We spent 4 nights in a Private Beach Villa (# 103) at the Rawi Warin Resort. Everything was great right from the beginning, the hospitality is amazing, the staff extremely attentive. The Private Villa gives you utmost privacy with direct access to the beach which we have been looking for. It’s actually a must if you want time for yourself because a lot of families with kids are in the resort. I had a massage in the Spa, my wife a facial treatment, it was beneficial and we really enjoyed it. The Spa staff is well trained and experienced. On top I used the gym every day, the equipment is a bit dated, but still functional. So that’s an area the hotel can work on. The breakfast in the morning was delicious as well with a wide variety of eggs, fresh fruits and many other things. Plus I got my Espresso everyday which is a must for me as well :-). Overall we didn’t find anything negative, really everything was excellent. We can definitely recommend the resort and we will come back.

Book the Baan Rawi Suite. It is a room to remember. Can also be described as heaven on earth. This suite has 4 rooms - 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, 2 swimming pools and an outside seating area. The room overlooks the ocean and the views are fantastic. Overall the hotel is pretty big and good. The public pool is also pretty good. The staff is very helpful and ever ready to help. Would 10/10 recommend.

My girlfriend and I had a beautiful stay at Rawi Warin in March. I had snapped my achilles a few months before and was not able to move too much around, hence stayed basically our entire stay at the resort. The resort had it all, and I truly enjoyed the beach, the pool, the staff, the food and not to forget the amazing sunset! We want to highlight a few people from the staff team that really did the stay as great as it was! Fad, who approached me when he saw me struggling walking, and gave me daily fot massage which really helped the blood circulation and made me walk much better! Mee, who made everyone laugh, really learned to know people and seemed to have a good time working! Sak, which made us a really special cocktail and came to check in at all time! Maew, lovely guy with a very positive and helpful attitude, and really interested in us having a good time! Thank you all, we hope to come back! Best, Hanna & Kristian

Nice place, good staff, but despicable business practices. Very nice place, beautiful beach and extremely friendly staff. Nice restaurants. The non stop Tuk Tuk drives through the resort are a nuisance though, as well as the lack of loungers by the pool and the beach that make customers « compete » to get one as early as possible. All the more annoying than the resort sells “day passes” to non hotel residents. We also had to spend a night without air con. What really made us angry at the management is the way they organized the expensive new year party. We were lucky enough to win a free night at the resort during the party, before realizing the conditions attached require coming back to Thailand in the coming year and out of high seasons (no possibility to use it for our on going stay). Offering a nice prize and taking pictures for the hotel communication while perfectly knowing the winner will not be able to use it (95% of customers are foreigners on vacation) is really petty. Shame on the person who made that decision. All in all we enjoyed our time there and without our frustration at the management decisions our experience would be rated 4 stars.

This is one of the best places to stay in Koh Lanta. We have been coming to this island for years and have stayed in other lovely resorts, but this is our favorite. The resort itself is beautiful. The grounds are so lush and interesting. The 4 pools are all different and have their own charm. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They are what makes this place stand out. A special thanks to Nick who has been serving us at the pool bar. He has taken pics for us and helped us to choose drinks and food and has been just a stand out presence . All of the staff, indeed, are just teriffic. We have stayed in several different rooms and villas over the years. They have all been very comfortable and luxurious. The beds are very comfortable and the wifi is really good. The showers are nice too. A/C is not too loud.

We spent 4 nights in one of the beach villa bungalows. Lovely room with private pool, large garden and direct access to the beach. Stunning hotel and setting with fantastic service. Mr Mee and his team were incredible around the pool bar and restaurant. Thanks for a great stay! Would highly recommend!

I stayed here for 9 days and had a wonderful time, I will divide my review into different parts. The hotel itself is starting to look old in some different parts. But in total it looks nice and it feels like you live in a jungle, and yes you will have monkeys as neighbours :) The one thing that is too old is the gym that would need some extra love. Breakfast: I do not know if the breakfast was smaller than usual due to Covid but I was expecting some more choices, the things that they did have was of good quality but I was lacking some healthy options. Pool area: Lovely area and the food as Stream Bar is surprisingly good, the best Thai food we had on the island! Room: Super nice rooms with good shower etc, we changed from another hotel to this one because of bugs and in this room, we were left alone! Cleaning: The cleaning was not good, they cleaned every day and usually to our satisfaction, but they did some annoying errors like going into the room even though we had a do not disturb sign up. They didn’t change a broken glass and missed giving us a new bathrobe after I left one for cleaning. They didn’t stock up on amenities etc. Staff: This is where the hotel shines. All the staff is so friendly and they took so good care of us. Big extra star to Ann in the breakfast and Rut at the stream bar.⭐️⭐️⭐️

The level of service is quite outstanding. They try to take care of everything and are always in a very good mood. As a room I can especially recommend the pond rooms as they are pretty central in the resort and have a very nice view.

It's been sometime though but the hospitality experience was awesome. However, the property is getting old and is in need of some investment to keep the flame burning...

Beautiful resort. Stunning setting. Staff very helpful and friendly. For the price the room is however sadly drab. Furniture fittings look very worn. basic and old-fashioned. Nothing luxurious here. Bed was unacceptably hard. Bathroom was nice as was the view over the pond. The Lobby is beginning to look run down. No fresh coffee/coffee machines at breakfast. restaurant was good and not expensive. All in all over priced for the somewhat run down bedrooms - the place needs a face lift!

Wow, what a beautiful hotel! The grounds, pools, pontoon and room were amazing. We only had breakfast included, which catered for everyone and had lots of fresh fruit and pastries too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, I can't find fault in anything.

The stay was wonderful! The employees treat you like gold. Mr. Mee out by the pool is very kind & somehow remembers the guests names. Great location. Tons of help booking excursions and scooters at the front desk. We loved it!

Nice and clean rooms, exceptionally friendly cleaning and service staff. Amazing breakfast and the breakfast team was outstanding, thanks to Taa, great choice for clean eating and food intolerances. The beach of the hotel was separated by a small grove from the main beach and felt more private. One thing the hotel could improve is the availability of Sun beds at the pool, which was not sufficient. The gym was okay, but could have more modern weight machines for the otherwise high standard of the hotel. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Terrific room and breakfast. Great service. Nice pool area. Depressing gym. Located a bit off, but if you are a couple seeking a romantic resort with beautiful sunsets - this is it. Small local restaurants within walking distance.

Very average. Reminded me of an abandoned Jurassic park resort. Very secluded and quiet. Staff was nice. Our A/C was broke on arrival but they quickly moved us to a new room which was a great recovery. For the money, it was as expected.

Rooms, grounds, and staff were all wonderful. Breakfast options were expansive and good. Dinner was a bit overpriced/standard resort fare, but there’s plenty of great beach bars/cafes down the beach, so it wasn’t an issue.

Great and super friendly service provided. The location is very nice, directly on the beach. Many of the rooms and facilities are around a very nice asian style garden. The breakfast buffet is very nice and the pool bar is a great place to sit at sunset and enjoy a nice drink. For those enjoying to eat outside, not many restaurants at short walking distance but I have seem ‘cabs’ waiting in front of the hotel. I personally rented a scooter. On that very last point, I asked the reception and they organized everything with a rental agency who brought it to the hotel. The process was smooth and easy but the scooter was not in its best years… There is a rental just in front of the hotels where all looked in a better shape so I would recommend checking them out. Great hotel otherwise and I would be happy to visit them again - thanks to the whole team for the fantastic service.

A wonderful resort, a little paradise. We had a great time at the pools and the private beach. The room was well equiped and clean. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Also the breakfast was terrific. Although if you want to leave the resort for daytrips or shopping I highly recommend to rent a scooter as there isnt to much in walking distance.

Great 5 star luxury hotel Staffs are all polite and helpful. They provide the very best services Starting from various variety of premium quality breakfast. Food tastes really good. I stayed for 6 days and they changed the food every day. The hotel landscape is so beautiful, I enjoyed walking around the hotel very much, it was a good exercise. Gardeners have put great work on keeping the hotel so green, and clean. Airport transfer service was also a blast. Apart from a driver, another hotel staff was assigned to standby at the airport to assist us with check in and going to security check. What a service!! Staying here is one of my best experience. Highly recommended.

A stunning hotel and stunning room (the sunset pool villa). Really nice and attentive staff all around the resort. The pools are great, the beach is nice and quiet. I was so so disappointed with breakfast... we made clear on the booking that I was vegan, which was acknowledged. I didn't expect there to be loads of options at the buffet, but for nothing to be marked as vegan or otherwise, and for multiple staff to not know themselves (they eventually brought a senior member of staff from the kitchen who pointed to one item on the entire buffet that was vegan (I at least knew there was more than just that!) was disappointing. A tiny sour note on an otherwise magical stay!

Lovely pool pools. Nice gym. Comfortable bed. Nice selection of international TV stations. Resort is densely built and would expectedly be congested during non Covid high season. NOTE: Happy Hour drink specials to be avoided!! They only offer discount on house liquor which tastes horrible, like Lao Khao.

I stayed at here for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay. First, the manager Woody is extremely helpful from helping me booking the hotel, to greeting me. Even after I left to be with friends at another hotel, he gave me advice on where to get freshest seafood. The hotel has a large infinity pool by the sea and with many sunbeds. There are on site gym. Yoga room and a library. There are also a few computers there for you to use. If you do not like to walk, the hotel provides carts to take you to the restaurants or to some bakery shop out on the road. The on site restaurant has very good food. I would stay here again next time I visit Lanta.

Beautiful hotel, staff is wonderful, they have one of the best pools around! Food needs improvement, eat elsewhere for your main meals. The breakfast was very good which was included with our stay.

During the low season in September, we can count the groups of guests with 2 hands, but the hotel still manages to provide excellent service and well-kept facility at this time. The kids club had very limited options for my daughter, but the free kids thai boxing class and slides in the pool were awesome. The service is excellent: they proactively provided extra towels to our child that used our bed (the only hotel in 10s we stayed that did so); waitresses in breakfast times remembered our strange tea requests and provided the same tea the next day; we found a gecko and was taken care in 10 minutes. All-in-all, we appreciated their effort to keep up the quality despite the low quest level.

We spent 3 days here on our honeymoon in a sunset pool villa. We got the honeymoon package and it came with a private dinner and 60min massages for each of us. The location is absolutely beautiful and the staff is amazing and very accommodating. Things at the resort are pricier than the local area but high quality and convenient. I highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a relaxing a low key spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Thailand.

Fantastic customer service, mind-blowing views. Stop your search and stay here! Highly recommended! We stayed in this Resort for 7 days! The location and views are top notch. Staff was extremely friendly and all interactions with them were great. They all spoke English proficiently which was helpful for us. I would like to express my gratitude to "Mr. Mee" who base on Pool Bar he very nice guy and always assist us with big wide smile during our stay, and also to Ms.Peung and Mr. Rut. Thank you Our Room #295 and facing to sea view. Its really breathtaking!! This resort is perfect for couple and for family with small children, they have everything! From kids playground, billiards, library cycling etc. Would like to highlight their breakfast buffet, amazing chef! From pastry to western to local food its really a lot variety they can even make you nice latte! So better book a room with breakfast its very worthy!! Wifi is 100 strong connection ! Resort itself also had few monkeys like 5-10 , those monkeys really remarkable our stay! they very friendly though The best place We've ever stay in our life!! Me and my partner will definitely comeback again!!

Be careful. They try to extort money at the time of leaving by charging for items that you didn’t know existed in your rooms. Cheap tactics usually associated with cheap hotels being adopted by this 5 star properties. Super expensive food and in room dining compared to other 5 star properties we stayed in Thailand.

Stayed here for 3 nights. And it's the best resort i have been to. Kai at the reception and everyone else at the resort made sure that we had a great experience. The views are great and the service is awesome. Will definitely stay here again!😊😊😊

We loved our week at this hotel. It is so incredibly beautiful and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and attentive. We were really well looked after by Mr Mee and the F&B team including Rut. We went in off season but were so lucky with the weather (only had a couple of nighttime storms) and the island was so quiet. Would recommend considering a visit at this time of year.

Very nice hotel that we can recommend. Stayed for 2 weeks with my family (2 children ages 1 and 4). The place is beautiful and the facilities are nice (nice pools and fun slider for the kids), rooms were very nice (great housekeeping), the staff was wonderful with Mr. Mee in the lead who treated us well and great breakfast! The only thing we can complain about is the air conditioning, we had to change rooms 2 times but still, we found it noisy and not working at the set temperature. So good to have in mind if this is a deal breaker for you. Good to know that during the low season access to the beach will be restricted due to rough seas (common during this time of the year).

We had the most amazing stay at Rawi Warin! We stayed for 3 nights. The service was incredible! Everyone was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay!! If you’re traveling with children, the employees were so great with them! We stayed in the Baan Warin Suite which was incredibly spacious for 3 adults and we had our own private pool overlooking the ocean and was so beautiful! The rooms were extremely clean as well. The breakfast was so delicious as well as the Thai dinner restaurant we ate at. Can’t recommend staying here enough!!

😐 Nice hotel. Good pool. Gets muddy on paths with rain. 1300 baht for pool view near beach. If booking van to airport ask for small van. We booked the 7AM and got a large bus, it took 1.5 hours to make it to the pier with 15 stops. Plan accordingly. I gave the front desk postcards to mail. No one...
