Very cosy place summertime, as wintertime, very good food and we will always come back, everytime we visit Kiel 🫶

Extremely slow service. We sat there for over 30 minutes without anyone passing by. This is the second time we try it. We thought the first time was bad because it was new.

Central location, with excellent outdoor seating area for summer as well. Service was good and the burgers and fries we had ordered. Love to visit here or one of their many other locations in the future.

I only had some cocktails,the one with bourbon and appricot brandy (and some other things) but the cocktail was delicious and the staff extremely kind.

The food is nice, service is abysmal though. Had to wait 45+ minutes for our food, the waiters were super hectic und forgot a part of the order. Would not go back again.

Great place! Lovely staff and nice atmosphere! The food choices are diverse and you get to customise your order to a certain degree aswell! The prices are fair for what you are getting and i like to come back time and time again to try the different Burgers! Definetly recommend.

Love the place for both vegan and vegetarian options . So many choices and each of them has a great patty which is perfect juicy. My favourite being olive patty . Great service . There is a gentleman, don’t know his name but gives service with a smile . An extra star for him 😊 it’s a go to place for me . The location of cafe is a highlight .

Great burgers but took long before the staff came to the table. Staff was very friendly but taking to long. Burgers taste great.

One of the best burgers I had in the whole Europe. Very tasty. There were also plenty of different burger options (including vegetarian/vegan) and ingredients, each dish being highly customizable. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and the staff were very friendly with me. I'll surely visit again in a future opportunity.

Don't go! The treatment of the employees is very bad, they yell at you!!! they yell at the kids! The employees they yell at your children!! They give a bad image to the city. the bathrooms are dirty, there is a smell. the corridor to the bathrooms is dark, scary. The truth is that the food is a 2, there are better places. It is super expensive for what they offer, I left disappointed, if I can give you a recommendation it is DON'T GO!

Expensive and the Burger are normal. I paid 10 EUR for one meat inside the burger.

Nice atmosphere & music, friendly staff, the food is OK.

Today we visited the HiG twice. Just to have drinks. We were served super nice and courteous both times. The cocktails were great. We didn't eat anything. There are mostly burgers. They looked very good. We both got really delicious burgers and really good drinks. Can definitely be recommended.

Third time was the Charm, we have been trying to get to eat there but our timing was not always perfect. I would advise you to go a bit earlier we went by around 17uhr. A warm cozy environment, and a great reception. The portion size was perfect and super filling.

Super nice kind staff & tasty burger! I was there with friends and we were quite slow to order dishes or didn’t understand well but the staff (Kellnerin) was super nice and really kind! And the burger also was really tasty. It has plenty of outside tables with heating devices (Heizstrahler). I was very very satisfied! Thank you 😊
