Dr. Walcott, one of the best local gynecologists/obstetricians, works here! He is very patient, thorough, but most of all he LISTENS to everything you have to say and act on it! Me, I see him even if I have a cold. There are also other doctors who work there as well of course. They are also pretty good too... Place also has a pharmacy and a dentistry! A real family medical/health centre all round. Staffers are also competent and nice. No complaints about this place... except for Walcott's waiting time. He gives each Patient more than budgeted time... Sometimes it can be annoying but I try not to complain because when it is my turn you bet your bottom dollar I am not getting out there before ALL my issues are dealt with. He takes time with you. So if you don't mind trading a bit of time for arguably the best experience you will get at a doctor's office, you should check him out!

The only reason they received 2 stars is because of the doctors. The receptionist or whatever she is, has no telephone etiquette. The lady did not even allow me to complete my enquiry. She literally hung up the phone in my ear in the middle of my question. Very very very poor customer service. This needs to be addressed.

Whoever answers the phone at this place is such a disgusting individual. Bad bred, no manners, worst customer service I have ever encountered. I can only imagine the kind of life they lead outside work. Despicable. Doctors are great. They're the only reason for the star.

I gave one star because i did not have the option to not give any at all. I know Jamaica is certainly not big on customer service but it is absolutely mind blowing at the blatant disrespect the person who answered the phone had, when I called Windward Road Medical Center just now February 18,2023. She answered the phone by saying hello only, so I asked if it was Windward Road Medical Center and she proceeded to respond with a humming sound mmmmmm as if she was communication to her friend. I then asked her again, if it was the medical center and she said "yes, what is it?" As if i was bothering her, So I told her not to worry herself,I will, but she hang up in the middle of me talking. Then if this is how you are treated on the phone just imagine the experience you will have going there!! I will not recommend this place to anyone. Even though this employee may not be a true reflection of the business I would still not risk finding out.

Got several misdiagnose. They are affordable but slappy. Can't be taking people health that light.

The service here is good... got through fast Doctors are there from 7 am - 2pm 2pm - 5pm 5pm - 7pm Doctors change between those hours

The only place to see a great doctor is at the windward road medical centre big to all the wanderfull workers there ********** a million stars to you all

It’s a medical center.....there will be busy days and some days not so busy. This is dependent on the amount of doctors in and the amount of patients waiting to see a doctor. Overall it’s a great establishment with some wonderful doctors.

Wonderful staff! Doctors know their stuff! Big up Dr.Boyd and Dr. Walcott, they've been treating and taking care of me and my family for years. I don't know what staff is there now but Angella, that slim and caring lady was very helpful and nice to all the clients. There also was a nurse there who worked at either Jubilee or KPH. Both I think have left since then.

Dr BOYD IS THE GREATEST

So I went to the pharmacy to buy a pill, said good evening, requested the pill and this lady flat out refused to serve me because I had my earphones in....like you do realise there are options?? I don't know what it is with old people and this false authority complex

Dr.Walcott my doctor for years and I must say one of the best Gynaecologist. No complains just the best very understanding and takes time to know his patients.

The Drs are top class and right on the diagnosis

The place seems to not answer the phone. I've been calling how long now and I'm not getting through 🙄

The doctors were great but the receptionist are very disgusting and no manners they need to be removed and get proper training especially this big black one all she do is sit and be in her phone she doesn’t even answer the phone properly but otherwise its great thanks to the doctors

So I set down my name to see the doctor since 8:30 it's now 11:12 still haven't got through the only thing done so far is urine and weight.Its as if you comes to a clinic but instead of getting free service your paying for it.Nobody to come and say hey we are having some issues bare with us person who have appointment at 10:30 get through and gone and we are here still waiting this need to fix trust me.The doctors are amazing big up Dr Walcott,Dr Soares,Dr Boyd these doctors are amazing but the wait to see them its ridiculous

Your nurses have no regards or empathy for sick person. They curry favour. I sat for three hours waiting and people just come in after me got through. I had to find another doctor' s office. I was in pain all this time

I love going to medical center on windward road. Its amazing wonderful doctors and they are very good at their job. I got sick before covid came and they treated me like I was family both me and my father that past away about 3 years now. And the doctor their that i got atended to my every needs and make sire I was well taking care of, great job doc

A doctor told me today that she was doing me a favour...smh I definitely have to find somewhere else
