Very reasonably priced however very loud at night due to the bars. Free water, fridge, comfy beds and good shower.

you should know this hotel is right next door to the largest disco bar in town. If you want a quiet place this is not a good idea. if you want to listen to Carabao until 3 a.m. then you'd like it here; this hotel literally aged me. Can't wait to get on a bus so i can rest.

Cosy room with budgeted price. Staff are friendly. however the hotel is located near a big pub....and the music might disturb you at night.

Is it an exaggerations to eccpect a room makeup the 2nd night you spend in a hotel? No water no soap no floor swiping? If they left a broom I would do it my self. I actually agree to towels upon request.

    1) Cold and dark hospitality at the reception. The reception is dark, the receptionists are cold and couldn't care less. 2) Room and furniture are old, dirty, run down, moldy. Old dirty air-conditioning and compressor. Mildew on the walls and in the shower. 3) The Wall and connecting door to the next door is thin. You can hear everything clearly. Very loud, disturbing, feeling unsafe. The worst hotel ever. Do not deserve to be on any online booking. 4) I stayed for a few hours and decided to pack up and leave for another hotel at the late hour of the night. I threw away my hard earn money for such a bad hotel. The receptionists are useless and unhelpful.

Mixed feelings about this hotel; while I enjoyed the room design, and ladies at the front desk are very lovely - I had a less than optimal experience with the cleaning ladies as well as the owner/manager of the hotel. Keep in mind that I am a very friendly person and try to be polite to everyone I meet. The first problem I had was when left the room to talk to the staff for just a few minutes, and in that time a cleaning lady entered the room I was staying in, took a small sum of baht that I had on the counter (and did not tell me or offer to give it back), put my ready-to-eat jackfruit on the floor (so I did not want to eat it after that; waste of food/money), and opened the box to my friend's collagen drink which she seemed to be prepared to drink when I entered the room. Another experience on a different day around 10 in the morning was with a different cleaning lady - who attempted to open the door to my room without knocking or making her presence known at all, and when the inside lock prevented her from opening the door to my occupied room she proceeded to knock frantically and call until I opened the door only to ask if she can please make up my room (which I did not want; this hotel could really use some do not disturb signs for the doors). On the last day I stayed there around noon time the owner called me not even 20 minutes past 12 telling me quite rudely to please leave the room and come down to check out. The man seems to be very inconsiderate of his customers and only concerned about getting the money/getting you out of the room as soon as possible. In closing I'll say that this hotel has a lot of potential to be enjoyable to stay at, however some of the staff are not very nice or considerate of others - as many workers are at other hotels I've stayed at (and I've stayed at countless hotels across Thailand).

We booked 3 rooms (210, 212, 216) for 10/08/2023. Two of the rooms we have no issue, however 210 we have a major issue. Checking in was seem-less; need everyone to sign an agreement and it strictly no smoking in room. The foyer was not a welcome site; no lights was on and no aircon. Room is dark and mouldy smell (210), we check the bathroom and yes it was mouldy. Floor were sweep instead of vacuum as a result a lot of hairs around. The wall is poor painted and make the room feel like cool and damp. The lighting in the room is very poor, no lights near the bed. Curtain does not fully pull in so for sure early morning sunlight will enter. After two hours of leaving the room and then re entered we noticed a sewage smell from the bathroom. The water now have slowly fill up the shower area and yep it got the smell of a male toilet. We did managed to change the our room to 712. What could go wrong here? Volume on tv remote control not working, fridge is mouldy, and about 2230h the noise from the nearby nightclub is noticeable. Overall, this B2 require some urgent maintenance. But if you are after a cheap night stay and a stone throw away from nightclubs then this is the place.

Overall it feels like a half finished hotel that by skimping on finishing it properly and not keeping up maintenance, the building will continue to deteriorate. Facilities wise, there's US/Europe style power points, a small desk, and an analogue TV. There's no tissues nor tea or coffee or even kettle facilities anywhere in the hotel. The hotel rooms look tidy on the surface but beyond that it's not clean with a notable dried blood stain on a sheet, some mould growing in the shower, and worst of all a smelly bathroom that ended up getting worse over the day being a sewerage problem with urine coming through. Though you don't expect this to happen at a hotel, they did promptly change the room upon notifying them. However, it seems that they rented the same room out to another customer later that evening. I would not choose this place again.

I've stayed in B2 hotels in other provinces before and normally their rooms are good and I stayed here on my last trip to Thailand. Decent sized rooms and very clean and tidy and the bed is really comfortable too. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great customer service all round and it's so close to all of the bars and restaurants. It is a bit of a walk to get to any convenient store but apart from that it's so close to everything else. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Khon Kean

Go to the other B2. Much nicer hotel much better location. This one's much older and more run down and they charge way too much money for what it is.

The room is big and clean, but the lights are limited so it'll be darker at night, where during morning is fine because they have a big window. If you are a light sleeper you'll be annoyed by the nearby disco noise during midnight. Just a note that they did not provide hair dryer.

The room was super clean and minimal! And it's an ideal hotel for budget travellers. The hotel is located near the city centre, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. Absolutely recommend!
