I bought the new iPad pro 2018 from here and it was in a closed box, but it was not new inside, and without plastic, with finger prints all over its screen, they wasn't very helpful with that! They also refused to replace it.

Basically a Electronic Supermartket. Most often (9 out of 10 times) very difficult place to get any customer service from the employees working in the sales area. To find a product, ask a question about product or technology.

It's is inside the citti park. A very large store. You can check the availability of products available here through their website before going to shop and having a hands on experience. Almost every electronic product are available here. .the shop is located in the ground floor of citti park. There are staffs for helping you in finding products and makes easy to find things in such a large shop

IT was good but the prices were ab Bit more expensive than what you would pay on Amazon as you would expect from a normal retaler

If you live in Germany you don't need any introduction to MediaMarkt.... You will have had enough experiences with it and/or Saturn, to make your own mind up... If however you're a visitor and in urgent need of some electronics gadget or related - chances are you will find it here. The BIG advantage of MediaMarkt is its huge, huge product coverage in-store. Savvy shoppers will know to wait for the likes of Black Friday where they will have especially on big ticket items such as OLED tvs and the like, unbeatable deals. This is a store that if you do your research on the Internet and know what you're after, you will probably find there and be able to see physically before buying. Don't expect esoteric brands but if you stick to the "usual" we'll known brands, you will be good. Don't expect a wealth of deep technical knowledge from the staff... That will vary... And at the end of the day, they will want to sell you and move on to the next customer. However, I've not had a bad experience and have always found the shopping experience a good one. Key as I stated is know what you want and what the street price is for it before you walk in.

After 15 years first time bought iPhone 12 few days back. It’s my worst ever experience of life because of difference I felt: 1- During charging and using heat up even bought the new original charger in 25 euros 2- Battery life is poor as compared to 290 euros Chinese mobile as bought by my wife. Even turned of the battery consuming features like 5g to LTE, hotspot, Bluetooth and other related stuff. 3- No original charger during unboxing maybe disturb my battery 4- I bought from media market Germany and they said give us nd will back you in two weeks or directly go to another city to fast progress. 5- I think they have to provide on spot services because users can’t waste their precious time. Altogether be simple nd don’t spend too much on such kind of hardwares. After few years it will only consider mettle waste due to new technologies.

Website said product was available but it was not, wasted 2 hours of my life.
