I placed myself in the hands of the therapists at Katja Orth after both the first and the unfortunately necessary second operation with a complicated course of a cruciate ligament tear that required a re-operation and I can report nothing but positive things. I felt very well taken care of and was treated competently and with dedication by both therapists I came across. I found it very pleasant to be directly on the "du" side, the overall atmosphere was very open and familiar and, contrary to other opinions, that in no way detracts from the professionalism. In my opinion, a practice doesn't have to look white and "sterile", but rather a place with style and character and a place where you feel comfortable with your often serious complaints during treatment. And I felt good throughout and the practice enabled me to return to physical well-being. My “rehabilitation” was consistently accompanied and whenever I need a physiotherapist again, I know where to find him or her.

Appointments can be made quickly and there are no problems with arranging follow-up appointments. The first appointment is required as a double appointment in order to carry out a diagnostic assessment... but it only takes 5 minutes, but you are really tortured on the first day of treatment, which is perhaps not so advisable for patients with pain. In my case, this meant significantly more pain in the following days and even afterwards it was no better than before. The small pillow and the terry cloth sheet on the treatment table are not changed after every patient, which is kind of disgusting because you sweat and sometimes have to lie with your face in this pillow. Therapist is apparently quite young and also insecure. Dealing with technical terms is also difficult, so communication at eye level is difficult. Questions about what the current treatment step is for are rarely or not answered at all. And people tend to just use the same name, which I personally find unprofessional, especially if you don't know each other. So, I would not have any further physiotherapy carried out here and would not recommend it to anyone around me.

Was once 6 pack physiotherapy 20 minutes of therapy, including 2 phone calls each time Doorbell 2 times. Each time there was a maximum of 10 minutes of therapy I could have saved myself the osteopathy lesson for just under €100. Money-making
