Really don't know how to rate this place. The security at the gate was so abrasive she shouldn't be dealing with the general public.

Love their coffee. I always buy at least 10 bags to take back to New York. I enjoy the coffee throughout the year until my next visit back home when I restock. They even offer free coffee in the lobby so you can enjoy a cup while waiting for you order to be prepared. I understand that they also offer a tour, I have to sign up for that on one of my visits.
