One star because there was no hot shower water on the morning of my departure. The first night it alternated between hot and cold. The staff checked it out but solved nothing. The desk staff barely apologized and offered no concession.

Great newly constructed hotel with excellent service. The rooms look nice and are very comfortable. Great smart TV system, temperature control etc and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Moreover, its convenient proximity to our workplace makes it easily accessible within walking distance. For breakfast, they offer a selection of local dishes. Although the panned egg may be slightly burnt, overall, the breakfast experience is satisfactory. Furthermore, a short stroll from this location will lead you to the Sweet Gallery, a delightful establishment known for serving a variety of sweet treats and pasta dishes.

It is a little far from the center and some taxis denied to go there. The breakfast was not good for the price!! The staff is very friendly and competent. Great!! Enough parking place and a security guard during the night👍Around the hotel many places to eat and drink due to students area. Great!!

This hotel is highly recommend for people who looking for an affordable hotel near Khon Kaen airport and Khon Kaen university area. This hotel is very new since it was open during the pandemic. We got the Deluxe room, it comes with Microwave, a counter bar and a FULL-Size fridge. the Aircon was good and cant comment about their Wi-fi since i was using my own. We got there on Saturday and on Sunday, there was a Vietnamese Breakfast available at the hotel. It was so awesome :)
