The Soundproofing of the rooms are very poor. No privacy. That’s not build like a 4 Star Hotel. The Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly.

The hotel rooms are clean to a good standard. As for the service, we like that the staff are friendly. Food uses good ingredients. And it's delicious too. good atmosphere The price is reasonable, not expensive compared to what you will receive during your stay. I recommend it. Thank you for taking care and good service.

A bit disappointed. I made reservation via line application for a garden room and it was already confirmed. During checking in, front staff told me that I booked a Deluxe room so I confirm with her that I booked a Garden room. She told me with her strong voice that I booked Deluxe room. I had to show her a text conversation between the hotel and I. Then she accepted that it was a hotel's mistake and try to find me a garden room. Actually I didn't mind staying in a Delux room but I just didn't like the way she talked to me like I was wrong about the roomtype without any double checking or kindly asked for a confirmation letter. Once I get into the room, it was not like I was expected. The reason why I chose to stay in the garden room because I would like to spend sometime in the balcony with a bit of view but it had no view because there was a roof of the first floor blocking all the view. So I called the reception if they had any other room available but unfortunately it was fully booked. I asked to see the Deluxe room that was booked for me before, she said it was fully booked. I was not sure if it was a lie but it is quite hard to believe as she just told me ten minutes ago that there was a Deluxe room booked for me first. Actually this hotel was really nice, the room and shower room was clean. Bed was very comfy. Housekeeping and room service was great .Big space for a parking lot. Only the reception staff has to be more trained.

The hotel is nicely presented and looks better in real life than the photos on their website. The staff were welcoming and polite. Rooms are tidy and clean. There is a balcony but unusable with it being blasted by the aircon chiller. Supposed to be non-smoking but clearly not. Strange for a "resort" hotel it is full of local businessmen and business groups. Very few foreigners. And as such the level of English spoken by the staff is limited. Breakfast is average to poor. Room service food is better. Location of the hotel is not that great. Western tourists should choose something closer to the city centre. All in all an average experience. Would book elsewhere next time.

Our stay was very comfortable, beds and rooms comfortable, service and staff very helpful a little out of the way , but overall very satisfying, I definitely would stay there again

The hotel, although tucked away in some small back roads, is very nicely maintained and clean. The rooms are elegant, and the bed is very comfortable. Only complaint I would have is the swimming pool uses too much chlorine, but other than that I enjoyed the hotel.

Overall the property is nice and quite modern; clean and spacious rooms with in-room dining, plus you get the usual amenities; the bonus for me was the balcony. The staff are friendly and ready to assist. Location can be a bit daunting to get to, being situated within a residential area, But don't let this bother you.

The room is big and clean good bed quality bathroom also big , outside look nice , breakfast is good and fresh they always adding all the time , good for the a rest and have a good time , staff are good service mind and helpful can guide the place for travel so well its good choices if you wanna come this area

Love every corner of this place. Real resort vibe in the middle of the town! Great Cafe and cocktail bar just next to the pool. Most importantly it’s really affordable The only downside is they only give you one keycard which is super annoying especially when they have strong security and required the keycard to enter the residence floors.

Modern hotel located not far from city. New & nicely decorated, staff are super attentive. Room are a little dim, soft bed &pillow, quiet. Some room for improvements including: stains on bed sheets, shower temperature are hard to adjust(too hot or too cold).

Our 3rd stay in a garden room for two nights at this excellent hotel. Reception staff are exceptional and nothing is too much for them. Breakfast which is good and varied is either from the buffet or cooked to order, and again the waiting staff are first class. The garden rooms are clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities provided. If I have one black mark it is with housekeeping, we put the light on to clean room when we went down for breakfast at 7.00am, came back after breakfast and left the hotel at 9.15am. When we returned at 12.30pm our room had not been cleaned so my wife had to summon the staff. This was odd because the hotel was not that busy. To correct the Google summary – the pool is indoors not outdoors as stated.

We had an overnight stop at this hotel and found the facilities were very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable and although the hotel was close to a main railway line and highway it was pretty quiet. We had dinner at the hotel and it was fresh, tasty and plentiful portions - a good dining experience. We did not have the optional breakfast as we wanted an early getaway. The pool looked very attractive but we didn't use it as we arrived late.

Nice room with good price. Also free breakfast. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. The food is very delicious .

Probably one of the best accommodations you can get in Khon Kaen. Pricing is more than fair for what you get. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms include everything you need. (eg. two shower heads, hair dryer) The staff is very courteous and helpful as they also speak flawless English. The parking lot is big and the hotel offers an additional underground parking for guests. The building feels renovated and new. It's the location of the hotel that bothers me a little, it's in the middle of a small civilian living area, you'll have to expect narrow roads and will definitely need an own vehicle if you want to travel around the town. The place is also close to the train station.

Wonderful hotel, great ambience and the restaurant has amazing food! The staff were very hospitable and eager to help especially Carrot. She was delightful and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.
