And they don't have a smaller car instead bcoz everything was booked . Fair enough but if that is your company policy shouldn't you have included that in your website while booking the car or while choosing the car options ? . A big Thanks to Europcar for spoiling my vacation plans and stranding me on the middle of nothing and making me run from pillar to post for searching another company for no use . Es stelle sich heraus, dass der "Kratzer" einfach nur Dreck war welchen man so weg wischen konnte. Seid vorsichtig wenn ihr euch das mietet und verweigert erstmal jede Zahlung! Die verarschen einen da scheinbar gerne mal. Achso und mehr als ein "oh tut mir leid." Gab es auch nicht. Hätte nach so einer Frechheit schon eine angemessene Leistung erwartet.

Noch nicht offen aber es stehen die Kunden schon Schlange. ;-) Service passt. Fahrzeug wurde unproblematisch abgenommen, ja logisch kaum welche da. Taxi wurde für mich gerufen. Aber so richtige Freundlichkeit konnte ich keine erkennen. Ich war wohl zu zeitig da ;-) und das Personal noch nicht wach? Bei einem weiteren Besuch hat jedoch alles gepasst. Andere Mitarbeiter und freundlich wie Sau. Fahrzeug war noch nicht ganz fertig aber sonst wieder soweit alles ok.
