Working
with
Anna
the
last
16
weeks
has
literally
changed
my
life!
She
has
been
my
number
1
hype
girl,
and
getting
to
do
this
while
also
watching
her
on
her
own
journey
has
been
nothing
short
of
inspiring.
Fitness
and
nutrition
aside,
she
has
taught
me
to
not
only
be
kinder
to
myself
but
how
to
appreciate
my
body
for
all
it
does!
I
came
into
this
program
as
a
Mama
of
3,
looking
to
find
a
couple
hours
a
day
for
myself.
I
have
struggled
with
weight,
inconsistent
nutrition/poor
eating
habits
and
just
an
overall
lack
of
confidence
in
myself.
Despite
moving
my
body
often,
I
just
couldn’t
seem
to
reach
any
of
my
goals.
Working
with
Anna
gave
me
all
the
tools
I
needed
to
not
only
make
the
necessary
changes
to
my
daily
lifestyle
-
but
also
how
to
make
it
sustainable
for
long
term.
The
thought
of
meal
prepping
and
going
to
the
gym
is
no
longer
a
daunting
experience
but
something
that
I
look
forward
to
each
day
and
thoroughly
enjoy.
In
16
weeks
not
only
did
I
surpass
my
physical
goals
but
I
have
become
stronger
and
healthier
mentally
as
well!
If

my
advice
to
you
is
DO
IT!!!
It’s
hard
work,
but
soo
rewarding
and
the
community
is
incredibly
supportive!
No
matter
what
your
goals
are,
they
will
help
you
reach
them
and
more!!!
