i went to walmart today , the worst customer service i got from Mayra. If you hate your job or your life , then quit . Theres other people who needs job and will be grateful to take your spot . You cant be a manager if you don’t wanna check me out or help me find a price of something . Don’t make the customers go and get the price for you if there’s another employees who works at the station and tell you the price. Mayra is rude and if your gonna talk junk about a customer make sure they don’t know spanish . Needs to be fired or trained correctly because this is unacceptable and bad behavior .

They are remodeling the store so things are a little cluttered. But that is not the problem. They are making the aisles wider but they have reduced the choices of produces. They also have taken out most of the registers and put in self checkouts. The prices have gone up and you do all the work. The place looks and feels like a warehouse instead of a store. People lost their jobs in this upgrade. Big problems at Christmas.

Worst customer service from the manager Louis, she was really rude while I was asking a simple question. The rest of the employees were really nice and kind but she was mean and saying "if you don't know what to ask I can't respond to you, you don't even know what are you talking about" when I was asking her for help. If she does not know how to treat people well, I don't understand why she works in customer service. Clientes go yo customer services to ask and get help, not to get employees bad faces, bad answers and rude responses.

Well, I had just come in for a battery replacement. Something that really shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. There were some cars in front of me so I knew the wait was gonna be a little bit longer. Wasn't bothered by that. I was, however, bothered that other cars came in AFTER mine and were being serviced before mine. I'm watching a car that came in like 20 minutes after me leave the garage now. And I'm still here. Update: I just got my car back to find out they replaced it with a different battery than the one I picked. So let's recap - 1. My service should've only taken 10 minutes. It's now been a little over an hour. 2. Somebody that showed up 20 minutes after I did got their car serviced and left before mine was done. 3. They put the wrong battery in my car. The gentleman in the photo is the one who took his time replacing the battery.

Walmart I have my up and down review. Only say it Bc I miss having actual cashiers at the registers. I don’t mind self checkout but everytime I go. The lines have been literally close to freezer products. One day it was so long my kids and myself sat on the floor. Times of wait are outrageous self checkout it’s stressful Bc sometimes things are not i guess scanning correctly. And the wait for an employee to come over it’s dreadful. Some are quick there’s some nights there’s a few that have the attitude of they don’t give a dayumm to work there. I understand it’s stressful but just try to hold yourself together. Other than that I enjoy when Walmart has the clearance section it’s helpful when your on a tight budget. Many times I find things I need for my household in that section for a cheaper price. I love that about Walmart. I love how there are some helpful employees. But just think some employees need better training in customer service. Just lessen the attitudes and show up. Give it your all attitude and I’ll give that 5 star. And to whomever is the cart attendant thank you for keeping up with the carts. Because not sure why when I go to the neighborhood Walmart on Vine St. There’s no carts where they need to be. Majority of the time I just got off work and I’m tired I don’t have the legs to runaround for a shopping cart. But overall improvement on these key points and I wish nothing but success.

One of the most organized walmart I have visited. Staff was very nice and helpful. They don't have any power chairs to get around which is kinda of odd but still was a good visit .

A lot of workers with no knowledge of the store, they stand around and socialize with one another and get an attitude if you say "Excuse me, may I ask?" The shelves with food are usually out of stock (would be if employees worked) I go because it's convenient not any other.

Our first visit to this location. The employees were amazing and super duper friendly, helpful and courteous. Holly from electronic was awesome. She was very helpful and we got our items and checked out in a heartbeat from electronic. The employees at the self checkout was very helpful. The food section was full of fresh and delicious produce. There were lots of variety from papaya to apples to all types of bakery goods. With great varieties and super friendly/courteous staff..I recommend this location.

Stop here first for your Disney needs... Lord Mickey commands you... (as you'll save tons over getting it at the theme park). This is the place to load up with your souvenirs.

This store seriously has the rudest employees except for the AMAZING gentlemen that went above and beyond to help us. We were 3 hours from home and needed a new headlight bulb. There weren't any on the aisle due to them being behind the Automotive counter, which they were closed. I asked 2 different employees if someone could please help us get a bulb. Both employees rudely said NO, nothing could be done to get a bulb to purchase. I asked a 3rd employee and at first he said no too. Then he said he would go ask his manager if he could access the automotive area with the bulbs. He said he couldn't promise that his manager could help but he would try. Sure enough he comes back a few minutes later and says he will help us. The manager came and helped us get the correct bulbs. I want to say thank you to the manager and gentleman that went out of their way to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I can't remember their names. We were in around 10:30pm 6/1/23

Overall good Walmart. However they keep the halal chicken next to the pork. This is incredibly disrespectful. I hope they fix this. It's like putting alcohol next to candy. You just wouldn't do it. It's known eating pork is forbidden in Islaam, so why put the halal chicken next to it? That's so disgusting, disrespectful, ignorant and bigoted. Please Walmart, have some respect and change it. I would he happy to remove my review if you respond. Thank you. I tried calling to advise, no answer.

It's a typical Walmart circus. Lots of people, lots of tourists, lots of screaming kids, unfortunately not lots of service. Shelves not very well stocked, either. If you go during the day, be prepared to wait 30 minutes (or more) to checkout. At night, good luck weaving your cart between pallets piled high with boxes. Definitely below average.

Your sign on the wall said, "Happy to serve, your customer service staff seems to never read it. I went to return an item, and she says rudely where's the tags, and I told her if you look in the bag you’ll see it.

Usually have the most variety of stuff here since it is right in the tourist areas. They have alot of Disney and beach items here as well as good selection of wines and electronics. The mechanic side of it might either be very full or completely empty, work on the vehicle usually lasts about 2hours

Contained a variety of products and was quite impressed as a UK citizen but I found there was a lack of staff about the shop and I got lost millions of times and there wasn't really much gluten free or vegan stuff but the bakery was amazing. Celebrated two birthdays on our trip and they were delicious and the staff in the bakery were really nice and wrote what we wanted on the cakes. The freshly baked bread rolls were the best though.

Of the few that is always organized and stocked, it is impressive that being a chain in some you find certain products and brands that are not available in others. In this one, for example, the Venezuelan community in the area gets Malta Polar and other brand products. The only point to improve, the shopping carts, there are never inside the supermarket and you must go for them in the parking lot or be cautious and take them when you are on your way to the door.

This Walmart is fantastic, it's always stocked and organized. The checkout workers are always doing their best to make sure the lines stay down. The only issue I have is it can be difficult to exit the parking lot, but that is something they can't control.

😏Clean and VERY BUSY. It doesn't matter what time you go, it busy so have patience and be kind. Go early if you need dairy products (eggs, milk), they go fast. The Steak and produce selections were wonderful. Ice Cream and Snacks were pretty good too. 😉😁🤗🤗

One of the few shops I'm happy to bumble around inside - a veritable Aladdin's cave of pleasant surprises & entertainment. Today's trip included a chap carrying a live Lemur around the fruit & veg section & the chance to add needle nosed locking pliers to my expanding collection of unused novelty mole grips. 4 stars only because they were short on strawberry ice cream. Excellent location & disturbingly polite store staff. ✔

Sir Henry's Haunted Trail is one of the best Halloween events I've ever attended. It has a very family-friendly atmosphere. The three haunted trails are fun and the staff does a great job of making them scary. I appreciated the time lapse between groups so that everyone could have a good experience. I thought the hay cart trail was overpriced, but the characters walking around made the event more enjoyable. They were happy to take photos and scare people. The food was also good. I would definitely go again.

All Walmart are terrible. Walmart wants the customer to work for them for free. The prices keep going up along with their profits. Last 3 years Walmart has made more profits than for the prior 7 years combined. They need to be charged corporate profit tax on every penny profit they made from the average profit have made prior to covid.

Came into this store to spend my money. An older Hispanic woman stood there and stared at me the whole entire time. Walmart Employees now can see what you are scanning. Long story short. She ended up accusing me of stealing even after scanning things I already scanned and having to delete it of course. with almost $400 worth of merchandise in my cart. Just the basic household needs by the way. So I left the cart right there. Told her to cancel the whole thing and Good Luck with that cart. I went to Target instead. Never again.

When I the US I can’t resist! Not everyone’s ‘cup of tea’ but if you want cheese whiz, lucky charms a spare tyre, air rifle, toilet paper and some orange juice where else can you go!!!

So I'm at this location for about an hour now and all I can say is that the workers are rude. They act like they're annoyed. I passed about six employees and none of them have said good morning or asked if I needed any assistance. Plus many don't speak English. They need to hire ppl that speak the native tongue. I literally had to help a customer bc the chick putting up the dressing doesn't know what mayo is, mind you, it was right behind her. Then the overhead speaker announcements just came on and they were in Spanish. I don't understand why I have to be subjected to this as if I'm in a foreign land. It's discrimination at its finest.

This always used to be the best walmart but since changing to 4 staffed cash registers and remaining self service, the quality of shopping experience has plummeted. The self service were at standstills with one advisor to help and staff on tills (not all, but mine,) just did not want to be there. He was slow, non communitive, paused to clean the conveyor belt whilst i was in the middle of paying for my goods and I've just realised one of my bags got left behind because his curfuffleness was distracting. I am disabled and was standing for over 30 mins to pay for a basket of stuff. Very disappointed walmart. Was better how it used to be.

Its ridiculous that at 6:45pm on a Wednesday theres NO employees checking customers out. Its the only store ever do this in this busy area and it seems to be the usual here.

I am so very grateful to have Tracy T as a greeter for auto care. She assisted my daughter with her battery issue and gave me wonderful advice on the tire type and care for my vehicle. I have never had such excellent service, some other clients take their anger from waiting on Tracy I am sure, but she doesn’t let it get the best of her and delivers exceptional. I hope you are paying her well and if your not please strongly consider giving her a raise!

Tracy T. Is the most knowledgeable and helpful associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with! If she’s not considered a lead in your company I hope you’re at least offering her a raise for all the great work she accomplishes. I had work done on my vehicle this past Saturday and I am still in disbelief on how she was able to fix my issue in a timely manner. I’m not even upset about the 2 1/2 hour wait to describe my issue because she made it known I was in good hands. I need to come to the auto care only when she’s working <3
