Too expensive and it's not worth for that price range nice location and great interior design with heritage value

Management is kind of wacky. But the hotel is an exceptional place. Love the antiques that have.

We stayed just one night at Kandy Hermitage hotel, it is one of the most amazing hotels we have ever been to!, such a beautiful setting hidden in the hills. Damith (carer taker) and the team was very caring and efficient, the food was excellent , truely felt like the most magical place, thank you for having us

The staycation was exceptional. We were served by Thiththo and Pradeep they were very helpful as well, meantime the food was delicious which was cooked by Chef Dilshan. Beautiful views of the lake from the hotel and the pool is located in a scenic area where you forget all your stress and immerse into the nature. All in all a wonderful location for a weekend getaway.

Poor customer service. I contacted given number for contact information. But girl who answered said she’s very busy and suddenly disconnected the call while I’m calling. If front desk is like this I don’t need to talk about rest

Damith and his team were impeccable from start! They were so attentive and made sure we were completely comfortable and had everything we wanted. The chef was great and made us a lovely Sri Lankan meal both nights. The breakfasts were also delicious. The property is clean and the beds were really comfy. We loved it here!
