breakfast quality can be improved. ○ music from street bars come to room very loud. ○ room is quite dark/old. ○ most of the front office staff need to be improved, for a 5-star/Pullman. feel like 3-star local owned.

Last stayed here over 20 years ago. Still a great place - the best luxury value for money hotel in isaan. Easy to find as central and tall. Decent parking under the hotel. Rooms very luxurious. Breakfast not as good as I remember it used to be but still good. Ate at the German pub. Decent food and beer. Enjoyed our stay.

Good reception, excellent service, but the hotel rooms are a bit outdated inside. There were no toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. The price was reasonable through the Government rate than the All Accorhotels website. Breakfast was ok.

The room and bathroom are spacious. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The staff members are professional. I found it inconvenient that the electric kettle was placed on the coffee table, far from the socket. Whenever I wanted to make tea or coffee, I had to move it to a different location. Room cleaning is alright, but didn't impress me. Some 4* or 5* done a better job than this. The breakfast offers a wide range of options, except thai food is quite limited. Breakfast start from 6 am.

Older hotel, been here a long time. Room is modern, nicely updated. Service for the most part is excellent. Ate dinner here, ordered more than I intended...the Thai food is ok, but the international foods are a cut above. If you're into it, recommend trying the German pork knuckles...very nicely done. Overall pricey for Khon Kean standards, but affordable if you apply Bangkok standards. Location is congested, but that's because the city grew up around the hotel...recommend.

Cannot give five stars even though nearly everything exceeds expectations. The English channels on the in house television system do not work and no one wil make a commitment as to when this will be resolved. A long term ongoing problem. The area around the pool has been retiled since my last visit and looks great.

No English language TV. Reception said they don’t have at this time. A lot of misinformation in the German restaurant - beer wasn’t included in the 20% discount, they said that the Thai fish dish was dried and not deep fried but it was deep fried. They didn’t apply the 20% F&B discount thinking that I wasn’t a guest even though I’d given them all my details and got the welcome drink. No soap for bath however they later gave me this after I asked. Bath and shower water was warm and slightly cold and not hot as it should be. They were helpful when checking in.

I was just dropping in end October on Tuesday evening at 9. It looked inside a bit old style, super quiet. All restaurants and even the famous beer pub already closed. So I could not taste the dishes or the home brewed beer. The staff was friendly so far, as they are always, if you appear in a Mercedes.... We checked 2 different rooms, just looksi looksi for the next time. It was clean and neat, but the Avani is a bit more modern in the rooms.... Whatever, I will come back next time....

I reviewed this hotel some years ago as an Oasis of charm and luxury. Khon Kaen has flourished since then, but the hotel seems not to have kept pace. It's still a standout for the region, but feeling a bit faded. Happy that the staff are very welcoming.

This is a great hotel that was surprisingly refreshing. Very comfortable and made our trip very enjoyable. Close to the nightlife too which is always nice!

Overall: I have a permanent room. The hotel's comfortable and huge and well-settled to the extent that it has become my favourite place in town. There are newer, more sparkling 5-star hotels but this the grand old lady that welcomes me home every day. Location: Well, it's in Khon Kaen, so what are you going to do, but this hotel is the best situated. Staff: charming, shy, semi disciplined with spotty English language skills apart from the front desk.

As per this visit during breakfast I order omlate but I wait around more than 30 minutes but didn’t get it and wonder to see that in front of me that table they order late than me but get it as well and am still waiting 😢. This time overall experience not good. This is my second visit in this hotel but I think it’s last. And during checkout I forgot my one thing inside room and after checkout I remember but I saw that my package opened by someone and they didn’t mention I forgot something inside my room and sometimes having some valuable things so it’s not good manners. Need to improve more as well. Otherwise this type of things make bad view in front of all. Hope you understand some staff negligence. ****Very nice hotel and staff so good caring. Rooms also so neat and clean and have mini bar so can drink anytime . So wonderful stay one week there. But presently give welcome drink only peach 🍑 flavour drink. As last time I stayed here then offer me many big menu of welcome drink and also included beer 🍺. But anyway hotel is good and staff also so cooperative.

We spent there 1 night, as accor platinum member in suite. the suite was realy big with a nice view, with old wind down furniture. No coffee machine, only instant coffee in the room. No extras like afternoon tea or an executive lounge for us. The pool was nice, but old broken deckchairs. the central area around the hotel was good, everything like bars, shops, restaurant, massage around the hotel

Together with some friends went to the the bar for drinking som homemade drafting dark beer... Beer teste good... But the music they playning is så bad, cleared sound for enjoying the beer doesn't exist. If 5 starts hotel don't know how to produce good sound of music with better quality, how can do???

Quite an old hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast was good. Late checkout is only till 1pm and you will have to pay if you extend beyond that. The locality has a shopping center nearby and quite a number of eateries around. Not far from the airport actually, about 20 mins drive. Do remember to ask for the toothbrush and paste as these will not be available in the room. You will need to ask from the front desk although it is free. unfortunately they do not ask guests whether they need these or not.

This visit was not an overniter like in past years. I went to scout Kronen Brauhaus now open Tuesday thru Saturday. Also Pavillion serves great breakfasts yet with its reopening one can't expect all the dishes/ offerings you were accustomed too in years past. The sunken lobby w/ piano, an Isaan ( bambooesque ) Christmas tree are welcoming and of course their in hotel bakery offers the best ( cinnamon rolls, apple pastries ). Glad to see Pullman moving forward !

Their spa is quite good open at 12pm, here's the list of things you can get. The eldests massage lady are Nun and Ta. The hotel is a bit old, but all the amenities are available and they are practical. Maybe not so good if you have allergies as some corner and carpet are dusty. BREAKFAST is the best in Khon Kaen, as they have variety of food, pancake and waffle and bacon :).

I'll start by saying this hotel has had some problems in recent year, quite a few I have personally experienced, but it looks like under the leadership of the current GM Mr Stanley it's fighting back. All of the staff I encountered during my most recent stay were exceptionally friendly but balanced professionalism with famililarty, yes a real warm welcome back. Cleanliness has vastly improved in the rooms and public areas, the restaurant on lower ground level has reopened albeit with a smaller menu and overall all it feels like the hotel is waking up after the last few years of COVID19 restrictions. There are some areas that do need serious attention mainly the pool which is quite literally falling apart, I hurt my foot stepping on chippings that have fallen off the pool wall and been left on the pool floor. The pool needs a significant renovation, but I noticed contractors appear to be on the case, so hopefully this will be resolved soon. Pullman Khon Kaen and the management team do need a pat on the back for keeping the hotel and majority of the staff that depend on it going through the recent hard times. Baker's-Basket : the lobby coffee shop and bakery deserves a mention a nice selection of pastrys, breads and sandwiches (simple, classic fillings but sometimes that is what you fancy, chicken or Tuna recommended!). I am sure if they can continue with maintenance this property will remain one of the best in not only Khon Kaen but the whole of Isan.

Very nice and luxurious hotel, I have no problem with the somewhat outdated carpets (dusty indeed); great lobby, soft, spacy beds, marvellous bathroom; the only issue I have is that I can't sleep at all now for my first night (a Saturday), because of the loud bass from music coming from the street side, even reaching the 14th floor where I stay! I sincerely hope this is only on Saturdays :-(

Good location, central to most things. All staff marvelous apart from one moody receptionist who checked us in, she was actually quite rude. Breakfast buffet pretty good. Have been visiting hotel for last 10 years, it is starting to get old. E.g concrete around pool edge getting sharp holes apearing.

Stayed here as an Accor member. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The standard room also has a working desk and LAN and HDMI port for TV. The wooden designs make it feel like we were in the 90'. But I think it started to show its age and look a little dated now. The hotel should consider renovating.

this hotel decor seem to be trapped in 1990s style, but it is OK as it is clean and well maintained. the wifi here is spotty but they managed to fix it and it was ok. the room is nice and clean, aircon is cold and shower is powerful, and a great view of the surrounding neighourhood. the buffet breakfast food is the best ! so many selection and yummy ! it is a bit of a distance to walk to Central Plaza, but one can always get a tutuk. i will come back again.

Nice looking hotel, very elegant in the foyer. Rooms spacious. Staff friendly, especially in the bakery. Room service food cold when it should be hot. Good entertainment. But nightclub next-door makes noise till 3am. Ask for a room on the opposite side.

Not a regular visitor to the Pullman as this is my fourth stay in 20 years +. Yes, the hotel is a little dated but they keep a good level of maintenance and cleanliness , although housekeeping could be better - see the dust behind bedside cabinets. And is that the original carpet in the lobby area from 1994 because it looks like it has never been cleaned since. General management must be turning a blind eye or waiting for it to become one colour !! Having said this, I am not tempted by the "edgy" place round the corner, as I like the cool relaxing atmosphere of the Pullman, and I would be happy to return. Please do something about English channel on TV.
