Hmmm what can I say. Standard Big C Similar products to every other one...of course. I find the foreign products and bakery items weak...but then this is Khon Kaen. Yes you can find some import cheese and a few other imported goodies but it is not much and it is pricey. Nice grocery store for the area and locals but not a "must go" for foreigners looking for anything special. The downstairs shopping area is ok but don't get your hopes up on a awesome shopping experience 5555555.

The big brand of convenience store market in Thailand. Most of the products are cheaper than the small convenience store shop, casue of power of mass product negotiation. However, in the share (rental) space that support the local's seller is very good concept such as the shop of local seasonal fruit, the shop of shirt by local made.

Typical large diversified grocery and department store. Not a fan of the baked breakfast sausage roll I bought. Although the multi-grain bread I purchased was excellent! Very helpful staff.

Limited selection of imported foods especially dairy products including lactose free items. Bakery is basic with a few freshly made bread and pastry products available. Staff assistance is at times lacking as they congregate to chat and try to avoid the foreigner. The checkouts can be frustrating at times because staff assisting specific customers with their phone app for personal promotions at times taking up to 10 minutes or more to complete.. ..Easy access car parking BUT...motorcycle parking is most times a disorganised mess even though there is a at times sleeping attendant at the entry point. I shop there maybe 3 times a week and sometimes unable to take bike close to shopping trolley to load into my bike bags and most of the time the attendant/s sit in their booth on their mobilr. Unlike some other Shopping Centers I've been to which are more organised and have non parking areas to load up bike. Update May 2022.. past few months the selection and stock of especially dairy items has lessened considerably. Best option for excellent selection of quality imported and local foods is TOPS at nearby Centralplaza.

It's a big-C shopping centre. Has the usual Big-C store upstairs, restaurants and mix of retail downstairs. Has a good car wash and vallet service in the car park.

I just found a great salami here ! Both Big C's have 85 to 90 % of what I buy on my monthly grocery list. Great variety, good quality, easy parking , friendly cashiers !

Big C is now comparable to Tesco's superstore. The stock almost the same products and have about the same small amount of imported goods for westerners, with Tops being the place to go for more choice. The store itself is clean an well organized. The bakery, like Tesco's is not very good, with most of the in store baked goods lacking flavour and texture. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Typical store. I was just about everything that you could need for your house. Also has a grocery store. Price is a little bit on the higher side. So be careful with what you purchase there as I can find better prices than other locations.

Has everything. One unique experience is cashiers will try to help buyer take advantage of register discounts and coupons. Customer focused.

Good BigC. Unfortunately dog food is not stocked well.

Lots of variety in shops downstairs, clothing, food, mobile phones, shoes. The supermarket upstairs is spacious and well laid out. Some ranges of products are small for a S/M, while others there is abundance. More line signage would be helpful, some products are placed twice (some out of range) which is slightly confusing. Overall, good place to shop away from the other supermarkets in KK.

Use caution when buying sale items like fruit and vegetables. Usually you need to use quickly

Big C has everything in one store ... food, clothing, electrical goods, bikes, motorbike helments and much more. Well worth a visit if you are in Khon Kaen
