To be honest, if I could review this with over 5 stars I would. Incredibly professional employees, unbeatable prices, amazing atmosphere-- this jewellery store is the best you can find. I came here to get a gift for my mother, and she absolutely adored it! The size and quality were something I couldn't have gotten at another store for as good a price as MT jewellers provided. The customer service is also incredible, and for that alone I could give it 5 stars. I cannot recommend this place enough! 500/5 stars!

Went to jewellery store today. Their sign says they open at 10am. With 2 employees in the store just staring at me at 10:15am. 3-4 times they sais 5 minutes 5 minutes. So because I'm just one person I guess If there was a line up of more than one person I'm sure they would let us in. Suggestion open at 10am if those are your hours. If not and you have things to do please go in early so you don't make your customers wait

I make trips to Toronto and Kitchener quite often and always make time to stop by MT Jewellers to have my jewelry polished and watch batteries changed. They are by far some of the most honest and knowledgeable Jewellers, Goldsmith's, and gemologist that I've met! This past spring I had a custom order placed and they went above and beyond expectations. I was awestruck by how well the custom order turned out! I gave them the idea, some references, and my budget - needless to say I was blown away! I was a loyal customer before, but with this this, I can't ever see myself going to any other jewellery store! You'd be hard pressed to find another Jewellery store that places more care over their work and customers than profit.

My husband and I have been going to MT Jewellers since we came to Kitchener 15 years ago. We first went to them for a watch battery and they provided customer service along with the battery. Spoke to us about general time lengths for batteries, suggested ways to make them last, cleaned the watch and we paid 14 dollars. When we left my husband and said "all that kindness, education and service for a bill of 14 dollars, imagine how they will treat us for bigger transactions!" Earing backings, ring shank repair and then my husband was shopping for a 10 year anniversary band for me. He saw things at many places and then went into MT. They made what he liked for a fraction of the price as the other places. The ring is a past, present and future totalling 1 karat. I write this 10 years after receiving this ring, wearing it daily and it is not changed shape, not dulled and is just as beautiful as the day he gave it to me. The quality cannot be beat. We have some had many other pieces, fixed, repaired, altered or bought new and the service is second none, matched by the amazing quality and price! Thank you MT, your service has never wavered!

May 2022: purchased 3 rings & sized from their estate collection. They are all beautiful! Diamonds, blue green saphire & diamond, and blue diamond surrounded in white diamonds. April: Came in today, staff were wonderful! I'll be coming back again. Y'all gotta check out their collection of Canadian diamonds!! Unbelievable beauty! Excellent service. Very reasonable pricing. Very fast service, they have four jewellers on staff, so they do all the work in house. Two days and the work was done, compared to the four weeks the big box jewellers quoted me. The ring was repaired and it looks better than when it was brand new. Very satisfied, would recommend to anyone looking for fast, reliable jewellery repair at a fair price.

Just had a clasp put into my pendant. They did an amazing job and the turn around time was very quick. Have used this keeper for many things and have never been disappointed.

This small jewellery shop is excellent. If you have a fancy Swiss or heritage watch, they can refurbish it at 1/2 the cost of any of the chain stores. I've started to take some of my old pieces of jewellery and they have done a great job fixing old rings, brooches and necklaces. My dad had a wedding ring which I've now turned into a small pendant. Lovely workmanship. You can't go wrong here. Update: I took a Seiko watch in and it was completely overhauled - better than new -- for a very reasonable price! Family-owned business that is honest and approachable.

Took my ring in late Thursday night, had it done for me early afternoon. They measured my finger and sized my ring an entire size bigger for a perfect fit for a great price. Will definitely be using them for all resizing!!! Jamie W

I went to MT Jewellers for my engagement ring resize and they did an amazing job. They were able to resize my ring in under an 1hr and the work was flawless. I needed to go up a size and the they were able to adjust the band perfectly, color matching the rose gold making the band look seamless. They also polished my ring and it was soo sparkly afterwards. I highly recommend MT Jewellers and will definitely use them again. Thank you!!

My fiance purchased my engagement ring here after being recommended by a few people in town. Him and one of the managers discussed a plan for the ring which he was excited about, but was ultimately not pleased with when he got to see it in person. The diamond sat awkwardly high and looked nothing like the reference photos provided at the beginning of the process. He asked them to bring it lower and they obliged, but was again not 100% pleased with the results. He proposed and soon after that we brought the ring to another jeweler for inspection. We found that several of the side stones were on the brink of falling out and the centre diamond was crooked. We tried to give them a second chance with the appraisal of my engagement ring and sizing a couple of my rings. They tried to charge us for the appraisal when they originally told us it was included in the ring cost, and not even a week after picking it up, one of the bands of a ring I got sized snapped in half. I'm giving two stars because to their credit, they have tried to come back and fix mistakes, but with poor results.

Great service. Caught my watch on something and ripped the band off. Instead of trying to sell me a new band, he put in a new pin, and bent the tabs back so all was good as new. Two minutes, and $5 tax incl. Very pleased.

I drove across town to go look at engagement rings and the store hours were 10am. I got there at 10 and the doors were locked and it looked like the people inside were getting set up for the day. The girl in the store, looked at me, then looked at the clock and then signaled ten more minutes on her hands. If you open at 10, maybe start setting up a little earlier so you can actually open at 10?!? So ignorant. I won't be shopping here and I will recommend the same to anyone else.

I just got engaged but sadly my ring was a bit too small. I was looking around for places with a quick turn around, and was thrilled when I found MT and discovered they can do same-day resizing (for a reasonable fee). I brought my ring in immediately, they got my correct size, and provided me with a very fair quote. My ring was ready 3 hours later and it's perfect! Can't even tell anything was done to it, and it was polished up beautifully. Will definitely be back for any other jewelry needs I have and will definitely recommend.

I brought them my 2 tone gold wedding ring that I had cut off of my finger a while ago due to a sporting accident. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to Thuc for the patience and guidance as we updated some very special rings. My idea was to take my Grandmas engagement ring stones and my promise ring stones and incorporate them into my engagement ring. Thuc took the time to explain about the different cuts to the stones, sizes, and colours. Ultimately he helped me come to the conclusion of keeping my rings original and we plated them with Rhodium and they are absolutely stunning. We updated my engagement ring band and wedding band, and wow! Couldn't be happier!!!!

I took a box chain in to get repaired for my boyfriend and when I got there I was presently greeted. I talked to the young lady who told me the repair was 20.00 GREAT PRICE FOR REPAIRS, but little did I know the necklace was not in good shape. Long story short...they bought the necklace from me and gave me a fantastic price on a new box chain. My boyfriend was so excited when I came home with it. Great staff, honest and worth checking them out.

Needed to size an engagement ring for my now future wife the place I baught the ring from does not do specialty sizing in house and was going to take 4-8 weeks to get it sent out and back.. being as I was hoping to propose that weekend this did not work, I was told about MT from a friend who praised them and took the ring in to see what they could do, they got the ring sized the same day and for cheaper than the place where I actually baught the ring from, I could not have been any happier with there service and from now one will be purchasing and repairing my jewelry with them.

Had my ring resized up in less then an hour. They were able to fix the warping on the ring and buff all scratches out. Looks brand new.

My favourite ring sat in my jewelry box for years because it needed resizing which was impossible according to several jewellers . Apparently it was too intricate and hence, too costly. Thuc and his father were able to resize it while still maintaining the delicate details plus polish it, all for a very fair price. Since then I have purchased estate diamond earrings and diamond ring from them for a fraction of their worth. Excellent and fast customer service, friendliness and expertise contribute to the five star rating!!!

Thuc provides meticulous service at an unbeatable price. I brought him a Seiko 5 Sports and asked to swap to an aftermarket dial and hands (Fifty Five Fathoms mod). After some trouble with the parts I ordered, he worked with me and the supplier to get everything properly fitted. The watch is still looking and working great 2 years later. Couldn't be happier.
