    Sheena is a wonderful instructor. She takes the time to explain things, to make sure you understand. She is motivated and down to earth. She makes you comfortable in class as well.

    I have been talking a class with Sheena for the past several weeks. I watch the Zoom recording at a time that fits my schedule. The classes are the right amount of challenge and let me work hard but also be successful. Sheena is very motivating and provides great adaptations, when needed.
