Had high hopes for my first visit to Benefit for brow waxing, and while the technician’s service was nice, the experience fell short. She waxed off my brows too much with no clear instructions or a preview of the final result. When I inquired about shaping options, the response was also limited, and the final outcome left my brows way too short for my face and eye shape. It’s really disappointing.

Great experience! They are truly a professional for brow services. I redeemed my birthday benefits which is eyebrow waxing. Staff/Brow expert here do it quite fast and neat. I have thin&very light hair and it’s not in shape yet i do like my eyebrow shape after the service. Though it a bit awkward to do it in the middle of the shop hahaha
