Overall
I
was
personally
quite
disappointed
in
the
whole
experience.
The
customer
service
was
lacking
significantly.
I
sent
2
emails
in
the
weeks
leading
up
to
my
stay,
finally
reached
someone
through
the
Facebook
page
because
it
seems
the
email
address
is
not
monitored.
The
Facebook
message
got
a
response
within
a
day
and
they
couldn't
directly
help
me
but
told
me
to
respond
to
the
auto-generated
email
from
my
payment
confirmation.
That
email
address
was
like
50
random
characters
so
I
thought
it
was
not
capable
of
accepting
incoming
email.
Usually
auto
generated
email
addresses
are
outgoing
only.
Within
a
few
hours
of
that,
someone
called
me.
They
were
very
curt
and
impatient
sounding.
I
had
paid
in
advance
for
parking
but
because
they
don't
send
you
an
itemized
receipt
after
you
pay,
you
can't
prove
it.
The
person
argued
with
me
for
some
time
claiming
I
couldn't
have
paid
already
because
they
don't
do
it
that
way.
Eventually
they
looked
at
my
receipt
on
their
end
and
admitted
they
were
wrong
and
noted
my
parking
payments.
I
asked
for
a
copy
of
the
itemized
invoice
but
did
not
receive
it
for
another
2-3
days
before
my
check
in
date.
They
told
me
that
I
had
to
arrange
a
time
to
meet
someone
here
for
my
key
fob.
I
was
driving
6
hours
and
wasn't
sure
about
the
timing
through
Toronto
so
when
I
got
closer,
I
called
and
let
them
know
I'd
be
early.
They
told
me
they
couldn't
meet
until
a
half
hour
later.
Again,
they
were
not
very
kind
over
the
phone
and
sounded
annoyed
and
put
out
by
me.
I
waited
in
the
unloading
area
for
40
minutes
and
finally
called
again
and
they
said
they
were
here
but
just
never
let
me
know.
The
parking
is
a
bit
of
a
hassle.
The
arm
lifts
up
after
it
reads
your
license
plate
but
it
wouldn't
read
my
plate
and
took
multiple
attempts
of
backing
up
and
pulling
forward
with
a
long
line
of
cars
waiting
to
get
in.
I
called
the
person
back
to
let
them
know
and
they
said
I
was
wrong
and
that
I
could
get
in.
I
told
them
I
was
trying
over
and
over
and
it
wasn't
working
and
they
very
impatiently
told
me
I
was
doing
it
wrong.
I
had
driven
6
hours,
waited
40
minutes
in
a
loading
area
without
any
outreach
from
the
person
meeting
me
and
they
tell
me
to
meet
them
at
the
floor
where
my
room
is
located
and
stand
there
to
talk
while
I'm
holding
40
lbs
of
bags
in
my
arms.
It
was
probably
the
worst
experience
I've
ever
had
checking
in
and
I
am
here
on
my
second
night
and
I
just
can't
wait
to
go
home.
I
regretted
this
reservation
as
soon
as
I
couldn't
get
a
response
from
anyone
after
I
paid
for
it
two
weeks
in
advance.
They
feed
you
information
only
a
day
or
so
right
before
your
check
in.
It's
all
very
confusing
and
frustrating.
Next
time
I'm
sticking
to
a
regular
hotel
even
if
it
costs
more.
The
room
itself
is
ok.
I
wasn't
super
impressed.
I've
been
in
nicer
3
star
hotels.
It's
really
more
focused
on
having
a
specific
aesthetic
than
being
comfortable
or
practical.
The
water
in
the
kitchenette
never
got
above
slightly
cool/Luke
warm
and
the
bathroom
water
was
only
slightly
warmer.
I
left
it
run
forever
and
it
never
got
hot.
