Customer Care Staff Nisha. Great Experience I have ever visited in any Hospital. She is very nice and Take care of patients. Very Well educated and way of talk is amazing. She deserve a raise.

Recently visited Manipal Hospital Patiala, Deeply Felt humiliated and insulted from a horrible Dr. Satwant Singh Sachdeva Neurology zero politeness lack of treating patient politely specially to those who are not well educated regarding their issues, Took my motherly Aunt age 52 she can't read, went for a second opinion regarding Asymmetric left side of face when she was unable to convey the problem/issues/medicines she is been taking dose, even after showing all the reports by the ex-doctor and his prescription. Aggressively, packed our reports handover and asked us to leave the room in very rude manner although went to the white shirt reception staff for his misbehave No one cares after receiving fees. Doctor left his seat without mentioning anything to us, faced his ignorance and rude behaviour, doctor's disgusting way of dealing with patients.. Waited for 1+ hours for him to get back in his given room. No positive actions to talk with first time visiting patient. Couldn't find serious authority to deal with my feedback Bad and ridiculous experience Never gonna visit to the same No staff for considering complaints disappointed Rating: 0/10 Humiliated and Insulted

Very bad doctor and other staff is very hungry. ( money minded only) Dr Sidhu is very bad doctor only 3 day in the hospital in case you are patient is not fit he is not care I personally advice kindly visit government hospital just rajindra Pgi is good All doctor staff working Target basis All test is mandatory on daily basis

I came as emergency case but it took 3 hours for just blood test and ultrasound and then doctor went on break….. I was crying in pain for 5 hours and no one cared so I personally believe that they have very bad handling. If you charging someone for emergency then you should also provide the care….. atleast a painkiller should have been given or some other required measures should have taken but leaving patient crying in pain for 5 hours is disgusting

Overall experience of this hospital is good. Earlier the hospital was known as Columbia Asia Hospital. Some good doctors I used to visit are not available here now. Among one of them is Dr. Yadawinder Bath of Medicine. He is available elsewhere in the city. The pathology laboratory and other diagnostics are good here. Sometimes waiting time in the hospital can be very long. Endocrinologist Dr. Charandeep Singh is available in all week days from 11 AM to 2 PM and the visiting fees is Rs. 600.00. Dr. Prashant Bhatt of Medicine can be reached from 11 AM to 2 PM and 5 PM to 7 PM. Fees to visit him is Rs.450.00. Because of Covid situation, some of the Doctors are not physically examining the patients now. They have to rely on reports and the symptoms. If you are visiting Dr. Prashant and carrying hard copy of the reports, you have to turn the pages for yourself. I think, It's safe like this.

I got my total knee replacement for both knee of my mother from Dr P S Chahal. My mother had an amazing experience. Doctor is simply amazing and experienced. Nurse and other staff are friendly and professional. Will endorse people to get their treatment from them.

I recently had to visit the hospital for a medical emergency and I was extremely impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive, compassionate, and efficient. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand.

The worst hospital I ever visited. Even government hospitals are better than it. Doctors are far from being punctual. Staff doesn't know what to do. It took them 3 days just to issue a routine medical certificate even when reports were normal. Doesn't know what will happen if reports were not normal. They charge you double the price in the market but give you service worse than civil hospitals.

Gynecology team helped us a lot, they are amazing. My wife was very critical, but they handled her very well and took her back. Special thanks to anesthesiologist who performed an excellent job too on a patient with 2g of blood. Thanks a lot to all the Team for bringing back smiles on our faces👍

First time i visited Manipal hospital when my father was not well and we thought of providing him the best treatment so we choose this hospital for my treatment. I am happy to see that they treated us same way as they treated us in 2022. No alterations, compromises and modification in their services. They provide the best services till date. Best part is they give priority to the treatment of patients more rather than the money

Overall experience was excellent. My daughter is suffering with fever and cough from last 4 days. Today we met with Dr. Neeraj (pediatrics dept). He handled my daughter very well and treat us very nicely. I really appreciate his behaviour. Very disappointing experience. Visited for comprehensive health checkup of my wife, quite unorganised process, almost everybody is clueless resulting in avoidable wastage of time at every step. After a long wait it was our turn to consult a doctor, she asked us to bring the reports from reception whereby we lost more of our time. Subsequently we came to know that she could see the soft copies of our reports on her PC. The guy who takes sample in the lab is also not friendly. Reception counter team was very helpful and supportive.

They keep talking about rules of entry exit.. But their has no idea of whereabouts of the reports of the patient. Too much opaque. Neither they would tell you the condition of the patient and at the same time keep you restricted access to the patient. Don't much harrassment inside these beautiful buildings. Biggest issue is finance team who does feel that they are boss here

Excellent care and service by nursing dept from Harpreet mam. We stayed in room 211 on 2nd floor. Only thing is that finance team can improve on handling in a way which makes the patient companion comfortable

Since the take over by Manipal group the efficiency and professionalism of the hospital has dropped. 1. The registration and payment counter has 2 separate queues leading to patients standing in double queues. 2. The doctors don't adhere to the time slots mentioned in the website. The front desk team is also unaware of the doctors availablity. And then they provide the century old excuse that the " doctor is on round". With all the latest IT systems seems the company oops....hospital is loosing touch with the patients.

Very happy with the services of the hospital. My wife safely delivered a baby under the abled guidance of Dr Goldy, she is very cooperative and an excellent doctor. I would also like to thank all the nursing staff who made our stay comfortable especially Ms Ritu and Ms. Shikha.

Doctors are very good . 1) The Administrative services are very poor. Took 4870/- for MRI and asking additional money for providing film & CD. In my 57 yrs of life have got MRI done several time at various places but no one charged extra amount for film or CD. 2) In all multi-speciality hospitals proper file is provided to patients with all reports and related x-rays, MRI films/reports here no such thing observed 3) Charges are exhortation but no proper reports provided for future reference of patients. It's kept in computers for hospital records only 4) if this is situation the day will come that hospital start loosing patients and spoil the name.

All the services in this hospital is very good…. There is number of dr and staff in the hospital who do their job very honestly and helpful….. Reception staff is very polite and friendly they do their job properly and always ready to help for patient …. In this hospital we feel like at home … thnx for providing this friendly environment here…..

This hospital exceeded my expectations far beyond my anticipation. All the staff were extremely courteous and extremely helpful. Especial kudos to Param Madam from patient care. Her leadership obviously comes through very clearly through the way the staff looked after the 95 years old patient.

I would recommend Manipal hospital for knee replacement surgery for really good results done by Dr Paramjit chahal and his team members. The services they provide us during our visit to surgery was very satisfactory. The nursing staff Harpreet kaur ( S wing ) provides good care and better services during our stay in the hospital. They were really helpful in every aspect. Mr Dhiraj Puri ( Finance department and Laxmini Mam helped us alot. I would say this is a better place to go. Have been visiting Gynaecologist Dr. Goldy since 10 years, she is a wonderful doctor as well a nice person. Never advise for unnecessary tests or medicines. She is always cheerful & smiling which gives a great comfort to the patient. Highly recommended doctor

My brother came from Canada to visit Dr Chahal for plate removal from his ankle, All hospital staff & doctor are too professional & well experienced.. A big thanks to reception staff & nursing staff who help us a lot during procedure.
