I've changed my review for this place, because it's no longer the way it used to be. They used to be very attentive, but recently they only give you 5 minutes max to talk to doctors. The front staff constantly fight you when you try to schedule appointments. This is because this clinic has put more emphasis on money making instead of on taking care of their patients, therefore they cram as many patients into their office as possible to be able to make the most money. The nurses that manage patients before they see the doctor or recieve a treatment have always been incredibly nice and caring, and so I have no issues with them.

I called 7 time one days, next day again another 4 time nobody return my calls service is so bad. because Government pay? that’s the biggest problem if was personal they call you quick nobody controls this clinic they have patient for years and years and never get better why? because OHP payed , I will call OHP to check this company definitely. This is respond ignore Customer or busy because it’s not excuse. customer needs to know respect if your team calling patient and tell them wait for three months four months people wait,,,call back and take care of patient I did not see on your team,,,,,

Due to covid19 my treatment in the spring was understandably cancelled and I was told I could rebook as soon as it was possible to do so. When I did call back in early fall I was informed that the physician looking after my care was no longer there by Miguel and that he would have to ask another physician look after my care. When I asked how long he thought it would take I was told "it will take as long as it takes". I received a voicemail from Miguel a week later telling me that because the physician who was assigned to me had left I would have to have a new referral. I am not sure why as my first referral was to Allevio and not that specific doctor, but I complied and had my doctor send a new referral. That new referral was sent over a month ago and I have yet to hear back from anyone there. I have made so many attempts to get in touch with Allevio, but there is never a response. My treatment is seven months past due and no one there seems to care. I am honestly beyond disappointed in Allevio.

So, so much love for this wonderful clinic. Patients come first, always. I can't possibly say enough good things. Covid is an unprecedented and unpredictable global issue that has impacted healthcare in so many ways. Allevio is and will always continue to do their best to help improve out quality of life. I have been to dozens of places in multiple Provinces and I can say with complete certainty - I trust their ownership, vision and their ability to safely offer care.

I cannot believe you closed your office for 2 months blaming covid when really you closed your office for good because your clinic wasn't "making enough money". You still don't even have the decency to notify your patients. Your clinic has THOUSANDS of patients in chronic pain you left sitting in the dark, but it's always about money with you people.... who cares that you took an oath to uphold for patient care right ? You left me sitting here.... In pain.... clueless, waiting for my prolotherapy, waiting for the chiropractor, waiting for an SI joint belt your office refused to give me till my first prolo appointment that never happened cause you cancelled it in January because of "covid". I don't know where to go from here. I trusted Dr Safakish because he is a great doctor. Severe pain and now depression and it is all because of your office.. so thanks a lot.

Doctors are amazing, unfortunately front reception is a mess, never answer the phone, message box remains full for weeks and they don't respond to emails. When I finally got thru, they don't have the proper records on file and they say they'll get back to you but never do. I've been trying to book an apt for 2 months. It's too bad because aside from the front reception, the rest of the staff and doctors are a 10/5!!

Appears to have closed forever and is continuing to lie to patients about it for months. Unable to get my treatment or get in any contact with this clinic for months. Absolutely disgusting way to treat pain patients. I've been left abandoned and in pain without any warning.

This place is by far, one of the most advance pain clinics out there. The staff are always on time. They always call to remind you about your appointment so you never miss it. The doctors and nurses are the most wonderful people you will meet. Amazing place to go to if you deal with life changing pain relating to many conditions. They listen to all your issues and they never dismiss you. I’ve been going here for 3 years now and I never felt rushed and they always took care of me!!

I can’t believe that you have closed your doors for good. I had an appointment for January 11th and you notified me on January 10th that it was cancelled leading me to believe that it was cancelled due to COVID, why did you not just notify us and explain the truth that your funding had been cut off? I am so disappointed in being mislead so now where do I go? I have been seeing Dr. Sohanpal for years now I’m left in the cold with excruciating pain thanks.

Ive been waiting 8 months for a simple letter from Dr. Ganty for Insurance purposes. They rarely answer the phones or respond to emails. My life has been put on hold becauae of them. Pass

This pain clinic did Not answer the phone and his email unsafe page to open as google. They don't care about there patient plus they charge for each shot $30 and it's sold in any pharmacy $15 I did bought it by myself. The Question WHY THEY DON'T ANSWER The phone for more than 5 weeks. Look like the ARE OUT of BUSINESS...

I have been to several pain clinics. Allevio is the only pain clinic that deserves a 5 star review. I didn't think I would find any relief from the never ending pain that controls my life. The fact is I may never be 100 per cent pain free. But 50 to 80% relief from pain is a life saver. I can actually do household chores without becoming completely crippled. The Doctor was wonderful to me. This was the first time I'd been treated with respect from a Pain Specialist. The wait times will shock you. They stay really close to appointment times. The days of waiting for 2 hours or more are over. All the treatments take place right there. I am very happy I found this Pain Clinic!

This place is really great! I did receive the run around in the beginning but I had the support of an amazing admin named Melina and she really guided me through this experience. It just goes to show that even though we are all going through tough times there is still good in people. Thank you Melina! You are a true representation of positive, helpful, professional essential worker.

My life has been transformed by all Allevio offers! I was on the verge of quitting my job due to chronic pain and fatigue. It was a cycle of resting, working and resting again .After my 4th infusion life and some outside activities are back. My friends have seen me more in two months than they have seen me in two years! Really nice people. Dr's. And nurses have very good bedside manner but the hardest place for getting them to return a call or answer it even. I have been trying now to book an appointment and can't do so seeings they do not pick up or return the call. Hardest place to get ahold of

Absolutely, horrible. Avoid at all costs. Poor communications and treatment of patients. Dr. Yao is unprofessional and I question her knowledge and abilities. Seems they are more interested in getting the $30 for each shot. First round made me worse then I was. The fact they have management in their name is a joke. Absolutely no follow up or care..
