Terrific experience I must say. The lady in this store simply denied me a eye check up. They said that I must buy a frame to avail an eye check up. Both the staff were rude. I am wearing lenskart glasses for 3 years now. And this was my worst experience.

I simply just hate that ladies behaviour, she is so arrogant u must immediately replace her. Not even helpful in natire and every single time she does bother to the every customer. Such a poor service i have ever recieved from this lenskart. I have been visited in different branches but always have been felt so warm and welcome. But here i would not like to rate 1 even just because of her behaviour. This is twice i have felt after reaching the store. Kindly do the needful.otherwise you must know a shop does businsess well when they have good reputation and features and the staffs behaviour. So its my utmost request look into the matter!

Ordered for two frams both were supposed to be delivered by 26th and I've received just one. It was unexpected.. lenskart claims to deliver orders within three days yet the order hasn't arrived on time it's been 5days.

I visited the shop dis week. I really must say staff behaviour is very good, specially a staff name Manas, quiet decent, energetic. Product range is also very good.

I visited the shop with my mother for an eyetest on Sunday and a new pair of glasses. Though I had my previous prescription but still the optometrist lady present over there insisted me for a free eye check up for my mother, inspite of too much crowd in the shop, and my mother being a senior citizen was taken care so nicely. A great experience at the store. All the three staffs behavior was too good. And I was assisted by them so well that I have to give them a high star rating. Will definitely suggest this store to others. And I will personally suggest my known ones to get their eyes tested by that lady staff over there. A 5 star rating for her too from my side. The experience was really bad !!! Specially, when I went for the replacement of my glasses last week. I bought the glasses from their shop not more than 5 months before. During that time they mentioned that if your glasses would broke within 1 year, they will do the replacement at free of cost. But last week, they told, "Sorry maam!! You did not pay the insurance of 199 rupees, so you have to pay the complete amount for the frame again. And also we dont have the same frame in the stock currently, so you have to wait for some more days." So my complaints are following: 1. Why they did not mention about the 199 Rs insurance that time? (they just told me that your gold card would be enough in the future for any replacement). 2. Why a company like Lenskart provides such a bad service?
