Vor
etwa
4
Jahren
wurde
ich
Mitglied
im
4Fun.
Ich
war
mit
den
Leistungen
des
kleineren
Studios
in
Kiel
grundsätzlich
zufrieden
und
fühlte
mich
wohl.
Die
Atmosphäre
war
gut,
die
Trainer
stets
hilfsbereit
und
freundlich.
Nach
etwa
2
Jahren
bekam
ich
starke
Schmerzen
in
der
Schulter.
Für
etwa
10
Monate
setzte
ich
den
Sport
aus
und
erholte
mich.
Der
Einstieg
fiel
mir
nicht
ganz
leicht,
aber
die
Motivation
und
die
Freude
verlor
ich
nicht.
Einige
Zeit
verging
und
etwa
6
Monate
später
erkrankte
ich
unerwartet
an
der
Wirbelsäule.
An
Sport
war
überhaupt
nicht
mehr
zu
denken,
da
Sitzen,
Liegen,
Stehen,…
alles
bereitete
mir
nur
Schmerzen.
Mein
Orthopäde
untersagte
mir
alles
was
nur
entfernt
mit
Sport
zusammen
hängt
und
fertigte
mir
einen
Attest
an,
dass
ich
nicht
mehr
in
der
Lage
sei
Fitness
zu
betreiben.
Völlig
demotiviert
und
enttäuscht
von
meiner
Gesundheit
fuhr
ich
mit
meinem
Attest
zum
Studio
und
Führte
ein
Gespräch
mit
der
Chefin
Ilka.
Ich
wollte
aufgrund
meines
Zustandes
meinen
Vertrag
fristlos
kündigen.
Was
sollte
ich
auch
noch
dort
tun?
Aber
falsch
gedacht,
Ilka
sagte
mir,
dass
meine
Erkrankung
kein
Grund
sei
und
mein
Attest
nicht
ausreichen
würde.
Sie
ist
es
auch
Leid
solche
Gespräche
zu
führen
und
das
Studio
hat
für
solche
Angelegenheiten
schließlich
einen
Anwalt.
Sie
sagte
mir
auch,
dass
mit
meinem
monatlichen
Beitrag
weit
im
Voraus
geplant
würde
und
schließlich
alles
bezahlt
werden
müsse.
Ich
war
völlig
sprachlos
über
die
Art
und
Weise
und
über
die
Wortwahl.
Ich
erkundigte
mich
daraufhin
bei
der
Verbraucherzentrale
und
man
bestätigte
mir,
dass
meine
plötzlich
und
unerwartet
aufgetretene
Erkrankung
durchaus
ein
Grund
sei
fristlos
zu
kündigen.
Dies
tat
ich
auch,
schriftlich.
Kurz
darauf
erhielt
ich
tatsächlich
Post
von
einer
Anwaltskanzlei.
Was
soll
man
dazu
sagen?
Jahrelang
ist
man
Mitglied,
zahlt
pünktlich
den
Beitrag,
ist
selber
immer
freundlich
und
wenn
man
dann
selber
ein
Problem
hat
wird
man
mit
Füßen
getreten
und
es
wird
versucht
den
letzten
Euro
aus
dem
Esel
zu
holen.
Ich
bin
wirklich
fassungslos.
Durch
einen
Zufall
hat
sich
ein
Bekannter
von
mir
bereit
erklärt
den
Vertrag
bis
zur
Ende
der
Laufzeit
zu
übernehmen.
Ohne
einen
juristischen
Streit
wäre
es
nicht
gegangen
den
Vertrag
ohne
Frist
zu
kündigen.
Mein
FAZIT:
Überdurchschnittlich
hoher
Mitgliedsbeitrag,
kleineres
Studio,
sehr
freundliche
Trainer
und
Sportler,
fehlende
Menschlichkeit/
Kompetenz
der
Chefin
(ungenügend).
Vermutlich
wie
bei
jedem
Discounter-Studio
ist
auch
hier
jeder
Kunde
einfach
nur
eine
Nummer.
Ich
komme
nie,
nie
wieder.
UPDATE:
Durch
eine
Anwaltskanzlei
werden
regelmäßig
schlechte
Bewertungen
angefochten
und
so
zum
Löschen
gezwungen.
Ich
habe
die
Echtheit
belegen
können
und
so
ein
Löschen
verhindert.

About
4
years
ago
I
became
a
member
of
4Fun.
I
was
basically
satisfied
with
the
performance
of
the
smaller
studio
in
Kiel
and
felt
comfortable.
The
atmosphere
was
good,
the
trainers
were
always
helpful
and
friendly.
After
about
2
years
I
got
severe
pain
in
my
shoulder.
I
stopped
exercising
for
about
10
months
and
recovered.
It
wasn't
easy
for
me
to
get
started,
but
I
didn't
lose
my
motivation
and
joy.
Some
time
passed
and
about
6
months
later
I
unexpectedly
got
sick
with
the
spine.
Sport
was
out
of
the
question
because
sitting,
lying,
standing...
everything
just
caused
me
pain.
My
orthopaedist
forbade
me
to
do
anything
remotely
related
to
sport
and
gave
me
a
certificate
stating
that
I
was
no
longer
able
to
do
fitness.
Completely
demotivated
and
disappointed
with
my
health,
I
drove
to
the
studio
with
my
medical
certificate
and
Had
a
conversation
with
the
boss
Ilka.
I
wanted
to
terminate
my
contract
without
notice
due
to
my
condition.
What
else
should
I
do
there?
But
I
thought
wrong,
Ilka
told
me
that
my
illness
was
not
a
reason
and
that
my
medical
certificate
was
not
sufficient.
She's
also
tired
of
such
conversations
and
the
studio
has
an
attorney
for
such
matters
after
all.
She
also
told
me
that
my
monthly
contribution
would
be
planned
well
in
advance
and
eventually
everything
would
have
to
be
paid
for.
I
was
completely
speechless
at
the
manner
and
the
choice
of
words.
I
then
inquired
at
the
consumer
advice
center
and
they
confirmed
to
me
that
my
sudden
and
unexpected
illness
was
definitely
a
reason
to
terminate
my
contract
without
notice.
I
did
that
too,
in
writing.
Shortly
thereafter,
I
actually
received
mail
from
a
law
firm.
What
can
I
say?
You've
been
a
member
for
years,
you
pay
the
fee
on
time,
you're
always
friendly
yourself,
and
if
you
then
have
a
problem
yourself,
you're
trampled
on
and
you
try
to
get
the
last
euro
out
of
the
donkey.
I'm
really
stunned.
By
coincidence,
an
acquaintance
of
mine
agreed
to
take
over
the
contract
until
the
end
of
the
term.
Without
a
legal
dispute
it
would
not
have
been
possible
to
terminate
the
contract
without
notice.
My
conclusion:
Above-average
membership
fee,
smaller
studio,
very
friendly
trainers
and
athletes,
lack
of
humanity/competence
on
the
part
of
the
boss
(insufficient).
As
with
every
discounter
studio,
every
customer
is
probably
just
a
number.
I'm
never
coming
back.
UPDATE:
Bad
reviews
are
regularly
challenged
by
a
law
firm,
forcing
them
to
be
deleted.
I
was
able
to
prove
the
authenticity
and
thus
prevented
deletion.
