    I signed up for the 16 week program with Clara after being newly postpartum and it was the best decision I have made! Clara has been so supportive throughout this journey and has helped teach me about proper nutrition and being mindful about what to eat. It has been so great being able to still enjoy yourself while eating properly and not restricting yourself completely to achieve your goals! She has also taught me so much about good weights workouts and the importance of it! She is always super quick to answer any questions I have, which has been so helpful ☺️ I love that Clara is always so positive and super knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition! She definitely keeps me on track and is so quick to adjust your program if needed. When I couldn’t make my workout at the gym, she adjusted my training program to include at home workouts. She is super approachable with any questions! I have seen such great results already working with Clara and am so excited to have extended for the year with her! The DIYBODY team is so great and they really care about helping you achieve your goals.

    I have worked with Don over the years and every time it has been absolutely successful. Do you want to not only transform but also learn how to have a healthy relationship with food? Develop long standing habits and be able to ensure you are successful even after you work with them? This is the team for you. Don's incredible knowledge, paired with an amazing team, program and community will ensure that you are successful. I am looking my best in my 40s with the physique I am proud of thanks to Don and his team. The program is amazing, the coaching is spot on and the motivation from a community of like minded people will ensure success, all you have to do is listen, follow and learn. If you are looking to make an amazing change in your life through diet, exercise and healthy habits, this is the team that will ensure your success.

    An incredible 16 week program with DIY Body and Anna Morrish coaching me. My very first time doing progress photos ever, and I’m so happy to see and feel those changes. Something I haven’t seen in a very long time, and I’m very proud! The combination of coaching check ins with Anna, meal prepping and planning, hugely increased steps in my 9-5 computer job, and weight training focused workouts, I’ve really seen true progress that will stick and keep improving because this isn’t just a quick diet plan or Facebook workout challenge, it’s the real deal with changing habits and seeing actual improvements that I haven’t for years. Anna customizes the meal planning and workouts very well and is open to making adjustments after checkins and private messaging chats. I’ll continue with my home workouts as I’ve built up such a good routine and awesome equipment I’ve purchased. I learned more than ever before when it came to meal planning and macros. This is something I will be doing and mindful of for years to come. At a recent gym class, I hung high up on a bar and did knee raises and this felt great. Months ago, I was uncomfortable just hanging from the bar without even doing any movements. Just hanging ached. I feel like I’ll continue to reach more goals with my strength in that way as well as continued fat loss. I’m grateful to Anna and the DIY Program for working with me to building a routine of working out and eating well since I love being outdoors and doing many active things that I’ve struggled with because of weight and inactivity. I highly recommend coach Anna and DIY Body to everyone. People in my life are noticing and I’ve been sharing my experiences with them!

    I just completed 16 weeks on the program working with Clara. I didn’t know what to expect when I started but after a couple of weeks I knew I wanted to extend to a year. I loved the structure, flexibility and accountability this program provided for me. I have lost over 20lbs. This program is achievable for anyone if you trust the process. On this program you learn to eat well balanced meals that fuel your body. I had several trips planned before even starting it and Clara assured me we will work through them and we did. Clara is always there to answer any questions and provide support every step of the way. I’m so glad I started when I did and look forward to continuing to work with Clara on my health and fitness journey. Thank you Clara for helping me get where I am today. 🥰

    I just finished my 16 week program with Clara and have extended for the year. I’ve always been active and consistent with the gym/exercise and like most people experimented with all the different diet fads, fasting, keto, whole 30 etc. I always felt like I was killing myself with the gym but still never being fully happy with my results. I reached out to DIY body after having my second child this past summer. They teamed me up with Clara who has been lovely through this whole process. She understands that being a mom is Always #1. She designed my program with that in mind, knowing my workouts are based around when I can get them In. I learnt that doing less is more, rest is important, not under eating is crucial to see results. She was always available with any questions or concerns I had. I’m extremely proud of progress in just 4 months and am excited to see what she has In store for the rest of the year! ❤️💪🏻

    DIY Body changed my life and I am not just being dramatic! I had gained 30 pounds over the course of three years since COVID and I just couldn't get back on track no matter what I tried. Clara helped me so much, I owe her everything. She taught me how to eat properly, track macros, look for wins beyond the scale and get stronger in the gym. In 16 weeks, I lost 10 pounds, inches and my body composition changed so much and it's only the beginning. Clara is the most supportive, patient and wonderful coach. She understands different levels of fitness and different lifestyles and really customizes the plan for you. I feel really grateful I got paired with her. It's not just a program, it's a lifestyle and one that I will continue now on my own!

    Joining the DIY Body team was one of the best decisions I ever made. Coach Carly was amazing to work with, I can not say enough great things about her. You don’t just have your coach though, you have a whole community of people hyping you up, sharing their stories, experiences and wins. I gained so much knowledge and strength over my two years with Carly, a new mindset, new perspective on health and fitness, a total shift both physically and mentally. She always showed up for me, she’s a ray of sunshine and made this experience so positive even when things got super challenging for me. Take the leap, it’s so worth it!

    Working with Anna and the DIYBODY team was an incredible experience! It’s so much more than fitness - there is a whole community of supportive people who are there to help you by sharing tips, recipes, experiences and more. It was so amazing to be a part of, and I love that they are all about balance and doing things in moderation. Highly recommend if you are looking to reach your full potential with health and fitness! You will not regret it.

    Working with Anna and the DIYBody community has been nothing short of amazing! Not only have I met my fitness goals, I have also gained a new confidence in myself. I have gained such valuable knowledge and skills that will continue with me in all that I do. Anna was a continuous support and mentor though my fitness journey, guiding me with the specific macros and exercises, encouraging me when I felt defeated or frustrated, and reminding me of my why. It was an easy decision to extend my program for the rest of the year and I can’t wait to see what I can accomplish next!

    DIYBODY is amazing! The coaches are all SO awesome. I have worked with a few different people in the past, but have never gotten the results. After working with my Coach Greg since January, I am eating just about twice now, compared to when I started. I’m fuelling my body and growing so much - both physically and and especially mentally. I get special 1 - 1 treatment and every week, we interact with the others coaches and members. If you’re looking for a place to start, this is your place! You won’t regret it!

    Clara was my coach for my 8 week program and I look forward to working with her again in the near future! She was knowledgeable regarding my post-partum goals and always checked in so I could be successful at reaching them. She also integrated exercises and nutrition that not only allowed me to lose the weight I wanted, but fuelled my body to gain the strength I need to play my sports. I highly recommend working with Clara!

    I made such positive changes physically and mentally working with Clara. Having someone in my corner making me realize what was actually attainable for me is priceless. I always knew what I should be doing in terms of nutrition, but just never did it. She never made me feel badly, always encouraging me that today is a new day and I can crush it. Clara is the cheerleader I needed.

    DIYBODY was such an amazing experience for me. Before joining I had been struggling with eating, mostly of what to eat and then just not eating at all because I couldn't figure out something. Anna was such a huge supporter for me on showing me how to eat healthier, and really making sure I'm taking advantage of all the different foods there are out there to keep me satisfied throughout the day! Anna also programmed my workouts for the past 16 weeks and I really got to push myself! She made all my workouts available for me to do from my house so I could save money there but also grow my confidence as I worked out before I go to a gym! I had always thought of myself as an already pretty fit person but this program really helped me tone myself and learn more about my body and what its capabilities are! Everyone was so positive and uplifting on the days where I really struggled mentally and I would highly suggest this program to anyone looking to help themselves become a better version!

    I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Emily and DIYBody. Over my 16 week program my goals were supported, and any pivots due to life or injury were navigated with positivity. I would highly recommend Emily for anyone wanting to build skills, or needing help on their fitness journey.

    There are not enough kind words and praises to give or begin to describe how amazing DIYBODY is (specifically Anna Morrish)! I signed up for a 16 week program and I was at my heaviest weighing in at almost 180 pounds. I was sluggish, I was always tired or drowsy and my energy was low. I signed up because I was ready to make a change not only physically but mentally. I believe the most helpful thing about being coached one on one by Anna Morrish was the fact that she taught me not only how to hold myself accountable but how to change my lifestyle in a way that fit MY needs. She taught me how to understand macros so that I knew the nutrients that were specifically tailored to MY body goals. Nothing about DIYBODY is cookie cutter. Everything is tailored to you, for you. After my 16 weeks, I lost a total of 20 pounds and I could not bring myself to let Anna go so I signed on for 8 more months to see where a year with her can take me. If you are curious about joining my best advice would be to take the plunge for both your mental and physical health. Looking good is the cherry on top but FEELING good is the best part. Thank you Anna, for being kind and empathetic while also motivating me to be the best version of myself!

    Working with Clara has been great. I’ve always been fairly active, but I let my guard down with my nutrition and could not loose the weight on my own and get into a consistent routine again. Clara has helped me turn that around and I’m feeling like I’m back in my groove again. She has helped me gradually loose the weight while making sure my metabolic health was on point and reminded me it’s not just about what the scale shows. Her training program has also really helped me strengthen areas I needed to work on. Looking forward to continue working with her and being part of the DIY community.

    The reason I started out with Anna was because I wanted help with my nutrition and training at the gym. Anna helped me out immensely and was able to help me out in supporting me within my daily life including being an extremely busy student. After completing my program with her I am know able to take away what I need to continue doing and I can say I’m living the happiest and healthiest version of myself! Anna helped changed my mindset and was the biggest cheerleader everyday through my 16 week program. I would definitely suggest this program to anyone regardless of their training level in the gym or anyone that is trying to have some nutritional goals but don’t know where to start!

    I did a training program with one of the DIY coaches, Ben Pruitt and let me just 11/10 recommend! I worked with Ben for 16 weeks where he helped me set nutrition goals including macro tracking and physical goals such as water intake & a personalized training schedule. There were some weeks where I traveled or needed a lighter load and Ben worked with me to make sure I had a plan and tools to stay on track. There was a lot of extra value that I didn’t even know I was getting when I signed up such as weekly videos that help explain different training topics. I feel like I was able to level up and create new long term habits with this program. And I really like how I look after putting in some work :) Again, I highly recommend 😊

    The past 16 weeks working with Anna has been so amazing in so many ways. Before this program I would feel so uncomfortable going into any gym because I wasn’t familiar with a lot of the equipment or wouldn’t know how to properly form a workout session. I am now confident going into the gym and using all the equipment and love knowing how to have a structured workout plan. Before this program I thought I was eating a healthy, as a vegan my diet contained mostly all veggies. I would still feel hungry though out the day which lead to a lot of snacking and a lot of bloating. Now that I know how to properly fuel my body, knowing what my body need throughout the day is a game changer. There was lots of resources and other vegans I could ask for tips on how to get enough protein in which was very helpful. I feel satisfied with my meals and no more bloating. During this program I had a few hurdles to over come, getting injured and not being aloud to lift more than 10lbs followed by getting sick. Anna and the rest of the team were very supportive during this time. One piece of advice that really stood out to me was consistently over perfection! This program has made me feel more confident, stronger and more knowable both in the gym and with my nutrition. I have loved this program so much I have decided to continue to work with the DIY team!

    Working with Anna the last 16 weeks has literally changed my life! She has been my number 1 hype girl, and getting to do this while also watching her on her own journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Fitness and nutrition aside, she has taught me to not only be kinder to myself but how to appreciate my body for all it does! I came into this program as a Mama of 3, looking to find a couple hours a day for myself. I have struggled with weight, inconsistent nutrition/poor eating habits and just an overall lack of confidence in myself. Despite moving my body often, I just couldn’t seem to reach any of my goals. Working with Anna gave me all the tools I needed to not only make the necessary changes to my daily lifestyle - but also how to make it sustainable for long term. The thought of meal prepping and going to the gym is no longer a daunting experience but something that I look forward to each day and thoroughly enjoy. In 16 weeks not only did I surpass my physical goals but I have become stronger and healthier mentally as well! If anyone is on the fence about joining DIYBody, working with Anna or any of the amazing coaches; my advice to you is DO IT!!!     My experience with DIYBODY and Coach Anna was amazing! Anna was my hype girl, but would also nicely correct things that needed correcting and always had great tips that I will be using for the rest of my life! Not only did I learn lots about nutrition from Anna, but just to have a more positive mindset towards myself which has made all the difference. I think the most beneficial part of working with Anna was that she taught me how to incorporate my goals/good nutrition into my life to make it sustainable and just an overall positive mindset shift that I really needed! Before starting the program with Anna, I was training consistently but I had no real idea what was needed on the nutrition side to reach my goals. And nutrition is so important, my energy levels have improved and so has my sleep! After 16 weeks I feel like I am in control of my nutrition, energy and body. If someone is ever curious about how to improve their energy and properly understand nutrition hit up Anna and DIYBODY, I couldn’t recommend them enough!

    One of my best decisions this year was joining DIYBODY and training with Clara. It’s more than a program. It’s a lifestyle and global community. I was very active before joining, working out 3-4x/week, but I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. What was missing? Nutrition. Clara’s guidance and expertise have completely reshaped my perspective on exercise and nutrition. She gives you the recipe for success tailored to your body and lifestyle, and most importantly, she keeps it simple. In just four months, Clara helped me get into the best shape of my life through discipline, consistency, and education. The best part? We’re just getting started. I’m excited to extend my 16-week program to a year! There’s no better investment than investing in your health — promise.

    Where do I even begin!!! This program has completely changed my life, I’m almost tearing up writing this post because it makes me so emotional. I started working with Clara back in Oct/23 after years of extreme dieting and cycles of overeating. My self-confidence was at an all time low, and for years I had been trying to get to a place where I felt good about myself. I put my full trust in Clara, and she has been so patient and understanding with me. She has supported me in every way possible, physically, mentally and emotionally and my entire relationship with food has changed. Thinking of food as fuel, rather than the enemy has been a complete game changer, and I am feeling energized and SO much stronger as each day goes by. My body has changed so much already in the past 16 weeks, I am stronger and leaner while eating more than I have consistently in years! Extending my 16 week program into a full year was a no brainer, and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds for me. Clara you have actually changed my life, and I can’t thank you enough! Let’s do this!! 💪🏻

    Signing up for DIYbody and working with Nolee was easily the best decision I’ve made for my health and fitness. I started with the 16 week nutrition program and continued on for another 16 weeks together. During my time with Nolee, I learned how to fuel my body with proper nutrition, learned what my daily cardio and step count should look like, and built so many daily habits that have completely transformed how I show up for myself. Nolee also supported and guided me through the process of getting my hormones tested, which was so valuable to me at this phase in my life. What DIYbody creates is a safe space to have those conversations of what health means for you, and I would absolutely recommend this program and Nolee’s coaching to anyone.

    I would highly recommend DIYBODY to anyone who is actually serious about changing their body composition and incorporating healthy habits into their lifestyle. I thought I knew what I was doing fitness-wise and just wanted help with nutrition. Luckily I signed up for both fitness & nutrition coaching and after working with Coach Clara for 16 weeks, I have changed my body composition. I’ve reduced body fat, built muscle and dropped a pant size! I just finished my program in December and plan to do another 16 weeks with Coach Clara in the spring to level up!

    I signed up for a 16 week transformation with DIYBody in October '23. Before starting with DIYBody, my primary form of exercise was spin classes multiple times a week for roughly 8 years. I lifted weights on and off, but never had a solid program. I came in wanting to focus on lifting and building strength while shedding a little bit of extra weight that had crept on in my early 40s. Carly was my coach and was great to work with! She customized a training program that was easy to follow and for the first time, light on cardio. My struggle has always been wanting to reach a specific goal weight. For example, during my years of spin, I would wake up, drink a couple of sips of water, go to spin, sweat a ton, and then finally weight myself when I returned home. I was happy that she genuinely understood this mindset and how hard it is to overcome. She helped me realize that your body can transform without the number on the scale changing much. All in all, I lost roughly 5 pounds, but the difference in my body shape and tone was significant. I also walked away with a confidence that I haven't had in the past after finally feeling like my only option was hours and hours of cardio. I highly recommend DIYBODY and Carly to anyone who is hoping to not only change their body, but their mindset and also leave with a new-found confidence.

    I just finished 16weeks with Coach Anna! Liked her so much I signed on for another 8 months! I’ve been training for a while now and wanted that extra step! She surpassed my expectations with coaching; she has such a positive outlook on food; dieting can be easy and fun, Anna is educational; she is always within reach for any questions/ concerns and was of course number 1 hype girl. Very excited to continue working with Anna!!
