Food is always good but wait time too long. I don't see how they can change that. At least they're professional at what they do.

Crowded had a long wait but food was good

Ordered a 8 piece wings smh got 6 flats big up the young lady at the soda stations got my other 2 flats would have liked some drum-lets but the big bear serving didn't think i deserved any this place was dirty trash overflowing team needs customer service train not because ur at downtown branch u deal with each customer as low life take pride in ur job

Some workers are quick to work but some needed speed. Great place to have lunch and dinner.

Need more cashiers and servers during crowded time more chairs to sit on and one bathroom cannot be for males and females.

The garbage bins were overflowing, tables were dirty, and the dining area smelled like we were in a public toilet. It was as if no one tended to the dining area for how long idk due to how it looked and smelled. It's not impressive at all.

Food is always great 👍 service and atmosphere could take a little bit more work but you know a good experience

KFC stores in Jamaica need to stop taking their customers for granted. The feeling i get from the franchise is that Jamaicans love KFC so zero effort is needed to maintain the customer base. It's a shame really. The store did not look clean The food taste was nit great. I find that the taste is not the same at the different stores.

It was ok. Standing on line was time consuming but as always the food was exceptional 😀

This KFC Bathroom was useable, thank God. Customer service was ok and the timing to get my meal was ok as well, although it was jam packed, overall the experience was ok, you have times when it's extremely busy it takes a really long time to get through, look out for that, if there is a huge crowd and you have a 2 hour to spear, go ahead.

First wasn't full om Tuesday which was good. Are we getting less fries cause one of my meal had less fries.any good service I don't know if I will ever get to see less persons like that today again

Lack of staffs, poor service. The line to order is always too long.

Large and Crowded with over 30-40 minutes waiting for chicken, in addition oftentimes the inner flesh of the meal is not properly cooked with visible signs blood fit for Dracula's Coventry of brides, or the zombie apocalypse 😖😖 WOW! Dracula now loves KFC.😵😵

More dinning areas need to be open up in there, as there customer traffic is high.

Prepare for very long lines and horrible customer service. Ordered my food a day in advance and still had to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready.

Chicken smells a bit raw and they were no where to sit and eat, coleslaw was too runny and sweet, old Harbour outlet taste waaay better 😋.

The problem i have is tht wen u buy buckets like 21 pcs ur not capable of getting 21pcs...I buy a 21 pcs n a 25 pcs wings I got 19 pcs of chicken n 21 pcs of wings n its not the first time.

They take too long to serve the meal. I have waited 2 hour for a single famous bowl!!!
