Beautiful older mature resort. Some rooms are updated. Good value. Beautiful reception. Good service. I come to this hotel for the fitness gym. Gym is very good. However, the cardio equipment is old and outdated. If needs to be replaced to make this gym a complete 5 star review.

I am here to be the guest of onsite conference. The room was decorated by the local traditional style. The location is on the downtown where beside of Tok-Com mall and high rise building called "Kaen". The VDO attached is view on the lift from the first floor to 16 floor.

First of all, it was way overpriced. I think we paid something like 1350 baht for a twin with an en-suite. We couldn’t push the bed together because of some old box with wires in the way, and there were no electricity sockets next to the bed. The bathroom and the bedding were clean. I wanted a bath, but I had to waste water to sit comfortably in the bath due to the overflow being placed too low in the bath. The shower head was fixed to the wall by design, which made it incredibly difficult to wash my feet. And there's no safe in the room that I could find unless it camouflage. Breakfast was really really good.

This is a wonderful Hotel staff are very nice and very attentive you also get a buffet for breakfast in the morning Thai style breakfast. If you have any issues or problems the staffer ready to help you very quickly.

The rooms are very good..same as the food.they cater for both thai and western people.i would say its a 5*****star hotel..

The location is very central. Walking distance to the train station, night market and bus terminal. The staff are really honest, humble, friendly and helpful. The hotels is fairly old probably built in the late 70s early 80s. It would of been one of the best hotels in Thailand in its time. The swimming pool has to be the cleanest pool I've swum in throughout asia. The lifts are really quick and smooth with no wait times. The room are spacious and clean. The hotel probably needs an upgrade though. Its definitely worth a stay though.

Stayed at the Kosa hotel for a week. Hotel is a little old, but very clean, good breakfast and a pleasant place to stay. Staff were very kind and helpful. Hotel has a good pool and gym. The Kosa restaurant has fantastic food and great service.

Rooms are bit smaller in this price but location is awesome which is almost center of the city. Most of the city attractions are nearby and having lots of pubs and bars and restaurants in the same locality. Overall a vool place to stay and enjoy.

Gym was ok. Good pool. Good location. Rooms very old fashioned and basic. The whole hotel looks like it’s from the 70s and hasn’t been touched since. Breakfast very poor with selection for a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here again.

We spent one night here to break a long drive in June 2021. The whole country was still in pandemic mode and there were very few guests staying. Personally, i value the service quality of a hotel above all else and at this hotel that was top quality. It's clear to me that this is normally a business trip hotel rather than for vacation or tourist. The rooms were quite small and a little out-of-date, however they were tidy, clean and fully functional. The common areas were quite classy, smart and clean. Breakfast was good with the cooked portion served by a waiter and toast, cereal etc available from a self-service buffet. I fail to understand other reviewers complaint about the distance to the car park. We stopped directly outside the foyer, unloaded the luggage and my wife checked us in whilst i parked the car. I counted 80 paces from the car to the front door, call it 60 meters...

AVOID THIS PLACE! Booked it for 2 nights but cancelled and checked out of the room in 2 hours. I believe this used to be a good hotel but now it’s very poorly maintained. Customer service is horrible and the rooms are extremely tiny, uncomfortable and scary. The overall vibe of the hotel was very dark and weirdly enough they turned off all lights including the main reception and all hallways by 7pm. Hardly any staff at reception as well. Definitely avoid and don’t come back here.

First room we were ready to have shower before bed and found no hot water, had to repack and move rooms , which only had hot water to shower, on a plus the buffet breakfast had good selection and very good.

It's not like it used to be. We stayed 4 years ago in 2018 and now we came again in 2022. As soon as we walked in we could tell it was different, no one greeting us at the door, no one helping us with our luggage, a bad smell like stale water in the lobby. And the first room they gave us was horrible, a terrible view of a wall with dirty windows, a dirty bathroom and tiny room. We unfortunately couldn't refund our room because we booked via Agoda. We ended up payed extra to stay in a nicer room, but it wasn't much better. We still found the bed to be dirty (we found hairs on the sheets) and the bathroom counter was dirty and not cleaned. Kosa hotel is not like we remembered it and we will not be coming back the next time we are in Khon Kaen.

Great location, clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and very good English. The rooms just starting to get a little bit out dated but great value for money.

One night stay for covid test. Very good rooms although my room was a bit dated. Staff were excellent friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay there again.

I had to stay here 1 night as per the Thai Test & Go scheme. Very friendly staff, room was very spacious and bed huge. Breakfast was buffet with Thai and western food and was delicious. Very pleased with my stay
