Very bad Experience, Worst staff, they're disturbing you a lot and no service at all, better you spend money on another worthy place.

Good ambience with average food.

First time in an hotel over the festive seaon and far from home. Had originally booked for two days which is now day 28. I may not speak the language but that is a minor thing. Arranged taxis, gave me directions to many places . Too many things they have helped me with inc explaining to restaurant the food that I want. The billiard club/restaurant is a very relaxing place but have not used the pool yet( it is winter) nor the sauna, that would be a summertime activity. I would use again but would mention a cash only hotel so you need to know location of cash machines if you visit and extend your stay. Thank you to the reception ladies Vika, Tanya and Tatiana. I went to play billiards with my friends...very good atmosphere..and not so expensive!!

Has good coffee etc but I feel it needs more coffee snacks to go with the coffee
