Had done operation of both my father and mother in this hospital.. Before the operation everyone was very kind but just after the operation their behaviour suddenly changed. The doctor just doesn't listen as my mothers operation was not so successful.. They all just care about money. The staffs are neither listening to the problems and behavior is pathetic.now this is good that u people will not find any record of the patient. Patient name is hakeema Hassan. Now what should I do... My mother is suffering because of the negligence.

I will never recommend anyone going to this hospital. My aunt had an operation here snd she is suffering like hell. She had infection in the very same eye in which she got operated. The staffs and the hospital is only concerned about money. Their behavior after taking money changes and start behaving rudely. No one should ever go there.

Doctor paul don't even have view box he leave patient without even examination of plates. Everything is shortcut they hardly care. If they say doctor would arrive at 11 doctor would arrive at 12.30 there after they would send person not in line after that30 they would send two person in line. They would take 500 Rs upfront so that you cannot retreat if too late. Doctors don't listen to you or your problem what they think is what matter your priblem is not their concern. I asked them weather a minus five point five and plus 1.25 is capable of continuous 6 hours computer work at reservations can you advice avoid heavy computer but doctor pal ignored it tollatly. Its a institute to milk money out of public time and money strictly avoid at all csot

This hospital does not have proper mediclaim desk. Neither are the admin staffs competent enough to handle mediclaim queries. So, if anyone wants to pay cash out of their pocket, you can go there.

Went there for help regarding a helping hand to write two line not to put pressure for heavy computer work with my power of 5.5 and retinal eduma but dr paul simply ignored it saying its nothing just relax do yoga and everything would be ok even heavy computer work can be done with eye drops. He refused to listen that how hard it is to work continuously for six chrs without any break what so ever. Very bad Attitude these people don't care Avoid at all cost also its a huge wastege of timew and money whole day goes just they dont know how to help or have no intention

Doctors are good and well behaved, but the staffs are not well trained or professional. A lot of confusion regarding cashless facility. The staff appointed can not clearly answer the questions. Collected fees for 6 tests but the report of only 3 reports are handed over. Neither clear answer about the other 3 tests, nor the money refunded. In order to continue a good reputation, this institute should maintain a proper clarity regarding financial policies.

Worst hospital ever , they do not care about patients at all , also , this place is so time consuming. It's been an year since my mother had a cataract surgery from this hospital, till now she has infection in her eye .

Dr S N Das did cataract surgery of my father which was very smooth and successful. I thank him and his staff for their kind and helpful behaviour. Even when he was busy he gave us full attention and was very friendly and smiling all the time. I am very pleased with his diagnosis and surgery. I am getting one more cataract surgery done by him soon.

Poor mediclaim facility. No cashless facility available. If you want to avail cashless facility then you have to come 1 week prior and let them know that you are going to avail cashless. Other things are quite ok.

The lady on the reception has no manner and is very rude. She should be fired immediately because of her behaviour.

Very bad behaviour. An old lady staff was in reception who's behaviour is very cruel. Don't know her name. She talked with us rudely.
