焼き肉の町・北見にある、ベジタリアンのお店。 店内はそこそこ広く、落ち着いた雰囲気。今回は担々麺を注文しました。肉ナシの担々麺、どんな感じかな～と思ったのですが。 外観は「本当に肉ナシですか？」というぐらい普通。 食べると、しっかりした歯ごたえのひき肉。多分大豆ミートでしょうが、ひき肉だと大豆臭さがなく、ピリ辛で美味しい😝 付け合わせのピクルス、担々麺に乗せられた野菜も、野菜らしい味と歯応えがあり、とっても美味しい😝 ……とお伝えしたら、ココで使われている野菜はほとんど「やさしい風」から仕入れているとの事。やさしい風は、北見郊外にある自然栽培農場。ここから新鮮な野菜を仕入れて、すぐ使えるって事ですね。だから、こんなに美味しいんだわ～😄 あまりに美味しかったので、ロールケーキも注文。 国産レモンが使われていて「劇すっぱですよ」といわれ、恐る恐る食べたクリームは…… 確かに酸っぱいけど、さわやか～😝 これだけクリームが入っているけど、全然くどくない。さくさく食べすすめられるのは、劇すっぱだから！スポンジもしっかりふくらんでいて、上手に焼けてるな～　手を抜かず、しっかり作り込まれたお料理・お菓子に感嘆しました。 なお、店内のクッキーは北見工業大学の生協でも買えるそうです。

I absolutely loved this vegan restaurant. We had the ramen, the creamy yuba plate and some vegan sweets. Delicious! The staff is also incredibly friendly. To my surprise it’s affiliated with marbre vegan sweets which is one of my favorite places in Tokyo.
