I
was
there
for
the
first
time
in
May
to
get
a
large
tattoo
on
my
back
on
my
spine.
I
had
a
fixed
appointment
and
when
I
was
there
I
discovered
that
the
anniversary
was
suddenly
planned,
which
is
why
the
store
was
very
full.
Unfortunately,
despite
an
appointment
and
because
no
one
had
an
overview,
I
had
to
wait
three
hours,
which
I
found
difficult
because
I
had
planned
my
dog
for
the
day
and
had
an
hour's
drive.
When
I
asked
if
I
could
reschedule
my
appointment
because
I
had
to
go
back
to
my
dog
and
still
couldn't
wait
that
long,
I
was
told
that
my
€100
deposit
would
then
be
gone
and
I
was
out
of
luck.
I
don't
think
that's
customer-oriented
if
I
can't
do
anything
about
the
local
circumstances.
Unfortunately
the
tattoo
didn't
turn
out
the
way
I
would
have
liked,
unfortunately
it
turned
out
crooked,
some
lines
turned
out
crooked
and
I
feel
like
I
got
it
done
very
quickly
because
there
were
still
a
lot
of
people
waiting
because
of
the
spontaneous
walkin.
This
should
have
been
pointed
out
to
you
in
advance.
Unfortunately,
planning
the
re-piercing
was
also
very
tiring
and
difficult
because
I
didn't
get
an
answer
for
a
long
time
and
only
something
came
quickly
and
curtly
and
I
had
to
keep
running
after
it.
Unfortunately,
I
didn't
feel
in
good
hands
at
all
and
I
don't
think
it's
appropriate
for
a
tattoo
that
you'll
have
for
the
rest
of
your
life.
Unfortunately,
the
whole
process
was
not
satisfactory
and
came
across
to
me
as
more
of
a
mass
issue
rather
than
customer-related.
I
have
now
had
my
tattoo
completely
re-done
and
touched
up
somewhere
else,
for
which
I
unfortunately
had
to
pay
another
€150,
but
at
least
I
am
now
very
happy
and
satisfied.
