest hotel in the Navy !! If you want to be apart of history sleep here. At first I was super angry for being put in this hotel but I realized that there is a bed and I have running water. People have less accommodations while on travel. The hotel is being well kept with what the staff has, but it's time for a remodel. Staff knows and are apologetic about the place but they are limited. I will say it's conveniently located to food and bars.

Legitimately impressed with this place! Not the DoD lodging I’m used to, well done!

Stayed here while on vacation. It was cheaper and probably nicer than any of the local places.

Ok it is my last night here but overall it was a blast. 1. The staff at the front were professional and knowledgeable about the area. 2. The price was more than fair. 3. The navigation of the online reservation portion was a bit confusing 😕. 4. Maids were polite but need to pay attention to detail. 5. Besides that it was a beautiful stay.

It was an enjoyable visit there. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the people are lovely.
