Stayed last night after a long 1st leg of our journey. I was concerned after reading the reviews but, I was surprised at the cleanliness and comfort. A great place to crash at a great price! We slept so comfortably that we resumed the journey 2 hours early. Zero bugs and as for dingy towels there was one and dingy does not mean dirty. No carpeting was a big plus. A bit of a smoke smell but not an issue and we do not smoke.

It was nice and quiet, and the staff tried to be helpful. No extra bells and whistles I didn't need, but everything I did need. Got a room with a microwave and mini fridge,a nice one with two separate outside doors to separate the freezer things, just like I want. Not one with the freezer door on the inside, making it harder to work with. Rooms are plenty large enough and they have room for smokers like me.

Cheap motel, lets you pay cash with a deposit. Clean room with clean air. It ain't the Ritz, but it's a good deal when you just need a place to lay your head for a few hours. Not much breakfast to speak of, due to Beer Bug restrictions. Nice receptionists.

I booked a room online with MYWYNDHAM REWARDS...notice my reward that I have EARNED... so I drive to the hotel wait in line just to be told I cant rent the room with my rewards if I dont pay an $80 deposit....hell the room wasnt that much. So yeah I will be switching to another rewards program. These foreign hotel people are horrible

I'm not mad about this place at all. We reserved a room down the road and that place not only didn't have the room for us but was shady about everything. I drove just down the street to here and they took us right in with no issues. Thank you so much for accommodating us for the night. If we're ever back in Kingsport, I'll stay here out of a new loyalty and respect.

Service and front desk was fabulous. Wonderful and nice check in. Upon entry into our room I ended up killing two roaches, Shower had one temperature, fireball. Had to hold a certain way to even get the temp to turn down safe enough to get into. Beds was comfortable. AC worked great. Walls was thin . Found out after checking in as our sons came in that the area was really bad for homeless and illegal activities 😳 So keep that in mind if you stay here

I already filed the formal complaint. Please engage with your customers in a more formal and professional fashion. To those staying here, do not expect decent treatment when trying to check in to a rewards reservation, it's entirely likely they'll turn you away rudely and make you find lodging elsewhere

Bathroom was tiny and the door didn't shut without slamming it. We were in handicap accessible but the beds were very high. No one in a wheel chair or someone small stature would be able to get on the the bed without help.

Just another money hungry man and his whole family living upstairs. House man who makes way to much noise and no emergency prep. At all. I slept in my car cause the power went out. No camera. No lights. No me you know. I tried to get compensated but was denied was told they were full so i had to leave. Funny how they're still rooms available now. Really feel discriminated against.

The rooms were clean and there was very little noise. It was a very pleasant stay.

The hotels are well maintained and they clean the rooms everyday. The location isn't to bad. It's about 7-10 minutes away from the main road where the restaurants are.

Not bad overall, clean and in a good location. Bed was comfortable. Overall I thought it could have been a little better value for the price.

Excelente service by the owners, Nimisha and her husband, they are so friendly and helpful, updated rooms cleaned every day, I highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

Clean motel with friendly staff. Our room was recently renovated so it was in very good shape. Close to restaurants and a fair price.

Driving for Uber didn't stay in room parking lot was well lit up the whole building had plenty of parking

The main problem with this hotel is access. We stayed there two nights, arriving there after dark both nights, and finding the way into the parking lot was crazy. The street that one would think would offer access (and where the Super 8 sign is) does not have an entrance to the parking lot. Rather, the entry into the parking lot is next to a Dollar General -- where there does not appear to be a Super 8 sign -- or at least not an illuminated one. The room was clean and comfortable. Good water pressure. But no real breakfast, thanks to Wyndham's idiotic policies -- Soooo 2021. OK place to stay. But try to get there in the daylight.

Worste hotel I've ever been in. The woman who came to my room beat on the door literally, and had a filthy mouth. Flipped me off and everything. And this was 2 hours before check out time!!! Don't recommend this hotel to anyone. That young lady is just rude. She prob would have even got a nice healthy tip if she wasn't so rude.
