Good mall with a neat design, inspired by Family mall I guess! It has a lovely space and lots of options to spend time (bowling, ping-pong, pools…etc) and their cinema is playing acclaimed fresh movies!

The building is well designed and located in a famous place in Kirkuk, the garage is well designed and safe in terms of security, in the children's playground there is a lot of games, great cinema with showing famous movies , it´s kinda a good place for grocery shopping , i didn't like the hamburg they have , and most of the clothes are expensive.

i only went for the cinema , didnt have chance to explore enough , but from what i seen on the way it is nice , the heating is perfect, the staffs are nice

So I have a love and hate relationship with this place I love it because it's clean and new but hate the fact it's basically dead and no one really visits it at all only seen around less than a 100 people inside at every time but the atmosphere is quite and nice if you would like that but it can feel creepy at times when your walking alone and don't see anyone for a solid minute.

Enjoy while I am inside this beautiful place especially the last floor where the games are located

very good as a building, design and location! but unfortunately very few brands and local shops are available. suggestion for you to decrease rent price, to give an opportunity to yong guys to make and start their business by opening shops. in this case if all shops will be open Nd more ppl will visit!

Very nice building in terms of design and cleanliness, the cinema is offering good movies but most of the mall is not utilized. I think the rent prices should be affordable for businesses to open and operate.
