Closed on Sundays! I arrived there at 9 am in terrible weather, 30 minutes on foot. On Wednesday I called to clarify, they also told me that you have time before 13:00, otherwise the courier will leave. And so, they say, until 14:30 - welcome. And in the end I came to closed doors!!!

Boorish attitude

Trying to find out over the phone about the possibility of taking a rapid test for Covid was some kind of surreal circus. At first, 1 specialist replied that they wouldn’t treat anyone with a fever, but they could call you at home, ok, let’s come to your home. They told me to expect a transfer to another specialist. They transferred from specialist to specialist six times, in between there was music waiting, only to eventually receive the answer “We cannot take a test from you, if you have signs of ARVI, contact the clinic at your place of residence.” Couldn't you have said it right away? Why couldn't the previous 6 specialists say this?

Very polite, qualified staff. The answer to the PCR test came even earlier.

Disgusting place. Came to take a covid test. At the entrance I met some strange guy in a robe. Neither "hello" nor "please come in." He communicated casually, almost being rude. He was not allowed to enter the registration desk without a passport. Meanwhile, nearby there was an open closet where the medical staff was having lunch and did not pay any attention to me. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible, disgusting service. I called the call center and asked if it was possible to get tested at the department I needed. After confirmation in the call center, I checked the information through the telegram bot. Then I pre-ordered it on the website. Today we came from another city with our child and came to donate blood. And in the end, we were sent to another department, because they don’t take venous blood here. The point of your system is if you absolutely cannot establish contact between departments. I had to urgently look for another organization and get tested there. Minus one client.

Such a polite employee took blood today that it was impossible not to come in and write a review. As always, everything is neat, fast, and no surprises at prices! Thanks a lot.
