This is the new location, in replacement of the Kings’s Street location.

My usual place taking lunch, some times this place is very crowded specially 12.30pm to 2.30pm but that staff always trying to give quick services to customers, I should appreciated their services. This is the best place to having fast foods with reasonable price in this area. I think currently they don’t have dining and only providing takeaway maybe due to covid restrictions. I always taking my favorite meal of chicken sandwich combo, superb tasty, love it.

First time at this new location. It was good, server forgot my apple pie. However, it was promptly handed over when I remember it and went to ask. We are humans after all. They are a bit slow at this branch though. More attention needed to tables upstairs.

Burger King downtown service was efficient especially during the lunch hour. The staff were focus in filling the orders so that there's no long wait in the store.

Was a good experience with fast service but the location is small which gave a clustered feeling

There was no Apple pies... that is what would've made my meal complete. It was actually the reason I made the extra walk

Not sure what happened today but the food was not the best. The fries, apple pie and sandwich was cold. I beat the lunch rush but still had to wait longer than usual to get my order.

Burger King is for me always hits the spot it needs to. I absolutely love their fries and their coffee.

The line to cash was a bit long but after I cashed I got my meal almost instantaneously

Workers are polite and works at a fast pace so you won't be waiting for long. Very clean environment too

Fast service, good food and great ambiance.

Love me a giilty pleasure American chicken sandwich. Service is fast. Space is limited so sometimes it feels crowded.

First time at that Church Street location, it was a pleasant experience.

A standard fast food restaurant. They do have great customer service but beware of long line for friday lunch rush due to it being the closest fast food joint near Duke Street with is a business district.
