That’s awesome place, special on food and beverage that’s you never find it in this town or Isan area .

I usually stay at the Pullman but I thought I would give this hotel a try as its in the same location, first off we got stuck in the lift which to be honest was resolved quickly then got to our room and then the power cut for about 40 mins, to be fair probably not the hotels fault. The room was not too bad looked unfinished in places particularly the ceiling and the balcony, the bed was comfortable but has rediculous platforms either side which really you had to climb over to get out, the bathroom door was annoying keep having to slide it out of your way, no wardrobe space there is just a little hooks to hang clothes. You have to go up to check in then down to your Room and same on check out which just seems a pain to be honest. We used the restaurant, we ordered a pizza which was average, no draught beer on offer unless I missed it, mostly wine offerings, the only Bar is a cocktail lounge on the top floor which was not for me. The pool is excellent however it's a small area but very nice. The staff are amazing and could not do enough for you, they are a great asset to this hotel. I am due in Khon Kaen again this weekend however I have chosen to return to the Pullman.

Super new hotel, located in a convenient location, walkable to so many places in town. The room is spacious and beautifully designed, more of open concept. Separate shower and toilet. Great view of KK. Breakfast line was not bad, mix of western and Thai. Service was superb, staffs provided good experience. The only point I don’t quite like is the elevator change from the lobby to the room.

Great stay - staff was excellent and very kind from concierge to door man, everyone was well trained and did a great job. The sky bridge and infinite pool were beautiful. A pretty interesting story, the building was unfinished for a long time before Ad Lib took over and made it look amazing. Would recommend the hotel add fans to the outdoor restaurant area. The restaurant serves western as well as local dishes sourced from the area. It also looks to be the tallest building in Khon Kaen. Will be back, would absolutely recommend.

The Adlib is really a very nice hotel but unfortunately a lot went wrong here. Wrong room. Double charge. Pool closed on second day without notice. THEY DONT ACCEPT MY PLATIN AMEX CARD!! The Roof Top Bar is still under construction. Pros: The staff is extremely polite, almost too polite. The rooms are very clean and modern. I would still go there again, but it felt like you were still practicing running a hotel.

3 day 2 nights at here #Khonkaen I think the hotel is the most luxury in Khonkaen compare with other hotel around city . The room feel cozy and clean. but my expectations for a hotel of this class feel a little disappointed. - the price is very expensive if compare room size 32 sq.m ( i stayed at deluxe ) but the price start at 2900 .- but around 3000 up if include breakfast . if i pay the price like this in khonkaen. i think the room should bigger - The layout in deluxe room was very strange . thats make me feel not comfortable. The bathroom mirror should be opaque. - air condition cannot be adjusted. Its very cold like you are in north pole - many facilities in hotel still under construction. for example restaurants on the roof top, and swimming pool was very cold , In fact, the pool on the roof top should have a water heater in swimming pool like the other hotel - many staff don't know the details when i ask for help like never have training before. - for breakfast . The croissant dough shouldn't be crispy like this. finally what i told ... The hotel wanna be the most luxury in Khonkaen. But you're still missing a few details to be a luxury class. You can charge the customer any amount. If it's reasonable I will rate you 5 stars if price around 1500-1800 Baht in khonkaen compared with room size , service , staff ( My expectations will drop as well ) I'm not saying the hotel is bad. But it's not as good as the price we paid. i recommend you study from AWC group . I have never been disappointed by this chain.

The Ad Lib is a beautiful new hotel in Khon Kean. The staff are helpful, friendly, and welcoming without fail. I stayed a week at the property and didn't want to leave. The restaurant has a delicious menu with a fusion style, and every dish I tried was excellent. The morning buffet was top notch. This is a hotel that definitely deserves a 5 star rating, but I gave it a 4 for a couple of reasons that I know the management team are aware of and still trying to fix. The bathrooms in the rooms will tend to have a bad smell in them if you keep the door closed between uses, and unfortunately some of the rooms have a layout that makes it impossible to keep the door open unless you want the size of your room cut in half. As long as the door stays open there is no smell and no smell comes into the room from the bathroom. The air conditioner can be a bit twitchy, we found that the temperature wasn't really able to be set. Either it was on full cold or you had to turn it off and then in 3 hours it was to hot. The last thing is that the hot water doesn't stay cold or hot but will fluctuate so be careful in the shower, if you like hot showers like I do you will quickly find that the water temp will turn scalding hot for 20 sec then go back. When I called the management and discussed these problems they immediately upgraded our room and moved us within 20 min. Vincent the manager explained that the hotel was built into a building that is around 30 years old and that they are aware of the problems and have the work scheduled to fix all the problems in the near future. Other than that my stay was wonderful and the Ad Lib was hands down the best hotel I found in Khon Kaen.

Great hotel. Spacious rooms with big balcony, huge smart tv, good shower. Lovely pool area with good views of the city, has sun until mid-day, shade in the afternoon. Well-equipped gym, kind staff. Helped us rent bikes at the small shop right across the hotel.

With all confidence , I can say one of the best Hotels I stayed in. Great value for money. Only 15 min to the Konkaen airport. The Staff is going beyond to make your stay unforgettable. From receptionist, barista, cleaner and waitress are very well trained. I’m a big fan of the restaurant part and bakery section downstairs (kean ground). The room very well designed. Highly recommend!!

Nice place, no extra bed in room for children, sofa is big enought, but no bed linen. Good Italian Restaurant on 27. floor. Front office staff at 27, make me feel not welcome.

My first time in Ad Lib. The corner suite is spacious and beautifully done. The view from the room is great. All staff speak impeccable English so you don’t need to worry about ‘lost in translation’. Breakfast buffet has ample choices. Dinner was just okay. It is nice to see Ad Lib has revamped this once abandoned building (it’s been abandoned for many years). I look forward to returning to this hotel.

Hotel is nice. But service is absolutely unacceptable for an almost 5 start hotel. When ask to clean the room they don’t come as expected they clean while we are still there. The restaurant on the 27th floor we had booked a table outside which was confirmed we will have a table outside. When we arrived they gave our table away when it was confirmed number of people and outside table. They sat us inside and denied the reservation. Completely unacceptable. However a 10% discount was given due to the poor service. However the service at this level of hotel is completely unacceptable. I have emailed you.

The "it" place to stay on Khon Kaen city, recently opened (5 months at time of review), friendly and professional staff and unique blend of hotel/cafe/textures around the location.

Ate at Season 27- the view from 27th floor is amazing, service was efficient and the staff were very polite. Food was very good. I had a pizza and the 36 hour dough was excellent, could have done with a little more seasoning in the sauce (few pinches of salt). Cocktails were a bit below par but overall very impressed. Will be back to try more....

A truly wonderful stay at the Adlib. For me personally, now, the only place to stay when in Khon Kaen. The restaurant was fabulous with a superb selection of wines. Staff are attentive and professional. The room was beyond comfortable. I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night for my friend's birthday weekend. Absolutely breathtaking interior and exterior views. The rooftop pool was incredible and we can not wait to come back!
