Terrible experience. Overpriced. The staff asked me to give them 5 stars review on their Facebook page!!! They take the money before a procedure, so you can not get a refund if you are unsatisfied with the service. They don't know how to work with European hair, even though they say they do. I asked to make balayage,but all they did was just hair bleaching, no toning at all. I just became yellowish blond. Also they sold me some toning shampoo and conditioner. I used them exactly how they told me, but my hair became green! The next day I sent them a message on their Facebook page, describing the situation with photos of my green hair, asking for help. But no one replied. Do not trust those fake reviews on Google and their Facebook page! Avoid this place. UPDATE: Today the salon sent me multiple messages, obviously, after they saw my review here. Well, I should attach the screenshots then, so it would be fair.

This is some sort of worked out scam. When you call them they are fully booked and offer you appointment at their other salon “close by” that’s “same company”. That other salon REDZEN is very far in secluded industrial area, when you go there they give you are Prince that’s bit high but what are you gonna do you came this far. They screw up whatever service it is you wanted. You don’t feel like going back to fix it because it’s so far away. REDZEN has no clue what they are doing they let me walk out with complete orange hair I had to buy hair color and dye over it in my hotel room it was that embarrassing. Don’t fall for the scam don’t go to REDZEN by the recommendation of this salon.

I googled a place to do hair and nails in Bangkok, found this place by other people recommendations and I am soooooo happy I did! They are so professional! They know exactly what to do, ask me all the questions and understood exactly what I wanted. In top of this, they all are very very very NICE and some of them even can speak English. Very much recommend. I’ll definitely will visit here on my next time here! :)

One of the best salons in Bangkok for blonde Balayage, highlights, toner etc. It makes me very sad to see some of the negative reviews that are so ignorant & just harmful to their business and livelihood especially during covid. I'm not sure if the reviews are from other salons or genuine customers but after talking to the staff and living in Thailand for many years, i think foreigners need to stop being so entitled and ignorant, Not all Thais are trying to rip you off! 1.Expensive Prices I can tell you the prices for hair color and services in Thai baht have been almost the same for over 12 years, but exchange rates have changed yes. Thai salaries have hardly changed but prices for rent and food has gone up so much. so its unfair to say they are expensive compared to your country if your dollar or euro lost value and the baht got stronger. that's hardly their fault, its an economic one. 2. Location & Expertise I have tried other Bangkok salons located in sukumvit next to the sky train the most expensive area for rent, and prices are definitely in line with other salon prices in that area. But im happy to pay extra if the salon staff speak English and have lots of experience working on foreign hair and they certainly have that. Plus its in an easy location in prime downtown Bangkok. 3. Paying for services upfront! I have no problem paying for items before i get them, i do it in shops, supermarkets, online shopping & online food shopping. I prefer the fact that this salon is actually upfront about the total price before they start , some salons here can increase the price with add-ons and when its time to pay its a lot more than you agreed to. So just think about that! its actually a good thing they do this. And from what i understand they did this was due to many tourists having credit card problems, bouncing or trying to pay with the wrong currency. 4"'i don't like my hair why do have to pay?" well, imagine going to to your office or place of work and working all day and your boss decides not pay you just because he SAYS he is not happy with your work? would you work for FREE? If your not happy make sure you communicate this before leaving and be polite with them, if it doesn't work then talk with them nicely and they will try to fix it im sure. Its a service not an item! 4. Free Bookings & consultations In my country hair salons require a 50% paid upfront deposit just to book the appointment & in salon consultations are not Free. I am very grateful that this salon has still not done this yet, we should be grateful its still this way. To complain about these things just seems absolutely crazy to me, just look at the quality of some of the work, its amazing! These hair stylists are some of the best in the world, you cant find this level of work easily in Asia or even the West. I'm sure many salons in Bangkok feel threatened by this and leave fake reviews! its sad to see that...

Impeccable service. The staff is very pleasant and extremely precise. They take their work very seriously and the result is excellent.

The prices are good. The head massage was a bit too strong and there where a Lot of people around me all the time. Could be more Professional but the result was good.

I had my hair cut from long to short + curtain bangs and I'm super happy! I could almost say that going to a hairdresser has never been so pleasant. Apple cut my hair and she was super careful & pleasant. She didn't do anything without discussing it with me first and showing her. I can absolutely recommend it!

I was very happy with my treatment at Savanna Hair! I had the ends and a curtain bang cut, the hairdresser worked quickly and precisely. She listened to my wishes and put a lot of effort into it. Always my pleasure!

I had my haircut at Savanna last 4th December and I was happy and satisfied with the service. The lady reception is approachable its good they have english speaking staffs. My haircut was done by Pai🙂🙂 she is very nice and I had my relaxing soft head massage which a plus points. I left the salon in a new look and felt refreshing in my layered haircut. Highly recommended worth the price

Terrible experience! Showed them my previous hair photos but my horrible new hair was nothing like the picture I showed! The hairdresser even cut his own fingers, so unprofessional!!

Terrible experience. I went to Breakfast Story for breakfast and saw this place had some people there. I walk in and book for the afternoon. They asked me to give deposits. I did it. After I arrived, they asked the receptionist to do the consultation service with me. The hairstylist is like a middle-aged cleaning lady. She has no idea about cutting hair. I also want to do the Color. When I booked, I told them before. They said they were too busy. The salon inside and upstairs are dirty and cold. The first hair stylist doesn’t know what she is doing. The second one is ok. The price is not cheap in Thailand, but the service is terrible. The cut is ok but not great. I think all the Google positive reviews before maybe they ask their friends to write for them. When the lady washed my hair, the water came to my ears twice. They keep taking the pic of me without my consent. If you are travelling, please don’t go to this place. I think a lot of the customers see the reviews and book them. And they keep taking pics for the customer and make them look good. So they have many tourists go there. Then I went to another hair salon. No prepay is needed from another salon, and it was spotless. I think Savanna Hair are the worst salons I have ever experienced.

Incredibly happy with my hair. The staff were extremely professional & very attentive. They really listened to me & asked questions throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hairdresser's whilst in Bangkok. English speaking staff, use photos to be extra clear.

Very very bad service. I went in for first time extensions project consultation. The guy that "took care of me" seemed totally clueless and didn't make me feel in good hand at all. After a while of him standing there 100% unconfident, kinda answering my question, a lady came closer, as if she knew better, but actually didn't at all. After a while of feeling totally not safe, I asked them to just put 1 strain of hair on my head, for sample-test, cauz it didn't feel like I could trust them with my head and face, and even though I was READY TO PAY FOR 1 strain of hair, they REFUSED to do it! They were ready to losee a 14k treatment rather than put 1 hair on, as sample test, that I was happy to pay for! This place is sketchy AF, don't go!
