I had major issues here. I find the place to just be subpar. Firstly I had kids asked if the burger was spicy, I was told no and then only to get the burger and it was spicy as ever. I order half a rack of rub and I kid u not, that was not ribs, I'm sure it was rib bits. I was not impressed at all. I could do without a revisit to here.

Ribbiz is typically easy to find. Not crowded on a Sunday and the staff is fairly friendly. It take a good little while to get the food although they seat you, give the menu and get you water almost immediately. If it is really windy, stay inside, the breeze will splash up the water and turn over the chairs. Prices are decent but tax is a hell of a thing. Great scenery though. Will continue to come back from time to time.

BAR 🍺🍹🍸🍷 Stocked, keen to serve cocktail 🍸mixed drinks of your choice SERVERS Waiters/tress are attentive with light crowd. When busy ( crowd) a different story. Servers - rarely know which table to deliver the food. I saw this happening with 3 servers trying to serve 6 tables. SEATING 🪑 Air conditioning room. Group tables. Most can see the sea. Seating and dining by the bar High seats, with some over looking the water on the terrace. If it RAINS, you may have to leave the terrace. MUSIC 🎵 & VIBES. Music great. Vibes good. PARKING 🚗 Mostly along at spots the road, but small parking lot. BAD 😠 Experience Major roof leak that took about 2 or tables on the inside. Had to move Rain on terrace. Had to move.

This is the worst experience ever, we had a party of 8 and it was absolutely disappointing traveling all the way from ocho rios , the server didn’t even introduce herself and when we asked for a drink menu she said there was none, she didn’t tell us what they had or don’t have , she didn’t give us any information she just asked what we want, we however spoke to the manager about the party package which we didn’t receive everything on the package and at the end we still we over charged, food is horrible, service is horrible, even the manage is horrible his job, don’t waste ur time or money it’s not worth it, they all need customers service training and all the training that is required for the industry they are trying to enter!!!!! I hope they see this and do better for all those ppl that lives there that go there. Oh and btw the pizzas are disgusting here’s a photo

They took long to serve the food, the waitress attitude was rude and she acted like she was unsure of everything. But the atmosphere was clean, love the sea breeze and vibe. The food was good too

I gave it a 4 star because I really enjoyed myself and the servers were awesome except one who was quite awful. But he didn't spoil our evening the food n music was excellent.

Very bad experience. Orders were altered without letting me and my family know. For example serving beef instead of chicken. And serving wrong drinks, watered down martini. Staff should never assume a customer don’t know what to expect so should behave professional at all times. Initially we requested the manager but he refused to speak to us. Later the waitress returned to let us know that the manager likes my daughter. Not sure how that would right all the wrongs happening on our table. Ribbiz management should address these issues to ensure good experience with customers. Ribbiz - Thanks for accommodating us but you need to handle services better. I could spend hours reporting things I’ve observed but I would like to visit this location again, it got good potential. Just please work on the above. To keep business booming otherwise these things will drive customers away.

Took my lil brother out to treat him. We had to wait about 40-50 minutes after ordering to get our food. When it came it was extremely cold. They didn't even melt the cheese on the pizza before they gave us. There was no communication from the wait staff. The whole place felt like it was being run by amateurs. Only saving grace was the view. We counted 3 planes taking off before we got our food.

I had a great time there, the food and drinks were above expectations

The waitress, Jada, was excellent and didn't miss a beat with our order, and best of all, check on to make sure we were ok. The food was great

My non bias opinion- this place has the ability to earn a 5 star. I tried their curry goat for lunch and it was amazingly delicious! The picture attached was their mango flavored daiquiri which was also delicious, and I would highly recommend if you love “drewly mango” or “East Indian mango.” If you are big on customer service I don’t recommend, and the wait time to order and to make payments is lengthy which is frustrating.

Beautiful place, upon arrival we were greeted at the entrance and we decided we’d sit outdoors to enjoy the scenery. We first choose the round low table then later changed to the high chairs. It took a while then another waitress took our orders. They had no pizzas or pastas at all which dampened us as I wanted the shrimp pasta. Nonetheless we got the Bombay curry shrimp one with rice and peas and the other with mash potatoes and a large fried fish. For drink we had a beer and cranberry juice as nothing in the menu was at the bar according to the waitress. The food was amazing 10/10. There was music playing in the background which really set the tone and eased the mood. Definitely enjoyed will return!

The food was amazing the view of the ocean was lovely. The food didn't take long to be serve the atmosphere was cool and laid back.The bathrooms were clean and well kept. It was just a chilled vibe and I enjoyed myself with my friends.

Music was a bit loud, service was good however there is always room for improvement. The food was tasty, however it took awhile to get to us.

The food was good. The customer service was great. Friendly staff. I went during the lunch hour, not many persons present. Overall good experience. I had the strawberry daiquiri, salmon burger and wings.

The atmosphere is worth 2 stars,but that's it. Service was terrible. The server got the order wrong 3 times before leaving the table and she seemed way overwhelmed. The food took forever and they could have kept it in the kitchen. The fried fish was mostly fat and skin and the fried chicken was burned and the oil used was obviously weeks old. It took all night just to get water to the table so let that sink in. Also the menu has no prices so you know what's up when a restaurant does that.Shady

Service here is way too slow. Waited one hour for one burger. Lunch specials are not bad. Inside can be a little loud and too dark. I love sitting outside by the water. The food no bad enuh, the slow service is their downfall and everybody looks confused, servers don't seem to have a proper system.

It’s was the worst, poor customer service , food was cold soggy and under seasoned, all of the drinks wasn’t made to balance inside the restaurant smell old. The server body language was giving I dnt care and worst of all all of us was sick.

A friend of mine took me to dinner. It was probably my 3rd time here, but the last two times were years ago. We had dinner out on the deck. Wish the music was a little softer out there so we could talk, but otherwise, everything was excellent. The music was good. Service was clean and timely, and the half rib I got was to die for!

I went there to get my regular chicken & pine pizza and i got jerked chicken pizza. I was so frustrated i couldn't wait to get out of there also the pizza did not baked properly. Look At The Crust Disgusting.

It was amazing the view is beautiful at nights the food is delicious and the staff are nice. And it's also a family setting too I would definitely recommend anyone to go there🥰👍👍

Customer service needed work before but today the service was worst the poor it was atrocious, i visited the restaurant today placed my order from about 3:15 and even when it was minutes to closing time that is almost 6:00 I didn't receive my meal. Now we all know that everywhere close 6:00 so you see the dilemma. I left without being served and nowhere else to get food. An mi a tell yuh mi hungry like dawg enuh. To the biggers heads of Ribz, need to check the people they use to represent them. The Manager, not the fair skin tall one the short dark skin one need a lesson in how to deal with customers, no matter what class , race or status. He has a very off putting attitude, and personally I believe he's in the wrong field of work. As so Ribz has lost one of it most supportive customers. And if this continues they are going to loose much more.

Great ambiance especially outside by the sea side, food is good and timely. Customer service is also good, very cost effective. Only knock is that they routinely dont have curry goat pasta which is the best meal I've had there.

The food it absolutely great and it's beautiful at night. The bar service was great. Great music. The wifi was fast and strong. Great vibe but the food took long. I did enjoy the atmosphere while I waited though. So next time I'll simply go earlier. I'm definitely going back, highly recommend. Maybe make it a every two month thing.

Had a business meeting here recently and I tried the jerk chicken burger for the first time and I was verrrrryyyy impressed. It was very flavorful and had the right amount of spice. Our server was very friendly all in all the meeting ended well. I left satisfied.

The service was very poor. I had to be asking for utensils every time I get a meal, not even a glass with water without asking the service was poor..

Nice location with a great ambiance, but customer service is very poor. If you want to get your meal on time and enjoy your time, I would not recommend here. After seated for over an hour, a waitress finally took our order. We ordered drinks first that took 30-40 minutes to arrive. We waited another 40-50 minutes for our meal and then were told it would not be ready anytime soon. We had to leave after waiting another 20 minutes for the waitress to bring us our bill for the drinks. Time is not valid here or do they have the slightest idea of time etiquette. This took place when the restaurant was empty. Imagine when it's packed.

Waited an hour to get menus in the first place. Then another 30m before they took our orders. Then after 15minutes waiting we were told they were out of ribs and we had to change our orders. -1 of 6 waitresses were attentive -We didnt get waters on our table. -Music was good but excessively loud -Ocean view was alright -Doorman was courteous
