This was a great stay for us! The room was basically a little apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. They even provided a few laundry pods to use (although I used my own due to allergies). It is dog friendly with an extra fee (I believe it was $80 for the whole stay). All check in stuff and questions are done via text, which seemed odd at first, but ended up being extremely helpful. The only downside is that you do have to pay for parking (20$ per night), but it is a private underground garage with elevator access straight to your floor. If you're from the States and don't have a front license plate, be sure to let them know since they use front license plate scanners for entry into the garage. Overall, my partner and I had a very nice stay here and would stay again!

Was an incredible stay from start to finish. Super clean amazing condo. Had everything you would ever need. Well organized and very easy check in/out instructions. Umang guided me through from parking to check out. Umang was so nice and polite a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Jeff.

Staying in the apartment was truly fantastic and personally I would like to thank Varun for assisting us during the stay. The space was comfortable, offering a cozy ambiance that made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities provided made the stay convenient, and the location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a delightful experience that contributed to a memorable trip.

I rented this unit because my son had a baseball tournament last weekend. It is perfect for tournaments. Full kitchen lets you cook as little or as much as you want. Very spacious especially if it is just 2 people. Full, real bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Unheard of in a "hotel" for this price range. Amazing views of the city and pin-drop quiet. The service was exceptional. They were very accommodating and friendly. Great concept and great execution, in my opinion. We did not see the amenities of the property so I cannot speak to those but I will definitely look for these properties and book them if I in the vicinity of one.

I could give 5 stars here - the only reason I hold back is the check in process was a bit confusing (where exactly to meet, where to park while checking in) however once we met up for key fob everything was great. Apartment had a full kitchen, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Everything we needed. The two night minimum could prevent me from staying in the future since I often stop by one night only. Great looking apartment, good views and there was underground parking at extra cost. Overall I liked the concept and was a nice change from traditional hotel.

Loved staying here! It's an apartment/condo building with a concierge at the door. Everything you need is provided (e.g. toiletries, towels, hairdryer, laundry machines) and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great for those who like to cook as it had a full kitchen with appliances. The bed was super cozy, too, like a hotel. It's sort of an Airbnb style in that you meet one of the workers (Amanda, who is super kind!) there before to get your keys and get shown around the unit, but after that you're left alone and free to contact them as needed. I booked at the last minute and the owner - I think his name was Chris? - kindly called to confirm my check-in time and answer any questions I had. I'd definitely stay there again!

Very clean and comfortable. Really great accommodations and friendly staff. Great views and amenities - even including bowling, pool, foosball, and an indoor outdoor barbecue eating area - lots of fun entertainment space.

Overall, the experience was great. The rooms are well kept, up to date, and spacious. The only issue I had was with the parking sense I don't have a front license plate.

I recently stayed here for a work trip and will be definitely be returning! The room was clean, the wifi was fast and reliable and the cute decor made for a nice background on my virtual meetings. Check-in was seamless and the customer service was super.

This place was just what I was looking for and it came out to be a smidge cheaper then a hotel! I stayed at the Kitchener location and it had a pool table and bowling alley we can use for free! The suite was very clean and we loved the balcony! Amanda showed us to our room and went over a few things. The kitchen had some basic equipment we could use if we decided to cook in the suit!

Overall I was personally quite disappointed in the whole experience. The customer service was lacking significantly. I sent 2 emails in the weeks leading up to my stay, finally reached someone through the Facebook page because it seems the email address is not monitored. The Facebook message got a response within a day and they couldn't directly help me but told me to respond to the auto-generated email from my payment confirmation. That email address was like 50 random characters so I thought it was not capable of accepting incoming email. Usually auto generated email addresses are outgoing only. Within a few hours of that, someone called me. They were very curt and impatient sounding. I had paid in advance for parking but because they don't send you an itemized receipt after you pay, you can't prove it. The person argued with me for some time claiming I couldn't have paid already because they don't do it that way. Eventually they looked at my receipt on their end and admitted they were wrong and noted my parking payments. I asked for a copy of the itemized invoice but did not receive it for another 2-3 days before my check in date. They told me that I had to arrange a time to meet someone here for my key fob. I was driving 6 hours and wasn't sure about the timing through Toronto so when I got closer, I called and let them know I'd be early. They told me they couldn't meet until a half hour later. Again, they were not very kind over the phone and sounded annoyed and put out by me. I waited in the unloading area for 40 minutes and finally called again and they said they were here but just never let me know. The parking is a bit of a hassle. The arm lifts up after it reads your license plate but it wouldn't read my plate and took multiple attempts of backing up and pulling forward with a long line of cars waiting to get in. I called the person back to let them know and they said I was wrong and that I could get in. I told them I was trying over and over and it wasn't working and they very impatiently told me I was doing it wrong. I had driven 6 hours, waited 40 minutes in a loading area without any outreach from the person meeting me and they tell me to meet them at the floor where my room is located and stand there to talk while I'm holding 40 lbs of bags in my arms. It was probably the worst experience I've ever had checking in and I am here on my second night and I just can't wait to go home. I regretted this reservation as soon as I couldn't get a response from anyone after I paid for it two weeks in advance. They feed you information only a day or so right before your check in. It's all very confusing and frustrating. Next time I'm sticking to a regular hotel even if it costs more. The room itself is ok. I wasn't super impressed. I've been in nicer 3 star hotels. It's really more focused on having a specific aesthetic than being comfortable or practical. The water in the kitchenette never got above slightly cool/Luke warm and the bathroom water was only slightly warmer. I left it run forever and it never got hot.

We stayed at this property in Penthouse 1912. It is very modern, clean and has two bedrooms. You will find a full kitchen, laundry in-suite and a balcony. The views from the primary bedroom were spectacular in the fall season. One thing to note, when you are stepping out of the elevators onto your floor, it can be pitch black, until you step out and the lights fully come on. The concierge made effortless to check in and out. Would definitely recommend this location in Kitchener.
