Publix pharmacy sold me a medication that is defective and WILL NOT give me my money back !!!!! I had to pay again for a partial refill at the other Publix in Key West. They wouldn't give me any credit for the BAD medication either AND subtracted a full refill ,for a partially filled prescription

Total disregard for the law with meds. As a new patient, I can't get into most doctors here due to availability. I drove 8 hours and a day off of work to visit my doc IN person and Publix just canceled my scripts with no call no email or anything bc they THOUGHT it was just telehealth. Yes FT Lauderdale and back is a drive but it's nice on a Friday to get off the islands sometimes as needed. Driving up seeing the doc and having a weekend away is nice.

Outstanding experience with both technician and pharmacist. This was on a busy Sunday afternoon as well. Thanks for being so prompt with my medicine!
