In January 2022, I (age 39) performed a Kung Fu exercise (180 degree rotation on the floor) according to instructions (correctly) on both sides after approximately 3 months of membership. Then straight away in the evening I got big knees. Left confirmed complicated meniscus tear, operated on in September 2022. Right too. Since then I have only been able to walk and ride my bike with pain. Complete disinterest from the teacher, kicked out of WhatsApp with the comment “there is insurance for that”. No interest in how it happened (to perhaps prevent it next time?). I suspect that surgery will also need to be done on the right side. According to the doctor, never exercise again except for cycling and hiking. Even running is no longer possible. From my point of view, it wasn't an accident... there are several people I've heard from who also have problems with their knees. The execution was pointlessly guided. I did TKD for 8 years before and nothing like this had ever happened to me. I go to rehab for 3*2 hours every week (paid for myself)... and my goal in life at the moment is just to lead a somewhat normal life again. I am very disappointed with Kmtv and not only what happened but also how it was handled! I had various criticisms of the execution and why it was totally dangerous. But total disinterest from the former teacher... I think that describes it quite well... after almost 1.5 years I'm going to the doctor again soon and I suspect that my other knee will also need surgery. This could have been avoided...

When it comes to quality and the variety of offers, the KMTV is a jewel for Kiel! Offers for every taste and every age group. And the prices are more than fair and affordable for everyone.
