A box standard KFC like most of others, but a massive pitfall. Do not use their drive through if you drive anything bigger then a small salon. I drive Toyota Revo and it was near impossible to navigate through this super narrow drive through. I call it a pitfall because this KFC is located on the entrance of national highways and is probably last stop to grab some decent food, and has massive drive through signs. But once you enter the narrow drive through alley, you realise what you have gotten yourself into. PLS USE EXTRA CAUTION.

There should be dedicated staff to attend the pickup orders. I ordered 30 min earlier to pick my order to avoid any delay but faced the same, they start preparing my order after my query even payment was made online. Rest stay blessed. No harsh feelings. Just a suggestion for improvement. Thanks ;

KFC Thokar Niazbeg at Multan Road just opposite of NAB Punjab headoffice & Bab e Lahore and besides entrance of M-2, M-3 Motorway from Lahore is just another lovely property of KFC in Pakistan. Likewise all other branches in Pakistan, their taste is just marvelous. They have all the deals available which other branches have with them. This branch is crowded as well. Being situated at entrance & exit of Lahore, all commuters prefer to take food from here before they start their journey at Motorway or Multan Road. The place is clean & hygienic like other branches. Family sitting area is also great. These days they do operate from Iftaar to sehr and since they are situated near entry & exit gate of Lahore so the food is available in other hours as well for passengers. The rates are unanimous like other branches as well.

Today I visited this branch with my friends and the staff took 1 hour to fulfill my order. The chicken pieces were not ready.afterwards when I opened my Duo Box chicken was over fried and cold drinks were not cold.This branch has lost their loyalty and not giving qualitative meal. I am very sad after taking their meal. We Will not try to come again.

I just want to share my experience there. I am not sure but I think they are using rotten chicken meat. I've ordered Value Bucket chicken which is almost about Rs.1,300 and guess what the color of the chicken was black... BLACK can you imagine and the ghastly smell coming out of it totally unbearable. Guy's don't go there if you don't wanna get sick.

KFC at Thokar Niaz Baig is a relatively less crowded place in Lahore. Not many eateries have a branch there. A not long time back, international brands.Best Place to have wonderful food.

In current economy scenerio where almost all food chains increased their prices, hats off to KFC for keeping minimal increase to their price so more customers which leads to long waiting time. Service was somewhat dissapointing because of rush but overall taste was good.

I ordered the KFC mighty burger deal and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the mighty Zinger burger. It was juicy, crispy and spicy just the way I like it. The bun was soft and fresh, the lettuce and cheese added a nice contrast. The fries were also hot and crispy and the drink was refreshing. The mighty Zinger burger is definitely one of the best burgers I have ever had. However, I was not very impressed by the Kentucky burger. It was average at best and nothing to write home about. The Kentucky burger did not live up to my expectations and I would not order it again. Overall, I would recommend the KFC mighty burger deal for anyone who loves a good Zinger burger but I would suggest skipping the Kentucky burger. It is not worth the extra money or calories. The KFC mighty burger deal is a great value for money and I would definitely order it again.

Be it kids or other family members it used to be our favourite place but since last couple of years KFC has really lower their standards as far as taste and hygiene is concerned. No standard taste as every branch has got different taste , sometimes the food is fresh but mostly these days it's NOT. Please look into this matter as KFC is only trying to stay in market by introducing cheap deals .

Love the fact that this restaurant provides employment opportunities to women. The staff is really diligent and professional. I wished Pakistani awam on the other hand would take a leaflet from KFC's employees mannerisms manual and wear masks, not put their feet up on chairs and ensure that their food crumbs stay confined to themselves and their plates and not the entire restaurant.

I am totally disappointed from this KFC outlet due to took almost 40 minutes from the drive throu , is it make scene, taking 40 minutes . Staff members also none professional. There was very long queue of customers for their orders. No one took care of their valuable customer. It should be less then one star actually.

This KFC branch is really a fast food place. Other KFC outlets in Lahore take 10 to 15 min for Hot wings and Corn on the cob. They are an exception.

Ordered my food through the drive thru. I ordered a zinger, fries and a cold drink. The fries were crispy, fresh and hot. The zinger was really soft on the inside, and a little crunchy on the outside. Every bite just melted in your mouth. The only bad experience was the very long service time.

Good thing is takeaway available because for dining in here is not enough and proper place for parking here is also a problem which I am facing every visit jointing of takeaway path with Multan road at exit point is not maintained properly so mostly the car touching down badly.
