Despite the politeness of the staff and seemingly qualifications, the animals were not helped. Killed. The first time we brought a cat. They did tests and a procedure that did not correspond to the symptoms at all. The treatment was also not adequate: to treat epileptic seizures, they did an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity and prescribed medicinal food. The second time they brought a kitten. They did tests, called several times to find out the diagnosis, the doctor did not call back. He called back when I reported that the animal had become critically ill. They never managed to save him. So I sincerely advise you not to tempt fate and go somewhere else.

Ordinary trainees know more than the doctor himself. After touching and examining the animal, they scare you with a terrible diagnosis! They just made diagnoses out of thin air! I made an appointment for my cat to have his paw x-rayed. As a result, I came for an examination, everything was fine, but something else killed me. They will charge you money for gloves, it’s insanity, isn’t it? When making an appointment for an x-ray, I was not warned about this, although this was my first time coming to this clinic. The most important thing is that their radiologist works remotely, that is, you should not expect direct communication with him, but only by correspondence and then from the hands of other veterinarians. “Be sure to check prices with the call center,” they told me; As a result, I called after visiting the clinic and decided to check with them about the prices. At first it turned out that there were no prices at all on the website, then the operator began to tell me that the prices might be outdated. Strange, very strange. But at least they apologized for the gloves, that’s good. I give one star for service and customer relations. Most likely, by the way, the prices are “outdated” only due to the lack of visitors in this veterinary clinic. But the equipment is good, I can’t say anything. But keep in mind that the doctors themselves answered me uncertainly; you should be wary.

I had a cat Manya at the age of 13, I found her as an approximately 2-month-old kitten in an underground passage. But as often happens, three years after birth the child developed a hellish allergy with the threat of developing into asthma. I had to give my furry family member into good hands :((( In the end, only the ex-wife responded (with the condition that I provide the cat with everything necessary), because placing a cat at an advanced age turned out to be a very impossible task. After some time (about a year), the cat began to act out completely. At the same time, she always lived in love and affection, there were mistakes, of course, on her part, but very rarely (she was punished immediately according to all the concepts of cat responsibility without assault) As a result, in August I brought Manya for an examination at Shvernik - they took all the tests, did an ultrasound (they shaved her belly carefully, which she resisted a little) - numerous cysts were found on the female organs. The cat was led by Anna Vladimirovna, who honestly warned that it is better to do the operation now, and not when it all bursts in the cat’s stomach, in order to avoid infection. Yes, there was a risk that the cat might not survive, since it was no longer possible to do a full ECG and consult a nephrologist at that time (the cat’s character had deteriorated greatly due to stress). In order to carry out all the necessary manipulations, she had to be fixed in a corset for aggressive animals. In general, I myself saw the hands of doctors and paramedics torn to blood. As a result, the operation was successful (carried out in a clinic on Novocheremushkinskaya), despite the revealed sclerosis of one kidney - the cat is a fighting cat and the professionalism of the doctors increased the chances of success! Manya recovered at home and about a month later similar problems began again - walking past the litter box, damaging furniture, aggression towards “the feet of passing household members.” We had to take her to the Animal State again - they suggested that the cat most likely had stress due to medical manipulations plus age-related changes in the head, and to overcome this would require a thorny path without guaranteed success. To be honest, I almost gave up - they didn’t want to see the cat in the new family due to its behavior, I couldn’t find a new family, I couldn’t take it home, in general, there were a lot of nuances... So, I arrived with the cat, desperate to change anything and ready to make the decision to put her to sleep so that she wouldn’t suffer (who will probably judge, but believe me, this is my beloved cat, she has been through so much with me, but the health of the child is more important - I tried everything, no managed to fit it in). And I was lucky (or Mana was lucky) that that day I met the head physician of both Vetstate clinics, Nadezhda Pavlovna. She persuaded me not to give up and try to rehabilitate the cat with the help of drug therapy and working with a psychologist. I won’t talk about the next 2 months of working with the cat. In the end, everything went well - the cat is calm and complacent, she returned to her family and everything is fine with her! I want to sincerely thank the team of professionals from both clinics for their skill, kindness, endurance and honesty! To be honest, I still don’t fully realize how lucky Mane and I were that we were treated by these doctors! So I recommend it to everyone - everything will be fine, at Vetsstate they will make every effort to achieve this, they will honestly talk about all the risks and pitfalls, they will select the right treatment, and they will not stupidly scam you out of money, as in every second veterinary clinic.
