The
atmosphere
used
to
be
so
warm
and
cosy,
the
food
was
top,
and
service
used
to
be
great.
We
ate
outside,
with
refuse
under
several
tables,
as
shown
in
one
photo
with
very
old
coasters
under
one
such
table.
We
felt
like
we
were
disturbing
our
server.
They
managed
to
only
say
three
things
to
us
over
the
course
of
our
whole
experience:
"bitte"
when
they
gave
us
the
menus,
asking
if
they
could
take
our
food
and
trays
away,
and
"Sie
wollen
zahlen?".
The
hot
chocolate
was
actually
warm
at
best,
and
left
a
layer
of
undissolved
sugar
at
the
bottom
of
the
glass,
as
seen
in
the
second
photo.
The
homemade
cranberry
lemonade
was
okay,
but
not
for
the
price.
About
a
year
and
a
half
ago,
this
same
lemonade
was
delicious.
I
don't
know
what
they've
changed,
but
it
wasn't
for
the
better.
My
fries
were
served
in
a
mini-fry
container
that
was
squashed.
A
comparison
between
my
fry
container
and
my
partner's
is
in
the
third
photo.
The
fries
weren't
fully
cooked
in
the
center.
The
bank
burger
was
also
just
okay.
The
Portobello
mushroom
burger
was
not
okay.
The
mushroom
itself
was
flat
with
gills
that
were
inky
black
and
almost
convex
(the
opposite
of
what
you
imagine
a
mushroom
looking
like),
which
are
both
signs
of
a
mushroom
being
old,
and
can
cause
digestive
issues.
I
unfortunately
experienced
a
great
deal
of
discomfort
not
much
later.
We
weren't
asked
why
we
were
sending
food
back
uneaten.
We
felt
ignored.
Strangely
enough,
the
server
was
polite
and
talkative
to
other
customers,
explaining
what
buns
they
can
choose
and
asking
what
they
would
like
to
drink.
With
us,
the
server
simply
stood
there
with
their
pen
ready
without
saying
a
thing,
wrote
down
our
orders
and
walked
away.
We
really
liked
this
place
in
the
past,
but
this
was
one
bad
experience
too
many.
