Prominent burger shop in midtown. Well portioned for a true American experience. Food was overall good, a special Burger Bank sauce being added to most burgers to give it a unique twist.

Great burger joint with friendly service. Nothing special but if you’re an American tourist that wants food that you know you’ll enjoy this is a great spot.

My buddy and I really enjoyed the wide selection of desserts and will be coming back once again for a special treat. Enjoy this place, not too expensive. Met my sis here for supper, exciting ambiance but no waiting around. Location very convenient for an instant lunchtime, will be going to again. The staff were genuinely wonderful, my sister and I were definitely happy with their advice.

I love the way they decorate the food a d present it. The workers are friendly and easy to talk to. I love the soups there, beside the burgers of course 😉

If you don't speak German, this is a good place to eat! The servers speak English and the menu was pretty easy to figure out. We shared a salad and fries. Absolutely delicious food at a fair price in the heart of the charming old shopping area. Tip the servers! I don't think they see it much here.

Worst burger I've ever eaten 🤢 the sweet potatoes don't have any taste!!! I don't understand all the stars here! It's really disgusting!!! I don't know how you came up of the idea of putting Ajvar from Rewe inside the burger! This's soooooooo disgusting!!!

I havenot eaten but i work as delivery person and their waiters are really repectfull so I give 4. If I eat, maybe i can make it 5 or less so see you after tasting it.

We were 4 people who "stumbled" over this place. All 4 burgers were tasty and a good size, the Sweet Potatoe Fries were actually some of the best I have ever had. Onion rings and dipps were good. Prices were fair. Service was good, but to personal. Maybe it's just because I am old and grumpy, but I did not go to Kindergarten with the staff nor am I their friend, and expect to be addressed in the proper form. That staff was sitting just outside the entrance and smoked while they loudly discussed internal issues did not help to create a good environment. If they clean up their act in the service area - this could be a good place.

I have visited this place in the past and hence decided to go there with my family on 19.06.2017 approx 19.30. Unfortunately we got dealt by a rude unfriendly waitress who had taken a dislike to us. The other blond waitress was very good and friendly whom I directly tipped. So if you want a good burger go their. If you're asian origin think twice. Tip for the owner, filter out your racist staff please.

I went here on the 06.10.2022 the restaurant is really nice The burger is very delicious and drinks are really good ( but there is one probelm when they take the order they don't ask you how would you like your burger ) other weise all is perfect and would love to come again on my next visit to Kiel

The burgers were ok. Buns were decent, however the patties (seemingly frozen) we're a tad dry and well done. Veggies cut too thick and burger had to be held together by a pin. Fries and sauce were good. Quick and friendly service. Both me and my friend had stomach cramps 30 minutes after finishing our meals and barely made it home before we destroyed our toilets. Didn't eat anything after or in the 6 hours before. Nor had my friend. Make of that what you will. The prices could be a bit lower but still somewhat reasonable. It seems mediocre at best overall without much love, in my opinion.

Lots of vegan options. Be prepared to combine your own menu. Quite tasty food.
