Great café with lots of great dishes outside of the normal standards... people dare to try something out and experiment... on top of that, very nice operators/employees. WiFi and power supply available. Very clean sanitary facilities.

Best coffee in Kiel

This place is the opposite of a welcome center. I used to come here all the time and I would order coffee and some sweets and often come with a friend or alone with my laptop. Even though the person working there knows me and recognizes me I received a lecture on how I was taking up space by ordering just the cheapest coffee on the menu and taking space even though I was literally the only person sitting in the cafe for a few hours. During this cold weather with snow outside I simply came to seek refuge at this cafe and wanted to work on my assignment with a cup of coffee that I just wanted because I was avoiding milk that day so I simply ordered a filter coffee because it was on the menu. I then received a lecture on why I shouldn't have done this and I will never be coming back to this place again.

Super tasty waffles and hot drinks, great selection of cakes and super friendly service at reasonable prices. My dog ​​even got water; we would definitely like to come back.
