An ordinary, quiet courtyard, it should be noted, or so it was lucky that day. I didn't like the login system right away. Ring the entrance door, then the hostel door (the level of the hostel, not the hotel). Wait there, wait here. Just a student dormitory after X hour. Although for a week’s stay the cost was almost 600 euros. In a regular room with a double bed. Against 300-400 euros for a deluxe room in Vega. In the photographs the rooms look modest and decent. But in reality, the room looks like visiting rooms from European films, so old, with faded pretension, with dusty and wrinkled stuffing at the head of the sagging bed, and with a shower from prison films. But I see people are delighted with the free croissants and yoghurts... Gentlemen, for such a cost of living in such a place, should you be happy about a cheap product? Yes, even to someone's taste. I canceled my reservation. They said that a room with a balcony is better, but it is 100 euros more expensive. Total pay 700 euros for the hostel level??? Excuse me.

I am very pleased with such a pleasant surprise that I ended up in this hotel. My son booked for two days, but when I got there, I immediately decided that I would stay for other days. Cleanliness, comfortable bed with snow-white linen. The same towels in the shower. All the plumbing is shiny. The only thing is a very small sink). We were pleasantly surprised every morning by croussans, yoghurts, tea (green and black), coffee. And also sometimes surprises in the form of fruit on a dish and candy. I liked that the hotel is located in the center, everything is accessible, and for the soul it’s almost opposite the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker. Near (in both directions) the metro stations "Frunzenskaya" and "Park Kultury". I was pleased with the silence in the room and the beautiful view from the window - the Moscow autumn courtyard. Well, and most importantly - all the staff are very friendly - responsive, willing to fulfill any requests, offering an umbrella in cloudy weather)). You walk around the capital, you gain impressions, you get tired, but when you enter the hotel and your room, you feel complete bliss and relaxation (in one word - relaxation!) Quiet, cozy place in the center of Moscow. 10 minutes walk from the Park Kultury metro station and 15 minutes to the Central Park of Culture and Leisure named after Maxim Gorky. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops around. The hotel is located on the ground floor of a residential apartment building, in the courtyard, so there is no usual noise and dust of a big city. Nice, smiling, helpful girls at the reception. Large rooms with all amenities: huge comfortable bed, safe, air conditioning, TV, mini refrigerator, hairdryer, iron, clean and soft towels, bathrobe, hygiene items, free Wi-Fi with good speed, electric kettle, cups and other wonders. The windows face the courtyard, you can ventilate the room or go out onto the balcony. Daily room cleaning with fresh towels and disposable sachet packages with shampoo, shower gel and toothpaste. A pleasant surprise from the hotel - croissants, tea, coffee, bottled water with and without sparkling water, chocolates, yogurt, which are also updated daily. The hotel is small, at the reception you can always get the attention and help of the staff, who will tell you where to go for lunch or relax. I never met other hotel guests in the corridor, which I also consider a big plus of the holiday. Check-in and check-out times at the hotel can be discussed with the administrators via email or phone. Regular customers receive a discount. Overall impression: a pleasant place in the center of Moscow, to which you want to return.

A cozy well service oriented mini hotel

At first I didn’t want to leave a review, since there would be more people willing, but there would be fewer opportunities to book :) (and today I’m going to Moscow again, but I can’t book a room, everything is booked :(, but then I decided to write anyway, because the owners and staff - WELL DONE. Clean, quiet, cozy. Very friendly and helpful receptionist :) The only “trouble” is the intercom.. Maybe you will think about it and decide to give guests “pills” for the street door? This would solve the problem with late returnees and those who like to go out to smoke. Thank you for a quality holiday.

I was in Moscow for work. Everything in my room was great. Everything is new, with white sheets, very clean. Polite girl. Quiet in the room. In short, everything is OK. It's obvious that they're trying. I often go on business trips, and for the money everything is great here. Whatever one may say, the croissants were also a delight.
