Staff is amazing. They went above and beyond for us. The included breakfast was great. The location was perfect. My family and I had such a great experience that we decided to extend our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Super Spa area with big swimming pool. Clean rooms. Delphin show super, but Music during show much, much too loud, terrible excessive sound like in discothek. The excessive loudness of music destroys these beautiful artistic effects from dompteurs and animals. Breakfast super! But staff always serves in bad mood. They do not smile, they not welcome with a "good morning", they not say good bye...they just do their job like a machine, but guests feel "cold" and not welcome. For money you get every service, but never at least a "friendly smile"

The service is not quite equivalent for the “”5 star hotel”. The breakfast has a limited option s and not enough. The food is not so good, there are only some dishes taste good. The staff is not so friendly

A comfortable place with a nice and helping staff. Food from the restaurant is available at any time and is really very good. The spa, swimming pools, and sports rooms are good and well equiped. The roof top, where you can have dinner, offers a fine view on the park in the summer. The manager is really friendly and reactive.

amazing experience, staying with dolphins and white whales. I can see them in my room. swimming pool is special, very deep and good for challenging myself. lots of restaurants around hotel.

I loved my stay at the Nemo Hotel. The room was wonderful, the staff friendly and very helpful, especially at the desk. All the food I ate was great. And I love the location, close to the city center but in the park, away from the streets. I will stay here again, and if anyone I know is going to Kharkov, I will recommend they stay there as well. Spasibo!!!

The service proved substandard. Moreover, excessively noisy including during night hours. The breakfast is in theory included but it comes with two preset menus only. Additional drinks or deviations from the preset menus (including a second coffee ! ) are charged upon checkout (no advance notice given). There are certainly better options in Kharkov within the same price range.

Absoluter Geheimtipp für einen Kurzurlaub außerhalb von Europa. Eine Stadt wie keine andere: so schön & sauber und einfach einzigartig. Die vielen Fontäne, die Parks geben Einem das Gefühl ganz weit weg vom Alltag zu sein. Und mitten drin vervollständigt dieses tolle Hotel das Geaamtbild. Sehr stillvoll eingerichtet, sauber und einfach für alle geeignet: Single, Familie, Pärchen... es wird für alle Interessensgruppen gesorgt. Auf jeden Fall war das für uns nicht das letzte Mal.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Stilvolle Einrichtung, sehr engagiertes Personal, angenehme Freizeitbereiche. Und der Clou sind natürlich die Delfine und Wale, auch das Aquarium ist sehr nett eingerichtet, wenn auch nicht riesig. Die langen Öffnungszeiten des Pools und Spabereichs sind für Geschäftsreisende ideal, da man auch nach einem langen Tag nicht vor verschlossenen Türen steht. Zwei Verbesserungen sind vorzuschlagen: die Heizung selbst regulieren zu können (es war viel zu heiß im Zimmer!) und zu den Kosmetikartikeln im Bad Bodylotion hinzuzufügen, da gerade im Winter die Haut sehr leidet, auch unter dem kalkhaltigen Duschwasser.

Sehr toller Ort um einfach mal abzuschalten. Das Fitnessstudio wird nicht so überfüllt besucht was mir sehr sehr gut gefällt ! Die Sauna hat auch bis 24.00 geöffnet ! Alles ist sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend !

Einfach fantastisch. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit egal zu welcher Tageszeit Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr stilvoll.. Ich. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen... Ah ja und was auch noch wichtig ist das hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Haben einen Raum wo Kinder schielen und toben können.

I’ve booked it as a bday gift for my nephew. I wanted to prepay it and to get some details about the hotel. The communication is terrible. I’ve spent 1,5 week to get the proforma invoice. It does not matter if you book the rate with or without breakfast included as it is a deposit for f&b at the end and you may chose what you spend it for. It is misleading information for consumers. Moreover I was told that the tickets for oceanarium will be provided upon check-in, while it was not and I was told it’s the guests fault. It is the duty of the staff to provide ALL the information, not mine, excuse me. You’re positioning yourself as 5 star hotel meaning the amount of amenities and the level of service provided. I’m working in the hotel industry, it is not the level. Unfortunately with no relevant competitors, it is hard to opt for something else next time. Also the cake was really dry and tasty :( PS The best impression was made by the kids room staff, please thank the girl who is animating the kids, she is a perl
